Rangers fringe man to leave on loan as clubs agree deal
The Northern Ireland winger is set to become the next exit from Ibrox in this transfer window with a season-long deal taking him to Cyprus, as reported by Rangers Review. He will join ex-teammates Connor Goldson and Leon Balogun. Russell Martin informed him earlier in the summer that he was free to find another club and he will now put pen to paper in the coming days. [[Rangers]] have been working on beefing up their options in wide areas and already have Djeidi Gassama in the door in a £2.2million deal from Sheffield Wednesday. The 21-year-old scored on his competitive debut in the Champions League qualifying win over Panathinaikos. The Ibrox club are also frontrunners to add highly-rated Tottenham Hotspur youngster Mikey Moore on a loan deal for the campaign ahead. They are also in the mix for Go Ahead Eagles' Finland star Oliver Antman, the Dutch side braced to receive an offer. Speaking on interest in his players, the English boss said: "I think we have interest in a fair few of the players, but as and when they go, I don't know. "I just wait for Kevin to tell me what's going on. And yeah, whilst they're here, they'll be treated with care and respect and professionalism. "And it might not always be on the terms they want or like, but I think if we're honest with each other and we respect each other and they respect the group, there's not going to be a problem."

Rangers submit loan offer for winger but patience required
As per Rangers Review, sources have played down that suggestion and expect the Eagles to let go of the player permanently in this window. However, they remain keen to try and persuade them to send him on loan instead. Rak-Sakyi has lots of interest from down south so the men from Govan will face plenty of competition to land his signature, with Russell Martin's former club Southampton one of those at the table. Read more: Martin and Rangers may have to wait until later in the window to land their man. The England under-21s star came through the youth ranks of Chelsea before switching to fellow London club Palace in 2021. He made two Premier League appearances that season before a further six in 2023-24. However, it was a loan at Charlton Athletic where he was really able to display his talents, winning Supporters' Player of the Year after hitting 15 goals. Another loan followed at Sheffield United and the step up to the Championship didn't phase him as he found the net another seven times. Russell Martin is prioritising adding options in the wide areas and has already signed Djeidi Gassama for £2.2m from Sheffield Wednesday. Gassama came off the bench to score on his debut against Panathinaikos in Champions League qualifying. Fellow winger Findlay Curtis, 18, scored the other goal in a 2-0 win.

Rangers teen set for Championship loan as talks progress
As per Rangers Review, talks are ongoing between both clubs as they look to agree on a loan deal to allow the teen to play in the Championship for the season ahead. Munn is contracted to [[Rangers]] until 2028 and made his first team debut in a Scottish Cup win over Fraserburgh last season. Manager Russell Martin was keen to add to his goalkeeping options and was exploring the possibility of bringing in Brighton's Carl Rushworth, who he worked with before at Swansea. Pierce Charles of Sheffield Wednesday was another to be linked. However, Kieran Wright has just penned a new deal with Rangers and could spend the season as third choice behind Jack Butland and Liam Kelly. Read more: Butland had a shaky campaign last time out but started strongly with an assured display against Panathinaikos. Speaking on the goalkeeping situation during pre-season, Martin said: 'I think you need to have two good goalkeepers, ideally three at a club like this. 'I think it's the same as any position. We'll keep assessing what they can do, what they can't do. 'We have two good goalkeepers, we're fortunate with that. 'But if there's someone who's desperate to play here and we think they can help us, it's the same at any position. 'As long as it doesn't affect other things in the balance of the squad, then we'll always look to it. 'But at the minute I've been happy with the two guys (Butland and Kelly).'

"So, I think we are, we're definitely want to do more, for sure. And also probably some players need to to move on as well at some point because the squad's going to start looking very big and very heavy. I don't know is the answer, but it will definitely look different in a week's time."
