Shams al-Din Praises Honorable Stances of Guests Participating in Palestine Conference
Sana'a (Saba) – The Grand Mufti of Yemen, Sheikh Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, praised the honorable stances of the Yemeni guests participating in the third conference, "Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation." These stances reflect their pride and courage, no less than the courage and steadfastness of the Yemeni people in confronting American and Zionist tyranny and global imperialism. Guests participating in Palestine Conference visit Martyr Al-Sammad Exhibition
Sana'a (Saba) – Guests participating in the third conference "Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation" from the Arab world, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America visited the Martyr Al-Sammad Exhibition for Clothing the Poor in the capital, Sana'a. The exhibition is implemented by the General Authority for Zakat. During the visit, the visiting delegation, accompanied by Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, Chairman of the General Authority for Zakat, toured the exhibition's pavilions and listened to an explanation about the exhibition, which targets more than 75,000 beneficiaries, including the poor, needy, orphans, people with special needs, and the blind, in various districts of the capital, at a cost of 600 million riyals. The Chairman of the Authority explained that what distinguishes the exhibition is that 70 percent of the clothing on display is locally produced by productive families from the poor, funded by the Authority. During the ceremony, Minister al-Yafei welcomed the delegates to Sana'a, praising their role in raising global awareness about the Palestinian cause. The Minister stressed the importance of the conference in reframing the Palestinian issue as a central and non-negotiable cause for the Arab world. He highlighted the conference's critical timing, as it coincides with what he described as the "most horrific war of genocide in history" being waged against the Palestinian people in Gaza. The Minister called for the conference to expand solidarity with the Palestinian people and encourage the development of an international support network of academics and activists working towards justice and opposing "American-Zionist oppression." Bin Habtoor Welcomes Participants in Third Conference
Sana'a (Saba) – Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, welcomed Yemen's distinguished guests from the Arab world, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America to Sana'a to participate in the third conference, "Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation." In his speech at the conference, which began today in Sana'a, Dr. bin Habtoor conveyed to all participants the greetings of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council.
