Shehnaaz Gill and Yo Yo Honey Singh are all set to collaborate once again for another chartbuster track for the actress' upcoming film, Ikk Kudi, scheduled to hit the screens in September this year. Now, Shehnaaz delighted his Instafam with a behind-the-scenes glimpse from the making of the song with Honey, whom she said has a 'desi' humour, and also revealed her new Jamaican look. Taking to Instagram, the Bigg Boss 13 fame dropped a string of pictures from the sets of the new song. The carousel post begins with a candid snap of Shehnaaz and Honey engaging in a fun conversation as the actress is laughing her heart out and the rapper-singer exudes his smile. In the next few pictures, Shehnaaz showcased her look for the upcoming track, dressed in an orange-black tribal inspired patterned dress. The thigh-high slit on one side added a dramatic flair to the overall look. One of the key highlights of her new look was her cornrows hairstyle. Honey, too, shared a close-up picture of Shehnaaz on his Instagram stories and wrote in the caption, 'We made this Jatti look Jamaican. Promotional song for the movie Ekk Kudi." Shehnaaz Making Her Debut As Producer Shehnaaz Gill is set to make her debut as a producer with the upcoming film Ikk Kudi. Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, best known for hits like Honsla Rakh and Kala Shah Kala, the film is a joint production of Raaya Picturez, Shehnaaz Gill Productions, and Amor Film Presents. Ikk Kudi features Nirmal Rishi, Udaybir Sandhu and Harby Sangha in prominent roles. Shehnaaz and Yo Yo Honey Singh's Previous Collaborations Both the actress and the rapper have previously collaborated on the song Sheeshe Wali Chunni, which was a part of Honey's popular album, Glory. The song turned out to be a hit and has crossed more than 5.6 crore views on YouTube. Shehnaaz Gill's Upcoming Projects Up next, she also has a Hindi comedy film, Sab First Class, with actor Varun Sharma in her kitty. Directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua and produced by Murad Khetani, the film also featured Kusha Kapila, Manu Rishi Chadha and Faisal Malik in the leads. Shehnaaz Gill-starrer 'Ikk Kudi' to hit big screen on September 19
NEW DELHI: "Ikk Kudi", starring Shehnaaz Gill in the lead role, is set to release in theatres worldwide on September 19. Gill, who made her acting debut with a Punjabi film "Sat Shri Akaal England" in 2017, gained popularity after featuring in the reality show "Bigg Boss 13", which aired in 2019. She made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan starrer-"Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan" in 2023. The film also featured Pooja Hegde and Daggubati Venkatesh. The 31-year-old actor posted a story on her Instagram handle on Wednesday, announcing the release date. The film was previously slated to release on June 13. "'Ikk Kudi' in cinemas 19th Sept 2025," read the text. Written and directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, "Ikk Kudi" is presented by Raaya Picturez, Shehnaaz Gill Production and Amor Film. It is produced by Gill alongside Kaushal Joshi and Saron.
