Yemen's Houthis Launch Drone Attack on Israel Targeting Strategic Locations

Sana'a – Houthi militia in Yemen claimed responsibility for a new drone attack targeting five Israeli sites, including Ben Gurion Airport, Ramon Airport, Eilat Port, and urban areas in Tel Aviv, Jaffa, and Ashdod. According to a statement issued by the group's military wing, five explosive-laden drones were deployed in what it described as a "qualitative operation" in support of Gaza. The Houthis vowed to continue such attacks "until Israeli aggression on Gaza ends." No immediate confirmation was provided by Israeli authorities regarding damage or casualties, although heightened alert levels were reported in affected cities. The attack marks a continuation of cross-regional escalations that have drawn Yemen's Houthis into the broader conflict landscape tied to Iranian-aligned militias.

Houthis launch drone strikes on 'Israel' over Gaza war, Hudaydah attack

The Yemeni armed forces, led by the Houthi movement, announced on Monday that they carried out a 'qualitative military operation' targeting multiple 'Israeli' sites in response to the genocide in Gaza and a recent 'Israeli' strike on Yemen's Hudaydah port. In a statement, the Houthis said their drone force hit Lod Airport, a military site in the Yafa area, Eilat Port, Ramon Airport, and a vital target in Ashdod using five drones. The group claimed the operation was successful and achieved its objectives. They stated that the attack as part of Yemen's 'religious, moral, and humanitarian duty' to support the Palestinian people and condemned the ongoing 'Israeli' aggression against Gaza. 'The great Yemen, confident in God, has faced hostile attacks in recent months and stood firm. We are fully prepared to confront any future aggression,' the statement read. The Houthis reaffirmed their commitment to continue attacks until the 'Israeli' offensive on Gaza ends and the siege is lifted. 'Operations will not stop until the aggression on Gaza stops,' they declared, concluding with slogans of resistance and support for Palestinians. The announcement comes amid heightened tensions in the Red Sea and growing regional fallout from the war in Gaza.

Houthis strike Israeli sites in retaliation for Hodeida attack, vow escalation

ALBAWABA- The Houthi-led Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Sunday, July 21, the launch of a new aerial attack targeting multiple sites in Israel, in retaliation for recent Israeli strikes on Yemen's Hodeida port and in solidarity with the people of Gaza. Also Read Israel struck Hodeida port in Yemen According to a statement by Houthi military spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the operation targeted five Israeli locations, including Ben Gurion Airport, Ramon Airport, and the port of Umm al-Rashrash, using five drones. Saree claimed the strikes achieved their objectives 'successfully, by the grace of God.' بتاريخ21_7_2025م — العميد يحيى سريع (@army21yemen) July 21, 2025 The spokesperson described the operation as both a response to what he called 'Israeli aggression on Yemen' and a contribution to the wider resistance in support of Palestinians in Gaza. Saree further warned that attacks would intensify if Israeli military actions against Yemen continue or if the blockade on Gaza is not lifted. He stressed that these strikes are part of a broader deterrence strategy. The escalation comes just hours after the Israeli military announced it had conducted airstrikes on the Red Sea port city of Hodeida. According to Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, the strikes were aimed at dismantling 'terror infrastructure' used by the Houthi forces and to prevent any attempt to rebuild previously destroyed military assets. The Israeli military stated it had hit military infrastructure and naval vessels used by the Houthis, reinforcing what it described as a firm policy to curb regional threats emanating from Yemen. This latest exchange marks a significant intensification of the cross-regional conflict, linking the ongoing war in Gaza to retaliatory operations by actors across the Middle East, including the Houthis in Yemen, who have increasingly positioned themselves as part of a broader axis resisting western-backed Israeli military actions.

Euro-Med Monitor Exposes: French Embassy Coordinates with Israeli Occupation to Expel Gaza's Elite

Istanbul – SABA Rami Abdu, head of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, revealed "dangerous and confirmed" evidence of the French Embassy in Jerusalem directly coordinating with Israeli forces to systematically expel Palestinian professionals (Ph.D. holders, doctors, engineers, historians, and cultural/archaeological specialists) from Gaza. The operations are framed as "humanitarian evacuations" but allegedly aim to depopulate Gaza of its intellectual and human capital. A new expulsion was planned for April 23, 2025, involving pre-dawn bus gatherings in central Gaza, transport to Ramon Airport under Israeli military air cover, and eventual transfer to Jordan via the King Hussein Bridge. The French Consulate in Jerusalem ignored urgent requests for clarification. A dedicated unit within Israel's far-right government oversees the "phased expulsion" of Palestinians, starting with high-skilled individuals, to alter Gaza's demographic and social fabric. France is accused of being a primary international collaborator in this scheme. Abdu condemned the Franco-Israeli coordination as a "blatant breach of international law," highlighting France's silence on forced displacement and its failure to prosecute French-Israeli dual nationals accused of war crimes in Gaza. He criticized France's hypocrisy: facilitating Palestinian brain drain while ignoring its citizens serving in the Israeli military. Demand that France cease involvement and issue an official statement. Urgent appeal for an international investigation by the UN, framing the expulsions as part of an ongoing genocide. Warning: "History will not forgive the accomplices... This is the soft face of the crime, what bombs couldn't achieve, they seek through deceptive humanitarian corridors". UAE evacuates 188 Palestinians from Gaza in latest humanitarian mission

Live updates: Follow the latest on Israel-Gaza The UAE has evacuated an additional 188 Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, in co-ordination with the World Health Organisation, in its latest humanitarian operation in support of the besieged enclave. They include 81 patients – half of whom are children - set to receive treatment for cancer and other serious injuries. They were joined by 107 family members on arrival in Abu Dhabi on Friday. They were flown to the capital from Ramon Airport in Israel via the Kerem Shalom crossing. The crucial assistance is in line with President Sheikh Mohamed's directive for treatment to be provided in UAE hospitals to 1,000 wounded Palestinian children and a further 1,000 cancer patients. Medical teams transported those who required immediate medical attention to hospitals, with the remaining patients and their relatives taken to Emirates Humanitarian City in the capital. It is the 24th such aid flight conducted in order to provide Gazans with essential healthcare, amid the continued war with Israel. The UAE has stood in solidarity with the Palestinian people since the deadly conflict broke out on October 7, 2023. This month, a UAE aid ship carrying more than 5,800 tonnes of critical supplies for Gaza docked at Egypt's Al Arish port. It is the largest aid shipment sent by the Emirates under its humanitarian campaign, called Operation Gallant Knight 3. The 5,820 tonnes of aid included food, medicine, medical equipment and shelter materials. More than 65,000 tonnes of aid have been delivered by air, sea and road, with close to 600 flights, seven transport ships and nearly 3,500 lorries used to carry goods from Egypt into Gaza. Additionally, an air-drop operation has delivered more than 3,700 tonnes of humanitarian aid by parachute in inaccessible areas. At least 50,208 Palestinians have been killed and 113,910 wounded since the war began. The Israeli military began its offensive after Hamas-led militants attacked southern Israel and killed about 1,200 people, on October 7, 2023.
