Here's how to watch UFC 318 with a pair of longtime rivals and former champions on the top of the bill in 'NOLA.' Broadcast and streaming info UFC 318 has a main card that starts at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view via ESPN+. As always, some marquee on-air talent will be there in "The Big Easy" to help guide viewers through the experience.
