Drunk and shirtless son of MNS neta abuses woman
Mumbai: Two days after an investment analyst's office was vandalized by MNS activists, a video went viral on social media on Monday showing the son of an MNS functionary from Thane, shirtless and drunk, abusing a 39-year-old businesswoman-influencer in Andheri after having rammed his vehicle into hers and fled. The video showed him claiming his father was MNS leader. The Amboli police have registered an FIR against Rahil Javed Shaikh (26), for alleged drunk and rash driving and outraging the modesty of the woman. His father, Javed Shaikh, is an MNS functionary. The incident occurred at 1.30 am after Shaikh left a friend's residence in Lokhandwala Complex after partying on Sunday night. Driving an Innova SUV in an intoxicated state, he lost control of the vehicle and collided with the businesswoman-influencer's Jeep Compass, after which he fled. When the influencer's car intercepted his vehicle, forcing it to stop, he was shirtless behind the wheel and was captured on video hurling abuses at her. Tocsin Media & Marketing LLC Undo he FIR filed by her stated, "Shaikh, while abusing, threatened that his father is an MNS leader from Thane and asked me to go to MNS chief Raj Thackeray's house to get whatever damages my car had incurred after his car collided. He was repeatedly hurling abuses at me." The video shows Shaikh continuing to abuse and threatening the woman despite presence of police personnel and attempting to charge at her when questioned about his actions in the name of 'Marathi manoos.' Police impounded his car, and an on-site alcohol test revealed his blood alcohol level exceeded the permissible limit. A blood sample has been sent for further examination to determine the exact amount of alcohol content.

According to Rajshree, the accused, identified as Rahil Javed Shaikh, was under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into her vehicle. Social media influencer Rajshree More, a close friend of actor Rakhi Sawant, has accused the son of a Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader of ramming into her car in a drunken state and later threatening her. The alleged incident took place on Sunday night in Mumbai's Andheri suburb, and Rajshree has taken to social media to share videos and photographs that she claims serve as evidence. According to Rajshree, the accused, identified as Rahil Javed Shaikh, was under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into her vehicle. In a video posted to her Instagram, Rahil is seen shirtless, verbally abusing and threatening Rajshree in Marathi, using expletives and reportedly declaring, 'Bh**od paishe ghe," and 'Go and tell the cops I am Javed Shaikh's son, then you'll see what happens." She alleges that the attack was not only a case of drunk driving but also politically motivated retaliation. Police investigations are currently underway. In the now-deleted video that triggered the backlash, Rajshree More had questioned the push to enforce the Marathi language across Maharashtra, arguing that locals should be encouraged to work harder instead of relying on linguistic pride. She went on to warn that the condition of Mumbai's local Marathi community could deteriorate further if migrant workers decided to leave the city, implying their crucial contribution to the city's functioning. Her remarks drew sharp criticism from Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers, particularly from the Versova unit, who promptly complained to her at the Oshiwara police station. Facing mounting pressure and political outrage, Rajshree later issued a public apology and took down the controversial video from her social media platforms.
