Rattanindia Ent board to mull fund raising plan on 2 July
Rattanindia Enterprises said that its board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, to consider raising funds through a rights issue or any other permissible mode. The said funds will be utilized to accelerate the growth of the company. RattanIndia Enterprises serves as the growth engine of the RattanIndia Group dedicated to pioneering new-age businesses. This EV bike maker's shares rose 8% as arm expanded Sri Lanka portfolio
RattanIndia Enterprises shares jumped 8.1 per cent in trade on Friday, logging an intraday high at ₹65.46 per share on BSE. At 10:31 AM, RattanIndia Enterprises share price was trading 4.53 per cent higher at ₹63.26 per share on the BSE. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was up 0.03 per cent at 83,784.49. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹8,744.24 crore. Its 52-week high was at ₹92.1 per share and 52-week low was at ₹37.45 per share. In one year, RattanIndia Enterprises shares have lost 28 per cent as compared to Sensex's rise of 6 per cent. Why were RattanIndia Enterprises shares in demand? The buying on the counter came after the company informed investors that its subsidiary, Revolt Motors is expanding its Sri Lanka portfolio with the launch of RV1 and RV1+ at EV Motor Show Colombo 2025. The launch is set to strengthen Revolt Motors' international presence. The unveiling is scheduled from June 27, 2025, to June 29, at EV Motor Show Colombo 2025, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo. According to the filing, following the successful rollout of the RV400 and BRZ in the Sri Lankan market on November 26, 2024, the addition of RV1 and RV1+ marks the next phase of Revolt's product expansion in the region. Revolt Motors rolls out 50,000th electric motorcycle from Haryana plant
The 50,000th electric motorcycle was the Revolt RV1 Plus finished in Titan Red Check Offers Revolt Motors has announced the rollout of its 50,000th electric motorcycle from the brand's production facility in Manesar, Haryana. One of the first movers in the electric two-wheeler space, the company began operations in August 2019 and initially retailed the RV400 electric motorcycle. Revolt's range now comprises the RV400, RV1+, and RV BlazeX e-bikes. 50,000th Revolt Electric Bike Rolled Out The 50,000th electric motorcycle to roll out from the Revolt plant was the RV1+ electric commuter bike in the Titan Red Silver colour. The company scaled up operations in a staggered manner and operates out of 200 dealerships across India. Revolt Motors has achieved a production milestone with the rollout of 50,000 electric motorcycles from its manufacturing plant in Manesar, Haryana. The milestone unit to roll out from the plant is an RV1 plus sporting Titan Red Silver colour. Additionally, the manufacturer plans on increasing the production capacity of the plant to 3 lakh electric motorcycles by the end of 2026. At present, Revolt's Manesar facility has an annual production capacity of 180,000 units. The intended expansion of capacity aims to meet the increasing demand for electric motorcycles and to bolster the company's growth strategy both domestically and internationally. Revolt Motors has more than 200 dealerships throughout India and has recently ventured into Nepal and Sri Lanka. To facilitate its manufacturing expansion, the company also plans to grow its dealership network to 400 locations, thereby enhancing its presence across India and key international markets in South Asia and the Middle East. The current range of products offered by the company includes models such as the RV400, RV1+, and RV BlazeX, all featuring lithium-ion batteries, various riding modes, regenerative braking, and road-ready suspensions designed for Indian terrain.
