Tuna According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), tuna is also an excellent source of protein. Canned tuna, in particular, has around 29-30 gm of protein per 100 gm. That's a bit more than chicken and with almost no fat if packed in water. It's popular with athletes and fitness enthusiasts, as it's easy to eat, high in omega-3 and great for muscle repair. Following a listeria outbreak that is currently impacting 17 ill people across 13 states and is associated with three reported deaths and one fetal loss, FreshRealm is recalling all of its products produced prior to June 17th 'out of an abundance of caution.'In an investigation of the outbreak, FSIS found that it started during August of last year and through May of this year. In March, that outbreak strain was isolated and resulted in further investigations. So far though, FSIS has not identified what exact ingredient caused the outbreak. However, FSIS used purchase records to trace the products to FreshRealm establishments. Because listeria can cause serious illness or infection in older adults, those with weakened immune systems, pregnant women and newborns, it's important to be aware and double check your freezer or refrigerator to see if you have any of these affected products. Symptoms of listeria can include fever, headaches and gastrointestinal symptoms, and can also cause miscarriages in pregnant women or even life-threatening infections in newborns. FSIS says that the following products as being impacted by this recall: 32.8-ounce trays of Marketside Grilled Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine Tender Pasta with Creamy Alfredo Sauce, White Meat Chicken and Shaved Parmesan Cheese 12.3-ounce trays of Marketside Grilled Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine Tender Pasta with Creamy Alfredo Sauce, White Meat Chicken, Broccoli and Shaved Parmesan Cheese 12.5-ounce trays of Home Chef Heat & Eat Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with pasta, grilled white meat chicken, and Parmesan cheese Consumers will be able to identify if they have any of these products in a few key ways. First, these will all have a USDA mark of inspection on the product label. Additionally, each will have the following establishment numbers: EST. P-50784, EST-P47770 or EST. P-47718. These can be found on the side of the packaging. Each will also have specific best-by dates. The 32.8 ounce trays will have a best-by date of June 27th of this year or prior, the 12.3 ounce trays will have a best-by date of June 26th or prior and the 12.5 ounce trays will have a best-by date of June 19th or prior. FSIS advises, if shoppers do find that they have one of these products, throwing them away ASAP. Deadly listeria outbreak linked to chicken alfredo fettucine sold at Kroger and Walmart
A listeria food poisoning outbreak that has killed three people and led to one pregnancy loss is linked to newly recalled heat-and-eat chicken fettucine alfredo products sold at Kroger and Walmart stores, federal health officials said late Tuesday. The outbreak, which includes at least 17 people in 13 states, began last July, officials said. The strain of listeria bacteria that made people sick was found in a sample of chicken fettucine alfredo during a routine inspection in March, US Agriculture Department officials said. That product was destroyed and never sent to stores. Officials said they have not identified the specific source of the contamination. In her latest vlog, Archana, her husband Parmeet Sethi, and their sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan enjoyed a pizza party at home that quickly turned into a laugh riot. The video began with Aaryamann and Ayushmaan making homemade pizzas for their parents as Archana has been on a strict diet. While they prepared healthy wheat pizzas, Parmeet couldn't help but crack an Ozempic joke, saying, 'Do you know what is Bollywood's favourite game?' He answered himself, 'Ozempic.' The joke left Archana in shock as she reacted, 'Oh my god, he went there.' A drug meant to control blood sugar levels, Ozempic also causes rapid weight loss. It is alleged that many celebs have resorted to the drug for weight transformation in the film industry. However, this was only the tip of the iceberg when it came to all the fun Archana's family had that day. Later, they decided to go through some of the hilarious comments that viewers had dropped on their videos. While many comments lauded the family for their funny vlogs, some criticised them. During this segment, Aaryamann pointed out all the different names the audience had come up with for Parmeet. Some called him 'Payment,' while others referred to him as ' Paytm,' 'Plumber Sethi,' and even 'Parmesan Cheese.' One fan even took a jab at Parmeet's acting and wrote, 'Permit doesn't look good while acting.' This comment had the entire family laughing their hearts out. Another fan asked an unpleasantly odd question about whether Archana's family farts after eating chaat. While Archana herself was visibly disgusted by the question, Ayushmaan humorously quipped, 'Hume pakad liya (You caught us).' Many fans commented on Archana too. One called her 'emotionally unbalanced' for laughing too much. Another commented on her career, writing, 'Ye actress ne zyada kaam nahi kia hai. Bus hass hass ke famous hogae. Lucky hai (She hasn't worked enough but she became famous only by laughing. Lucky).' Instead of being offended, Archana found these comments hilarious as she was seen laughing heartily while reading them. However, she quickly came to the defence of her sons when a comment hinted at them being talentless and simply privileged because of their parents. The comment read, 'Both don't have hero vibes but they are rich.' Archana hit back at the remark, saying, 'Ayushmaan has started his app, Aaryamann does music, both are YouTubers, toh kamai toh ho rahi hai bhaisahab, don't worry (So they both are earning).' Another comment amusingly called Aaryamann a 'fox,' which had Archana in splits. Parmeet too joined in and quipped, 'I will also call him a fox from now on.'
