Police make arrest after 26-year-old man killed in south Lansing shooting
LANSING - Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of a man in south Lansing early the morning of Saturday, June 28, the Lansing Police Department said in a statement.
Police responded to the 3400 block of Beau Jardin Drive at around 12:30 a.m. after the shooting was reported. A man, 26, was found with "multiple gunshot wounds" and transported to a local hospital, police said. He later died, they added.
Beau Jardin Drive is located near Jolly and Dunckel roads, just west of US 127.
Police have not yet released the victim's name.

Police said they arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with the shooting. They are actively investigating the incident.
"Police are working to determine the sequence of events and the details of the incident," the department said in its statement.
