Cairo - Saba: Egypt has begun intensive communications and urgent movements with all parties to resume negotiations and reach a truce in Gaza. Egyptian sources confirmed on Saturday that Hamas has delivered its response to the latest proposal presented by mediators for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency. The sources added that "Egypt is intensifying its contacts and movements with all parties to resume negotiations," confirming that "Egypt and Qatar continue their efforts to conclude the negotiations and reach an agreement on Gaza." Egyptian sources told Al-Qahera News channel that "Hamas's response included a willingness to engage in indirect negotiations to reach a 60-day truce once approved." Palestinian martyr Muhammad Al-Hour laid to rest in Surif Town
Hebron - Saba: Palestinians in the town of Surif, northwest of Hebron, laid to rest the body of martyr Muhammad Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Hour on Friday. Al-Hour was martyred on Thursday evening, while eight others—including his brother Ali—were injured by settlers' gunfire from the "Beit Ein" settlement, built on Palestinian land in the village of Al-Jab'a, northwest of Hebron. According to the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency, the funeral procession set off from Hebron Governmental Hospital amid heavy sorrow, heading to his family's home in Surif, where his loved ones bid their final farewell as his body lay draped in the Palestinian flag. Mourners at the funeral chanted slogans condemning the ongoing crimes of the enemy against the Palestinian people, particularly the genocide in the Gaza Strip.
