Harry Styles launches sex toys range in surprising career move as fans go wild

The One Direction star has urged his adult fans to 'please yourself like you mean it' with a sex toy launch which dropped this afternoon. Harry Styles has sent fans into a frenzy after it's been announced he is dropping his own range of vibrating sex toys and lubricants in a shock career move. The One Direction star is set to release the sex toys through his brand Pleasing, which he previously launched as a unisex pop up in 2021 selling nail varnishes. ‌ Pleasing has since expanded and has become an online shop with a permanent retail deal with Selfridges in London. The shop currently sells a range of perfumes, lip balms, tote bags, t-shirts, scarves and now sex toys. ‌ Teasing a new launch on the website, Pleasing had informed fans: "Something Pleasing, Coming Soon.' Pretty innocuous, right? This page is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older." ‌ The website then confirmed the launch later today with the message: "An invitation to please yourself like you mean it. Pleasing Yourself is the result of our radical pursuit of that which feels good. Two intimacy tools, The Pleasing Double-Sided Vibrator and the Pleasing Lube, that put pleasure exactly where it belongs, in your hands." The cheeky collection, which is called Pleasing Yourself, will become available today on July 25 with The Please Double-Sided Vibrator and The Pleasing Lube, which have been 'designed as an open invitation to explore that which makes you feel good.' ‌ Pleasing stated that the £68 double vibrator is 'as intuitively functional as it is aesthetically distinct' and perfect to stimulate 'wherever feels good, from erogenous zones to anywhere craving extra attention.' Meanwhile, the £25 silicone lubricant promises to offer 'long-lasting moisture and a silky glide with zero glycerin'. The brand states the items are intended to be used by people 18 years or older. Both products are available to pre-order now. ‌ Pleasing encourages fans to be the first to sign up to learn more about the launch by providing their contact information. On social media, Pleasing also shared some promotional adverts which sent fans wild. The first post showed a business card for 'Something Pleasing' being slotted into a flip calendar. ‌ The caption read: "You forgot 251 Elizabeth Street N.Y.C. 25th of July." The second showed a clip of a finger tapping out Morse code on a Telegraph key with a glass of milk in the background. ‌ A woman is seen pressing her ear against a door and then gasps when the code finishes. The caption reads: "For those playing at home" with a New York address and a date for July 25- 27. A third video is of a woman dialling a phone. A mobile can then be heard vibrating on a couch before several other phones began vibrating, answered with a gasp or a moan. ‌ Finally, the shot cut to a red dial-up phone with what appears to be Harry's tattooed hand picking up the phone to answer the call. The caption says: "Say that again." His stylist Harry Lambert, who is als the brand's creative director, said: 'Pleasing Yourself is something we want our community to do — to love themselves, look after themselves, treat themselves, and please themselves. ‌ "Sexual wellness is such an important part of a person's overall well-being, and is something we're proud to embrace and speak about openly.' Fans rushed to social media to have their say on the launch. One wrote: "My bingo card did not include my first ever Harry Styles merch in 2025 being literal vibrators." Another chimed in: "Woah I missed a chapter Harry Styles is selling what now?" A third excited fan exclaimed: "Harry styles pleasing vibrator rumours got my kicking my feet (i will be buying it)!"

Pleasing enters sexual wellness category

With a name like Pleasing, it was always on the cards that Harry Styles' beauty-meet-fashion-meets lifestyle brand would move on to sexual wellness and so it has. It's a category we're more used to seeing from lingerie labels, but the brand Styles founded in 2021 has launched Pleasing Yourself, 'debuting with two foundational products', a vibrator and an FDA-approved silicone lubricant. The company said the expansion 'reflects a clear intention: to explore sexual wellness through a lens of emotional depth, cultural fluency, joy and pleasure, and genuine care. For Pleasing, this category is not about provocation, trend-chasing, or prescription — it's an invitation into a broader, more open conversation about sex as a space of connection, expression, and self-awareness for all'. Alongside the launch, it announced a collaboration with Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) on a broad effort to educate the public about sexual health and wellness via a series of videos and other initiatives. The company said it's 'not a one-off drop or stunt' but is 'the start of a commitment to build products and experiences that treat pleasure and intimacy as a vital, meaningful part of life. As with all things Pleasing, the approach will be guided by emotional relevance, design integrity, and a belief in the power of cultural storytelling - of course, with a touch of lighthearted humour'. It launches with a stills and video campaign and a three-day experiential pop-up on New York City's Elizabeth Street starting 25 July. Pleasing has made a big impact since its debut four years ago both for its own products and its collaborations. One high-profile recent collab was its fashion and beauty link-up with JW Anderson that was born out of the two founders being 'longtime collaborators and supporters of one another'. Given JW Anderson's recent pivot to become more of lifestyle retail brand it will be interesting to see whether Pleasing's new category pops up on JWA's shelves in the future.

Harry Styles' Pleasing Launches Vibrators

Harry Styles hasn't been in a boy band in almost 10 years, and while he has long since broken out of the PG-13 teen stardom that launched his career, his new NSFW project is still guaranteed to surprise a few fans. Former One Directioner Harry Styles is selling vibrators now. Yes, you read that correctly. Harry is entering the sex toy space via his beauty and lifestyle brand, Pleasing. So now the online shop can be your one-stop-shop for nail polish, loungewear, skincare, vibrators and lube. How convenient! The vibe is not yet available for purchase, but you can see all the details on the Pleasing website page, Pleasing Yourself—which, the shop would like to remind you, is for adults only. 'An invitation to please yourself like you mean it. Pleasing Yourself is the result of our radical pursuit of that which feels good,' the page reads. Pleasing Yourself is launching with two products, The Pleasing Double Sided Vibrator, which will retail for $68, and The Pleasing Lube, which will retail for $25. The vibrator—which bears a striking resemblance to Pleasing's nail polish bottles—was apparently designed by Zoë Ligon, a sex educator and owner of Spectrum Boutique. The silicone vibe features a rounded head for external stimulation and, on the other side, an insertable vibrator (only suitable for vaginal use). The lube is silicone based—which means it is not compatible with the Pleasing Double Sided Vibrator, but is safe to use with non-silicone sex toys and most condoms (always double check to make sure). Harry teased his new products on Instagram with a series of videos on the Pleasing Instagram. The tagline? 'Please yourself like you mean it.' The products aren't available for purchase online yet, but they will be available at a surprise Pleasing pop-up shop in NYC, opening this weekend only, July 25-27. It's unclear if Pleasing Yourself will expand with more products in the near future, but if it does, I have some suggestions. Perhaps Harry could launch a 'Watermelon Sugar'-themed vibe. Harry's move into sex toys is unexpected, but then again, maybe it's just a sign of the times.

Harry Styles is here to help you orgasm, thanks to his NYC pop-up this weekend

Pop star-slash-psychedelic prince Harry Styles has been a sex symbol for the past decade, both as a member of boy-band juggernaut One Direction and as a "Watermelon Sugar"-loving solo act. And now he's helping New Yorkers tap into their naughty side with a sex toy pop-up store, coming to Elizabeth Street this weekend. An offshoot of Styles's lifestyle and wellness brand Pleasing—which sells nail polishes, face creams and comfy unisex crewnecks, among other things, and has itself popped up with temporary New York storefronts over the years—the pop-up will be dedicated to "Pleasing Yourself," the singer-actor's new line of sexual gadgets and goodies. Per the Pleasing website, that seemingly includes The Pleasing Double-Sided Vibrator, which can be used for both internal and external play (the more, the merrier, eh?), as well as The Pleasing Lube, a high-performance, FDA-approved silicone lubricant that can be used with the vibrating device. As announced on Instagram, the Pleasing Yourself pop-up will be coming to New York City on Friday, July 25 through Sunday, July 27, beginning at 11am ET each day at 251 Elizabeth Street in Soho. (Given how popular seemingly everything related to the performer is, you can very much expect folks to be lining up much earlier than that.) "Come explore our three-day pop-up in New York City at 251 Elizabeth Street, where your journey begins with a moment to yourself before discovering the new collection, alongside Pleasing bestsellers and a few special surprises," per the brand. "No small talk here, Pleasing Yourself favors presence over performance." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Pleasing (@pleasing) According to The Cut, the Pleasing Yourself line will feature other products in the future, including a collaboration with Planned Parenthood for a special Harry Styles-approved condom release. 'More than a product launch, the launch campaign represents a gentle provocation—a nudge toward normalizing what's too often left unsaid. It's rooted in the belief that pleasure is nothing to apologize for, that self-touch can be a love language, and that old rules haven't always served us,' said the brand release.
