Canada-wide warrant issued for parole dodger
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal offender who breached his release orders. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating Stephen Whitter, who is described as a Caucasian male, 52 years of age, five foot seven inches (171 cm), 165 lbs (75 kg) with brown hair and hazel eyes. Whitter has a tattoo of an eagle on his right upper arm, and a cross on his left upper arm. Whitter is serving a two-year sentence for arson and disregard for human life. Police arrest Orillia man with numerous outstanding warrants
Police with the Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement (ROPE) have charged a 48-year-old man in Ramara Township with numerous outstanding warrants. On Friday, at approximately 1:30 p.m. officers tracked down a man at a commercial business on Monck Road. Officials say he had allegedly been evading police and appeared to have outstanding charges and three warrants. He was arrested at the business and is scheduled to appear before the courts at a later date.

(Supplied) The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking for the public's help to find a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release. Tyler Doskotch, 23, is a white male who is 6-foot-1 and weighs 160 pounds. He has the word 'Success' tattooed on his left jawline and 'MTO' under his right eye. Doskotch was serving a two-year sentence for robbery, assault with intent to commit robbery, break and enter, violating probation, threatening to kill animals and failing to attend court. He is known to frequent Kingston, Ottawa, Toronto, Timmins and Iroquois Falls. Anyone having contact with Doskotch or who has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the ROPE Squad at 416-808-5900, toll-free at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE), Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or call 911.
