79-year-old at-risk man last seen in Linda Vista missing
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 79-year-old at-risk man went missing Wednesday in the Linda Vista neighborhood.
Quan Diep was last seen walking from a home in the 7400 block of North Judson Street around 6:30 p.m., according to the San Diego Police Department.
Police describe Diep as a Vietnamese man standing 5 feet 5 inches and weighing 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve green button-up shirt over a gray shirt, green sweatpants, white socks and black Puma slides.
Diep is considered at risk due to medical concerns, authorities said.
