On today's General Hospital recap: Anna summons Brennan to discuss Dalton, but Jack claims never to have heard of him. Anna goes through Dalton's background and how he ended up at PCU. She says he specializes in cold fusion and worries he's involved in something dangerous. Anna says Jack has the resources to look into it but he says her judgement is impaired because it involves Emma. Anna asks for Felicia's help in looking into Dalton, but she plays devil's advocate, thinking it's about Robin. Anna acknowledges she wasn't there for Robin but also believes Dalton is working on something illegal and she needs to protect Emma. Jack summons Vaughn and tells him Anna is onto Dalton and is launching her own investigation. They worry Dalton will go underground or sell the tech. Vaughn says he can handle Anna. Gio gets a job as the pool lifeguard and tells Emma he needs the money because he can't stay with her and Anna for very long. She asks him if he got the answers he needed and he tells her about the confrontation with the Cerullo women. Gio says he doesn't know what to believe or who he should trust. Creepy Dalton talks to Emma, poolside and apologizes for her not getting the summer job. Emma says she's jealous Josslyn gets to work so closely with him, while Vaughn watches from afar. Emma asks if there is any chance they can get together to discuss some things they brought up in class and he agrees. Later, because she knows Dalton is watching, Emma drops her coverup so he can see her hot body. Laura and Sonny discuss the tension between Dante and Lulu, but Gio interrupts to essentially accuse Sonny of following him. Laura defends Sonny, saying she set up the meeting and Sonny introduces her to Gio. Laura tells him Rocco is interested in getting to know him. Sonny tells Laura how upset Gio is with Dante and Brook Lynn. She thinks it's important to keep an eye on Rocco, who's going to need extra support. Ezra stops by, live streaming them to all of Port Charles. He tells his viewers to vote for him in the next election. Gio "accidentally" pushes Ezra into the pool. Liz and Lucky celebrate the removal of her cast with a picnic in the park. The two share a dance and then Lucky pulls out a ring, gets down on one knee and proposes. Liz says she loves him but says no. Brook Lynn storms into Lulu's house, demanding to know why she blew Gio's life up. She accuses Lulu of snooping into other people's business and revealing the information at the worst time. Lulu says it's not on her that Lois lied to Gio but Brook Lynn says it doesn't exonerate Lulu. Brook Lynn says Lulu just wanted to hurt her, but Lulu disagrees, saying once she figured out Gio was Dante's son, she had to say something. Brook Lynn says Lulu should have stayed out of it, but Lulu wonders if Brook Lynn really would rather not know Gio is her son. Brook Lynn says she'd rather be in the dark if it meant sparing Gio the pain he's going through. Lulu feels when it's all settled, Gio will have a family, a father, brother and mother but Brook Lynn says Gio is too furious for that. Brook Lynn says Lulu trashed Gio's life in order to hurt her and says she finally succeeded in messing up her life. Lulu denies it was about Brook Lynn and wants to wash her hands of it all. At the courthouse, Josslyn testifies Willow told her nothing was more important to her than being with Drew. Willow reacts and the judge has to tell her to take her seat. Josslyn also mentions Drew storming into the ball's bathroom to threaten her away from Willow. Diane calls Michael to the stand who testifies he was in love with Willow when they married but then noticed red flags. Michael tells the court she grew up in a cult and has dealt with emotional issues. He says she's not capable of creating a stable home for the children. Ric brings up Michael's upbringing, being raised by Sonny, surrounded by violence. Ric says Michael's life isn't a safe place for the children either. Ric brings up Michael taking custody of Avery and then brings up Claudia's death. Diane asks about Michael's hospitalization and he testifies Willow didn't help arrange zoom calls with the kids. Michael testifies he didn't know Willow was going to take the kids to DC with Drew. Diane asks if Michael is aware Willow signed legal documents appointing Drew as the children's guardian, which shocks everyone. Diane enters into evidence, photos of Drew doing body shots on Jacinda's belly as well as the video of the playroom sex romp. Diane rests her case. Ric's case starts with Nina on the stand who testifies Michael had the nanny cam installed without Willow's knowledge. She says Michael knew about the affair but didn't say anything right away. Nina testifies Willow is a great mother and loves her children and says Michael is punishing her for falling out of love with him. Sasha is sworn in and testifies she saw Drew and Willow kiss on the fourth of July. Ric has her testify she was upset on Michael's behalf then asks about her own relationship with Michael. Ric wants to know the last time they had sex but Sasha doesn't want to answer. Ric pushes and asks about the night of October 30th and Sasha is forced to testify she left the bar with Michael and they had sex. KARACHI: A tug of war between Customs enforcement and the export collectorate for taking the legal custody of 14,000 kilograms of donkey hides has intensified with the export collectorate filing a formal complaint against enforcement officials for alleged misconduct and violation of established procedures. A bitter jurisdictional dispute began on April 29, 2025, when Customs officials discovered the massive consignment of donkey hides during examination of a container at SAPT. The shipment, declared as 'leather goods' by a trading company through their clearing agent, was being exported to China when it was flagged for inspection despite initially passing through the green channel clearance process. According to a formal complaint, the consignment was first put on hold by the Anti-Narcotics Force on April 29, following routine examination procedures. However, the situation became complicated when the Port Control Unit of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement applied an additional hold on the container, creating a conflict over which department had legal authority to handle the case. The export collectorate has accused the deputy collector of the PCU Enforcement of overstepping the jurisdiction and violating established Customs procedures outlined in CGO number 3 of 2018. The complaint alleged that the deputy collector insisted on taking custody of the container and removing it from the port area without following the proper joint examination procedures required under the regulations. The banned donkey hides were identified as prohibited exports under an Economic Coordination Committee order from September 2015, which classified such shipments as restricted items. The discovery has highlighted ongoing concerns about illegal wildlife trade and the enforcement of export regulations at Pakistani ports. It further claimed that the enforcement collectorate acted unilaterally in removing the container from port premises, bypassing mandatory joint examination procedures that require cooperation between both departments, arguing that donkey hides did not fall under the specific mandate of the PCU, which is primarily designed to target narcotics, psychotropic substances, explosives, and other security-related contraband. The complaint alleged that this incident represents a pattern of jurisdictional overreach by enforcement officials, with the export collectorate providing a list of similar cases where holds were improperly applied to their operations. 'Such actions could create serious operational anomalies and increase friction between different customs departments, it added. Earlier, the enforcement collectorate in an official media statement claimed they successfully intercepted the said banned shipment that had been cleared through the green channel and was being prepared for loading onto a China-bound vessel after getting a permit from the export collectorate. They maintained that their intervention prevented the illegal export of prohibited materials. The complaint has asked the Federal Board of Revenue to investigate the matter and take action against what the export collectorate describes as misconduct and misuse of authority.
