According to a report, many workers said they felt 'so disrespected' after they found out on social media that the July 4 show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace would not take place. 'Everyone working behind the scenes was in complete shock,' an insider told The U.S. Sun . 'They woke up Friday expecting a normal day of work and began their day like always. 'It wasn't until hours into the work day everyone was told the news. A lot of the crew found out on social media which is utterly disrespectful.' Clarkson said she was 'beyond grateful' for her fans who always show up to support her, but had to cancel the shows to protect her voice. 'The prep and rehearsals have taken a toll on my voice,' she wrote on the X platform. 'I want the shows to be perfect for y'all and I need to protect myself from doing serious damage so I am taking this weekend and next week to rest up so that we can deliver what you all deserve.' Some fans 'burst into tears' at the news. 'The crew was setting up like normal and bam, it hit. Fans crying about wasting thousands of dollars, fans who flew from outside of the country to see Kelly for the first time,' the source said. 'She doesn't realize the depth of how much she let people down and most of them were crying they can't afford to come back another weekend.' However, the source said upcoming shows for Friday and Saturday are expected to happen. 'Everyone has been showing up every day to do their job and put on a good show,' the insider said. 'Now we just need Kelly to show up. I think people will be walking on eggshells and on edge until she actually hits the stage because of how last minute she cancelled.' And I even think we're going to have a UFC fight." Monica Crowley, the chief of protocol of the U.S., said: "We've had so much division and so much polarization over the last many decades, but certainly over the last few years, that to be able to bring the country together to celebrate America's 250th birthday through patriotism, shared values and a renewed sense of civic pride, to be able to do that in the center of the country, is incredibly important." What Happens Next? While officials have not confirmed a specific date or provided logistical details, the betting markets suggest confidence that the event will proceed.

Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. Tyler The Creator dropped his critically-acclaimed, eighth studio album 'Chromakopia' way back in October 2024. Now, nine whole months later, the 'Flower Boy' Hip-Hop icon is finally making his way to the Big Apple and Garden State to debut the record in the Tri-state as part of his 'Chromakopia Tour' with special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas. First, the former Odd Future frontman hits NYC's Madison Square Garden on Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15. Two days later, he'll take the train to Brooklyn for a pair of Barclays Center gigs on Thursday, July 17 and Friday, July 18. The two-time Grammy winner will conclude his Northeast trek at Newark's Prudential Center on Sunday, July 27 and Monday, July 28. At the most recent show on the international run, the 34-year-old performed a sprawling 30-song set, according to Set List FM. Highlights included fan favorites 'See You Again,' 'Like Him' and 'I Hope You Find Your Way Home' along with choice cuts from 'Chromakopia' like 'St. Chroma,' 'Rah Tah Tah' and 'Noid' among others. However, this wouldn't be a Tyler tour without a striking visual element. And, based on what we've seen on Instagram, the ambitious artist is painting on a large-scale canvas to deliver a one-of-a-kind show. Costume changes, colorful apocalyptic backdrops, cheeky 'Eras Tour' references, hazy green smoke and aerial catwalks all separate 'Chromakopia' from your typical rap concert. This is a show not to be missed. Stereogum raved 'the music was lush and expansive, the lyrics soulful and contemplative, the visuals highly stimulating…we've come a long way from 'kill people, burn s—, f— school.'' Need to be there? As of now, last-minute tickets are available for Tyler's six NY and NJ concerts. At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find for any one of his septet of shows in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Newark was $93 including fees on Vivid Seats. Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $102 to $173 including fees. For more information, our team has everything you need to know and more about Tyler, The Creator's 'Chromakopia Tour' concerts in New York and New Jersey below. Made up of 14 sonically-diverse tracks, the record is a much-needed shot of adrenaline that's as urgent as it is gorgeously arranged. Call it a stampede symphony. Standout songs here include the whispery, chant-heavy, all-over-the-place 'St. Chroma,' creepy, bouncy 'Rah Tah Tah,' nervy 'Noid,' soulful, sensual 'Judge Judy' and goofy 'Sticky' featuring GloRilla, Sexxy Red and Lil Wayne. Don't skip a single track, though; otherwise, you might miss the dancefloor-ready 'Thought I Was Dead' and space-y flow of 'I Hope You Find Your Way Home.' Both are essential Tyler. Davidson is close to his paternal grandfather, Stephen Davidson, who is the dad of the actor's late father, Scott Davidson. 'I was like, 'Oh, OK.' And they were like, these are all the firemen that are, like, dead.' 'It was weird because we didn't know he was dead for, like, three weeks,' Davidson added. 'They were finding people, you know? They were pulling people out of s–t, and there was just some sort of hope. Like, it was just up and down and nobody knew how to deal with it.' 9 Elsie Hewitt and Pete Davidson. Getty Images The tragic death caused abandonment issues for the 'Bodies Bodies Bodies' vet. 'You know, Dad says he's coming to pick you up and he doesn't. For life, I'm like, I don't believe anyone, and I'm trying to learn how to believe people — and Hollywood isn't exactly the greatest place to learn that skill,' he continued. Looking back, Davidson said he appreciated how much his mom stepped up during that tragic time. 'My mom was f–king, like, 30 … I'm about to be – I wouldn't know what the f–k to do,' he detailed. 'And that's why as I get older I'm like, 'Man, my mom was awesome. F–k, she really loves me.''
