The creator of the Delta emulator made a Game Boy Camera-style app for your iPhone

Riley Testut, the developer behind the robust Delta emulator app for iOS, announced a new iPhone app designed to replicate the Game Boy Camera accessory but with 'features you'd expect from a modern camera app.'The Delta Camera app's full feature list hasn't been revealed yet, but it's currently available for beta testing to those who subscribe to Testut's Patreon, which starts at $3/month, or $30.24/year, ahead of a full release later this year. The app will replicate the low resolution and monochromatic aesthetic of the Game Boy Camera cartridge that debuted in 1998 with a 128x128-pixel CMOS sensor that could capture 0.001434MP images in just four shades of gray. The Delta Camera will allow the brightness and contrast of images to be adjusted and can capture multi-shot panoramas, but also adds manual exposure and zoom options, the option to use the iPhone's front or back cameras, and full support for the Camera Control button introduced on the iPhone 16 lineup. It could be a fun solution for those missing the Game Boy Camera experience. The accessory is still compatible with modern handhelds featuring a cartridge slot like the Analogue Pocket, but an app version on iOS will make it much easier to share images and post them to social media.

Rubbish crisis hits Russian city after drivers strike over pay cuts

Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai has been overwhelmed with uncollected waste after garbage truck drivers went on strike over a sudden reduction in their salaries. Source: The Moscow Times, an independent Amsterdam-based news outlet, with reference to local media Details: On the morning of 25 June, around 40 employees – drivers and operators – from the companies Progress and Likso, subcontractors of the regional waste management operator RostTech, refused to go out on their routes in Krasnoyarsk. The strikers said that management had informed them the previous day of a 15% pay cut, applied retroactively from 1 June. Drivers say their bonuses were slashed, and instead of RUB 90,000 (about US$1,146), they would now receive RUB 65,000–75,000 (about US$828–955). The Moscow Times reports that workers were simply told: "There is no money". Management gave them a choice: accept lower pay or resign. A strike also took place in the town of Zelenogorsk. Background: A company in Stavropol, a city in southern Russia, that produces microelectronics for aircraft and military equipment stopped production due to losses from fulfilling state orders and mounting debts. Bayern Munich's Leon Goretzka prepared for next challenge, even if it's not in Germany

Leon Goretzka has logged more than 1,300 minutes in ten consecutive Bundesliga seasons. The last seven campaigns have occurred at Bayern Munich, winning six Meisterschalen and the coveted Champions League final in 2020. Unfortunately, Goretzka's consistency and efforts have not always been appreciated by the decision makers at Säbener Straße. Goretzka knows that he could be transferred at any moment, although his €13M salary and desire to stay in Munich is a high barrier for potential suitors. Advertisement With his contract expiring in 2026 at the age of 31, Goretzka understands that he may not be able to finish out his career in the Bundesliga. 'Physically, I don't feel at all like I'm approaching the end of my career,' said Goretzka (via @iMiaSanMia). 'In fact, I feel fitter than ever before. I hopefully still have a few years ahead of me, so I wouldn't rule [a move abroad] out. But it's not an urgent topic.' Goretzka's relentless work ethic has endeared him to the Bayern faithful. If this is his last year with the club, he wants to go out with a bang and another trophy (or three). Looking for some thoughts and analysis on Bayern Munich signing of Bayer Leverkusen center-back Jonathan Tah? What about a discussion on what is going on with Leroy Sané and how likely he is to join Arsenal FC or Tottenham Hotspur? FInally, we hit on the Champions League finale in Munich and how the trickle-down effect of bad decisions from the past few years cost Bayern Munich the chance to play for the UCL crown at home. R. Kelly Reportedly Still Controlling Joycelyn Savage's Life, Social Media Brutally Reacts To His Overdose

Source: Scott Olson / Getty R. Kelly's been having a tough time in prison. The disgraced singer who was convicted and sentenced to serve at least 31 years in a federal correctional institution recently overdosed on medication and was taken to a hospital. His attorney claims that the prison is trying to kill him and is looking for any way, including a pardon, to get him out. And there is one family who wants the 'I Believe I Can Fly' singer to stay right where he is. Joycelyn Savage, one of the young ladies entangled in Kelly's alleged sex cult, is still not in contact with her family and they believe that she's still under Kelly's control. The family's attorney told TMZ that the 29-year-old has been missing for years and hasn't been in touch with her family since a short phone call back in 2019. Gerald Griggs — attorney for Joycelyn's family — tells TMZ that they don't believe Kelly should be pardoned as he's still got a grip on Joycelyn. After Kelly's arrest in 2019, Joycelyn claimed that she was a 'Sex slave' who starved for days and was forced to call the singer 'Master' or 'Daddy,' in a Patreon post that has since been removed. She also said that the singer made her have two abortions in his home. Savage would disappear from the spotlight and her family believes that she is still with the singer despite his incarceration. Her family tells TMZ that they believe she's still alive and hope she's healthy and would love to speak with her. But despite Kelly's imprisonment, the family believes that he's never stopped using his control over their daughter and hasn't accepted responsibility for his actions. They would love nothing more than for him to spend every day of his 31-year sentence behind bars. Kelly was found guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking in 2021 in New York. A year later, he was hit with more charges and convicted for possession of child pornography and enticing minors for sex in Illinois. A member of Kelly's legal team told TMZ that they would love for Trump to pardon the singer, noting that he can relate to being targeted by the feds. See social media's reaction below. R.
