TikTok User Speaks Out Against Trolls Who Sexualise Ain Husniza Despite Her Advocacy Work
Subscribe to our FREE TikTok user He pointed out that all the lewd comments were made by men, who are supposedly the leaders of the family and the protectors of families and women. He added these men sexualised Ain, the same behaviour she tried to stop by speaking up through her advocacy work. Ain Husniza, known for speaking out against a physical education teacher who allegedly made a rape joke in school, is a part of POP recently Ain, currently a student of International Politics at the University of Nottingham, believes sexual education is essential because it fosters knowledge of self-autonomy and protection against exploitation. However, she is saddened to find out that trolls online focused on her clothes and body instead of talking about her advocacy work. She found out about the lewd comments left by anonymous men online through @wzmrzo's TikTok video. The work I do vs The comments I received. 💔 — ain #MakeSchoolASaferPlace (@ainhsaifulnizam) Despite the naysayers, Ain encouraged others to support Pocket of Pink's advocacy work which combines art and comprehensive sex education to empower young people to learn about their bodies and autonomy. POP is also working on a Malay-language edition of the book. Ain received tons of support from netizens and was advised not to engage with the trolls. They encouraged her to continue her advocacy work. However, there are always the critics and victim blamers who felt Ain should cover up more. This led to others pointing out that girls and women face similar harassment regardless of how much she covers up. The issue of sexualising girls and women is a longstanding problem and the act is often justified by blaming victims for their clothes or what they did. However, reports have shown that girls and women are sexualised and harassed whether they dress conservatively or not. Not too long ago, influencer Mekyun managed to rally enough people to report the paedophile Facebook group featuring school children in their uniforms. While the group has since disappeared, none of the members have been arrested or charged. READ MORE: Sebab lawan arus. Lawan pedo. Lawan enabler. These are the ppl you're fighting. The Benefits of IMAP Sync You Didn't Know You Needed
In today's connected world, accessing email from multiple devices is the norm. Whether you'reon your phone, tablet, or desktop, you expect your inbox to be the same everywhere. That's exactly what IMAP sync makes possible. IMAP Sync Keeps Your Email Consistent Across All Devices IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. When your email is set up using IMAP,your device doesn't download and delete messages — it connects directly to the mail serverand mirrors what's there. This means any changes you make — like reading, deleting, ormoving a message — are instantly visible on all other devices. IMAP sync ensures your inbox looks the same whether you check it from your phone at lunch or from your laptop later. Emails Stay on the Server, Not Just on Your Device One major benefit of IMAP is that it stores your emails on the server rather than downloadingthem permanently to a single device. This centralized storage means you won't lose yourmessages if your phone breaks or your computer crashes. You can log in from any device, and your emails will still be there. Real-Time Updates and Folder Syncing IMAP sync not only updates your inbox, but also keeps your entire folder structure synced. Ifyou create folders or move messages on your desktop, those changes are immediatelyreflected on your mobile device. You can organize your emails efficiently without duplicatingwork across devices. Plus, changes like marking a message as 'read' or flagging it for follow-up happen in real time. IMAP Sync Supports Better Team Collaboration For businesses or shared accounts, IMAP sync is extremely helpful. Multiple team members canaccess the same inbox and see updates in real time. If one person replies to a message ormarks it as resolved, everyone else sees that change instantly. This reduces confusion, duplicated responses, and improves communication among team members. IMAP is Better Than POP for Most Users Before IMAP became the standard, many people used POP (Post Office Protocol). POPdownloads emails and often deletes them from the server afterward, which makes it difficult touse the same email on multiple devices. In contrast, IMAP lets you access your full emailaccount from anywhere without losing or duplicating messages. For today's mobile, multi-device users, IMAP is clearly the better option. There Are a Few Limitations to Consider While IMAP sync is powerful, it's not perfect. Because your emails are stored on the server, your mailbox can fill up more quickly, especially if you receive a lot of attachments. You mayneed to occasionally archive or delete messages to stay within your email provider's storagelimits. Also, IMAP requires a stable internet connection — without it, your mail client may notsync properly. Lastly, storing data on the server may raise privacy concerns, depending on how secure your email provider is. Best Practices to Make the Most of IMAP Sync To keep your email running smoothly with IMAP, follow these best practices: ● Regularly delete or archive old messages to save server space. ● Organize your inbox with folders and rules to stay productive. ● Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authenrtication for added security. ● Back up important emails, especially if they're related to work or personal recorrds. ConclusionI MAP sync is essential for modern email usage. It allows you to manaCccge and access your inboxin real time, from any device, without worrying about missing or lost messages. Whether you'rea solo professional or part of a larger team, understanding IMAP and using it properly ensures asmoother, more efficient email experience. TIME BUSINESS NEWS

The seized POP idols were transported in a truck, a tipper, and a tractor to Kalabhavan for safe storage. The DC said further action will be taken according to the rules in the coming days. DC appeals to use clay Ganeshas Clay Ganesha idols are eco-friendly and ideal for worship. For the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi , the public and festival committees are urged to use clay idols instead of POP idols, said DC Divya. POP idols do not dissolve in water and cause pollution to soil, water, and water sources, she added. Task forces activated With the Ganesha festival approaching, inter-departmental coordination meetings have been held, and task forces at the district, taluk, and village levels are being activated. Prohibited POP idols found through public information, surprise inspections, and raids will be seized. Purple patch: Cannes Gold Lion for TOI's 'Ink of Democracy'
India is the world's largest democracy, but not everybody participates in the grand festival of elections. In fact, almost one-third of eligible voters didn't vote in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, leading to about 7,500 litres of purple indelible ink going unused. With the aim of increasing turnout, Election Commission of India and the Times Power of Print (POP) initiative by The Times of India invited creative minds across the country to tackle a challenging brief: 'Encourage every eligible citizen to step out and vote during the 2024 Indian general elections.' In response, several brilliant ideas poured in. The winning one, from the Havas Creative India team, led to the 'Ink of Democracy' campaign, which on Monday won a prestigious Gold at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, in the Print and Publishing category under Corporate Purpose and Social Responsibility. The concept's sheer simplicity made it immensely powerful. To symbolise the lost potential of votes not cast, TOI, along with The Economic Times, printed a page in purple ink, the same shade used to mark voters' fingers. The special 'Ink of Democracy' pages appeared in TOI's Mumbai edition on May 19, 2024, Delhi on May 24, and Kolkata on May 31. In ET, the page appeared in Bengaluru on April 26. This symbolic gesture represented one purple page for every 132 missed voters, culminating in approximately 23 lakh purple pages. The message was clear: "Don't waste a drop of electoral ink. Don't waste the power of democracy." By literally turning the pages purple, 'Ink of Democracy' became a striking symbol of civic responsibility, and served as a poignant reminder to readers that every uncast vote is a squandered opportunity for democratic participation. This innovative approach effectively engaged urban audiences, where voter turnout has historically been lower. It also wowed critics and juries, winning over 40 awards nationally and globally so far - and yet again effectively underlined the Power of Print in creating impact and driving results.
