Gemma Collins looked chic as she cosied up to her fiancé Rami Hawash at Wimbledon on Wednesday. The TV personality, 44, who has recently lost an impressive two stone, wore a cream satin gown with floral detailing. She teamed her outfit with pair of two-tone sling back heels and a black wide brimmed straw hat. Gemma and Rami posed for photos outside centre court and sipped on a glass of Pimm's before heading inside. Rami looked smart in a blue blazer which he paired with a shirt and smart white trousers. They joined a slew of stars for day three of the Wimbledon Championships as they prepare to watch Emma Raducanu play 2023 champion Marketa Vondrousova. It comes after the star claimed she's 'saving the NHS ' by taking Mounjaro after losing a 'life-changing' two stone. Gemma said she'll no longer need to go to the NHS with an 'obesity related illness' thanks to the help of the medication. She revealed in January that she'd been taking the NHS approved Mounjaro injections and has left fans stunned with her incredible transformation. She told The Mirror: 'I've lost so much weight, you wouldn't believe it. It's the only thing I've managed to lose weight on without putting myself on a stressful diet. She said: 'I really don't know what's happened to me, I really don't, It's just come on me overnight. But it has been a year since I've had any little tweakments.' 'I don't know if it's since I've been losing weight. I sure haven't got "Ozempic face" yet, but it would be the dream right now,' 'I've always had a fuller face, as you know. I do like expression around my eyes. I want to look natural still. But this just isn't right. What has happened? I am 44 but this is taking it to levels that I never, ever imagined it'd get to.' 'Ozempic face' is a used to describe noticeable facial changes, such as sagging skin and a gaunt appearance, that can occur after rapid weight loss, often associated with the use of medications like Ozempic. Meanwhile a source told The Mirror that while Gemma was poking fun at the situation she was in reality very concerned. 'She's eating really healthily and has broken some of the bad habits with food, It was a bit of a shock to her to really see the effect the weight loss has had on her face'. 'She doesn't want to suddenly look older than she is, which is why she's sorting it and being honest about it. Gemma's always been really open and honest about her relationship with her body and she's been through some really horrible times with it, but that's all in her past now.' TERRIFIED Gemma Collins was left reeling after a parcel containing rat poison was sent to her home. The reality TV star, 44, was shocked by the toxic package, which also contained a nasty note covered with glitter, and reported it to police. 3 3 The hate mail came just weeks after The Sun on Sunday revealed Gemma was forced to call the cops over another 'abusive and menacing' letter. A source said: 'The package was really scary and she was terrified to receive it. 'It was delivered by the postman, but had no postage stamp on it. 'Gemma was worried as it contained rat poison, especially as she has animals at her home.' Gemma, who lives with businessman fiancé Rami Hawash, has since beefed up security with 24-hour guard dog patrols. The source added she has passed on details of the latest incident to cops, who she had been already in contact with over the previous hate letter.
