Victoria Beckham's real reason for doing Netflix documentary as Brooklyn confirmed to be in the show

When David Beckham's Netflix docuseries aired, fans were delighted to be given a look into the good, the bad and the ugly parts of the famous family's lives. Fans learned more about the Beckhams than ever before, showcasing their charming relationship and the strong bond they share with their children to the infamous affair allegations that rocked their marriage in the mid 2000s, which ended up resulting in the couple fighting "against each other". The four-part Beckham documentary was released in October 2023 before the Beckham family feud, which appears to have emerged earlier this year between Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz and the rest of the family. While fans are hoping for the same level of candidness in Victoria's upcoming Netflix series, which was confirmed in August last year, the Spice Girl star will reportedly be staying clear of discussing her ongoing family row in the documentary. An insider told the Mirror that Victoria will be avoiding the subject at all costs. The source explained: 'It's already causing deep upset within the family so Posh has vowed not to allow details of the personal matter to be aired on TV to escalate any issues.' The 51-year-old fashion designer has had camera crews following her around in recent months as part of a multi million pound deal with Netflix. Filming began in late 2024 and is still ongoing with the series expected to be released in late 2025. The show is set to focus on her fashion achievements and career as well as balancing family life. During filming for the series, a divide has emerged between the Beckham's eldest son Brooklyn, 26, and wife Nicola, 30, and the rest of the Beckham clan. Their rift was seemingly confirmed earlier this month when Brooklyn failed to attend any of David's 50th birthday celebrations. A source explained: 'Cameras have been following Victoria for nine months. They have footage for potential use where Brooklyn and Nicole were present. "They also have it from David's parties and moments building up to the celebrations. It is unclear whether they will feature in the Netflix show.' David celebrated his 50th birthday surrounded by his family and A-lister pals at lavish events in London the Cotswolds and Paris. Brooklyn and Nicola were absent from each of those big get togethers. The Netflix insider says that "as far as we are aware" Brooklyn will feature in the show when Victoria references her motherhood journey but their family rift will be kept private. A source said: "The drama within the family will not be addressed in any significant way. This has elements of a reality series, but it is not going to be the Real Housewives Of Beckham Manor! "Cameras have followed Victoria around over the last few months, so to viewers it may become evident who was there and who was not.' David's own production company Studio 99 is creating the show so the Beckhams have a lot of control over the project. The insider added: 'David and Victoria want Brooklyn in their lives and would feel they'd not behaved fairly to air any dirty laundry in a show like this. Their stance is that they will shy away from any of these matters.' A teaser clip for the upcoming series showed Posh Spice explaining why she decided to go from a successful music career to a new path into fashion. Audiences can expect some drama in the show as the mum-of-four is seen facing catastrophe as one of her biggest fashion events was left with a treacherous outdoor runaway following a downpour. Despite the risk, she chooses to continue on with the show, warning her models about the wet conditions. Cheering on from the front row is her devoted husband David and their four kids. Netflix vows to deliver 'an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Victoria's business, access to Victoria, her family, those closest to her and her fashion journey and including never-before-seen archive, the series will tell the story of Victoria's reinvention as a Creative Director of her own brand.' David's series about his remarkable football career enjoyed huge critical success and bagged an Emmy Award in the Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series category. The former footballer revealed it took ages to convince his wife to sign up to do her own show. Previously speaking on the Today show, David said: In my opinion, she was the star of mine. So I just thought, 'This is the opportunity'. "She's been working on her brand for the last 18 years. She's unbelievably hard working, and no one gets to see that. So I convinced her to let people actually see what she does every day and what goes into her business." He added: "She's a very clever and hard-working lady, so I want people to see that." Victoria's documentary aims to reveal more than just her success in the industry but will also explore her motivations and challenges. It is set to come to Netflix in late 2025.

EXCLUSIVE: Victoria Beckham will reportedly not address the ongoing Beckham family feud in her upcoming Netflix series as she wants to 'shy away from family drama' The Beckham family feud has had us gripped but if you thought that Victoria was going to address the strained relations in her upcoming Netflix show, you're going to be disappointed. Our sources tell us the Spice Girl will stay clear of the row in her hotly-anticipated reality series. 'It's already causing deep upset within the family so Posh has vowed not to allow details of the personal matter to be aired on TV to escalate any issues,' says our insider. Mum-of-four Victoria, 51, has had camera crews following her in recent months as part of a multi million pound deal with Netflix. The show focuses on her fashion achievements and career as well as balancing family life. During filming for the series, divisions have opened between eldest son Brooklyn, 26, wife Nicole, 30, his brother Romeo, 22, and his parents. It's seen Brooklyn avoid all dad David's recent 50th celebrations. ‌ 'Cameras have been following Victoria for nine months,' explained the source. 'They have footage for potential use where Brooklyn and Nicole were present. They also have it from David's parties and moments building up to the celebrations. It is unclear whether they will feature in the Netflix show.' Victoria and David celebrated his 50th birthday surrounded by his loving family and A-list pals at events in London, the Cotswolds and Paris. But for each of those big get togethers Brooklyn and his wife were absent. ‌ The Netflix insider says that 'as far as we are aware' Brooklyn will feature in the show, as Victoria references her motherhood journey - but the family rift will be left alone. An insider said: 'The drama within the family will not be addressed in any significant way. This has elements of a reality series, but it is not going to be the Real Housewives Of Beckham Manor! Cameras have followed Victoria around over the last few months, so to viewers it may become evident who was there and who was not.' 'David and Victoria want Brooklyn in their lives and would feel they'd not behaved fairly to air any dirty laundry in a show like this. Their stance is that they will shy away from any of these matters.' A clip for the upcoming series showed Posh explaining her decision to pivot from a successful music career into fashion. Teasing some of the drama which audiences are expected to see this autumn, Posh is seen facing disaster as one of her biggest fashion events after a downpour made the outside runway treacherous. Despite the risk, she decides to proceed, cautioning her models about the treacherous runway. Cheering her on from the front row are her supportive husband David and their children. Netflix promises 'an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Victoria's business, access to Victoria, her family, those closest to her and her fashion journey and including never-before-seen archive, the series will tell the story of Victoria's reinvention as a Creative Director of her own brand.' It comes after the streamer enjoyed huge critical success and bagged an Emmy with David's series about his astonishing football career. Becks revealed it took ages to convince his wife to sign up to do her own show. The streaming giant's documentary aims to reveal more than just Victoria's success in the industry but also explore her motivations and challenges. He stated: "In my opinion, she was the star of mine. So I just thought, 'This is the opportunity'. "She's been working on her brand for the last 18 years. She's unbelievably hard working, and no one gets to see that. So I convinced her to let people actually see what she does every day and what goes into her business." He added, "She's a very clever and hard-working lady, so I want people to see that."
