It's a wrap for one of the most anticipated films - Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana'. The director finally called "cut" on Part 1 of the epic late Monday night. There by his side were leading men, Ranbir Kapoor and Ravi Dubey. The actors, who are cast as Lord Ram, and Laxmana, were seen hugging each other tightly after the final scene was filmed. Soon after completing work, the actor was spotted at the Mumbai airport, jetting out of the country with his wife, Alia Bhatt and daughter Raha Kapoor. The family is reportedly flying out of the city for a quiet summer break together, before they head back to work on their many other projects. Besides working on Ramayana, Ranbir has also been busy working with Alia on director Sanjay Leela Bhansali 's 'Love and War' which also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The mythological epic Ramayana – Part 1 is scheduled to be released around Diwali 2026, with Part 2 following at Diwali 2027, according to official announcements.
