Morgan Stanley Highlights Stability and Growth at Perimeter Solutions (PRM)

Perimeter Solutions Inc. (NYSE:PRM) is one of the 20 undervalued momentum stocks that are taking off. In a recent note, Morgan Stanley analyst Daniel Kutz reiterated his Buy rating on Perimeter Solutions (PRM), with a price target of $17. His positive stance on the stock is grounded in both the strength of the company's core business and its disciplined M&A strategy. A key focus is Perimeter's U.S. Retardants segment, which Kutz expects to draw increased investor interest as wildfire season approaches. Unlike many cyclical businesses, this unit is relatively less affected by broader economic fluctuations, offering a degree of earnings stability even if macro conditions soften. This makes the business particularly valuable in a more uncertain economic environment. thanmano/ Kutz also highlights that Perimeter has been targeting assets with recurring revenues, strong cash flow generation, and long-term growth potential, which are key qualities that support sustainable performance. The analyst also cited the recent bolt-on acquisition in the Printed Circuit Board product line, which he believed reinforces confidence in the company's ability to build value through mergers and acquisitions. With solid cash reserves, Perimeter appears well-equipped to continue adding to its portfolio in a strategic and accretive way. According to Kutz, all the factors outlined above combine to support his bullish view on the stock. Perimeter Solutions Inc. (NYSE:PRM) provides solutions for the Fire Safety and Specialty Products industries. Medical City Dallas Hospital Adopts Perimeter's Innovative OCT Imaging Technology for Surgery

Deployment follows participation in pivotal trial of Perimeter's next-gen technology with AI for breast-conserving surgeries TORONTO and DALLAS, July 2, 2025 /CNW/ - Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Inc. (TSXV: PINK) (OTCQX: PYNKF) ("Perimeter" or the "Company"), a commercial-stage medical technology company, announced today that Medical City Dallas Hospital, an award-winning 899-bed acute care hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, has adopted the company's current S-Series OCT (optical coherence tomography) technology for high-resolution visualization of tissue microstructures during surgery. The move comes on the heels of the hospital's participation in the pivotal, randomized controlled trial of Perimeter's next-generation B-Series device, which combines proprietary artificial intelligence ("AI") technology with OCT, and is being evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use during breast-conserving surgeries in the United States. "We are incredibly proud to partner with Medical City Dallas Hospital and its team of surgeons, who are truly innovators in their field," said Perimeter CEO Adrian Mendes. "Working with Dr. DiPasquale and Dr. Anderson and the Medical City Dallas team, who used our B-Series in the randomized controlled pivotal trial, has been invaluable to advancing our next-generation product and we are pleased that they are adopting our commercially approved S-Series to potentially enhance margin visualization in the OR." Medical City Dallas Hospital is the latest U.S. hospital to adopt the S-Series OCT, as Perimeter continues to deploy the technology nationwide. Cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2021 for a general tissue indication, S-Series OCT is a high-resolution technology that, unlike X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or ultrasound, can 'see' disease at the cellular level. It is optimized down to 2mm for identifying regions of interest in tissue microstructures, and features such as blood vessels, ducts, and glands, making it ideal for visualizing surgical margins. About Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Inc. Based in Toronto, Canada and Dallas, Texas, Perimeter Medical Imaging AI (TSX-V: PINK) (OTCQX: PYNKF) is a medical technology company driven to transform cancer surgery with ultra-high-resolution, real-time, advanced imaging tools to address areas of high unmet medical need. Available across the U.S., our FDA-cleared Perimeter S-Series OCT system provides real-time, cross-sectional visualization of excised tissues at the cellular level. The breakthrough-device-designated investigational Perimeter B-Series OCT with ImgAssist AI represents our next-generation artificial intelligence technology that was recently evaluated in a pivotal clinical trial, with support from a grant of up to US$7.4 million awarded by the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas. The company's ticker symbol "PINK" is a reference to the pink ribbons used during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. S-Series OCT Intended Use and Unapproved Uses The S-Series OCT is indicated for use as an imaging tool in the evaluation of excised human tissue microstructure by providing two-dimensional, cross-sectional, real-time depth visualization with image review manipulation software for identifying and annotating regions of interest. Perimeter S-Series OCT has 510(k) clearance under a general indication and has not been evaluated by the U.S. FDA specifically for use in breast tissue, breast cancer, other types of cancer, margin evaluation, and reducing re-excision rates. The safety and effectiveness of these uses has not been established. Costco onto next step to build new Manitoba store

FILE - A lone shopper pushes a cart toward the entrance of a Costco warehouse, March 13, 2025, in Sheridan, Colo. (AP Photo/David Zalubowski, File) Costco has cleared a hurdle in its bid to build another Manitoba location. Public hearings were held at the RM of West St. Paul's council meeting Thursday night for two variance applications associated with the potential new store. One is a conditional use application for a proposed auto service station and a garden centre, and the other is a separate variance application to reduce required loading space. Mayor Peter Truijen told CTV News feedback at the public hearings was largely positive, and council voted unanimously on both applications. 'A lot of people think this is a good thing,' he said. Next, the wholesaler will need to submit a development agreement to council, the mayor explained, which would also require a vote. The proposed 161,992-square-foot store would be built on Meadowland Drive. Truijen believes the store will attract Manitobans from a number of communities. 'It's right on the Perimeter. It's pretty easy access for a lot of residents, not just West St. Paul, but Selkirk, St. Clements—lots of places north of the city.'
