SPOILERS: Reality Steve Reveals Who Gets Engaged on ‘Bachelor in Paradise' Season 10
Bachelor in Paradise has returned like a toxic ex that you simply can't quit, and if you're in the mood for spoilers, they've arrived! We're only one episode in (BiP debuted last night, July 7th), but a lot of drama happens throughout the show—and it all culminates with tea care of longtime Bachelor Nation spoiler source Reality Steve. In an Instagram post that's truly packed with intel, Steve revealed that "none of the Goldens" (aka the older members of the cast) got engaged this season, and he's "not sure any of them are even still dating." Hate to hear that! Meanwhile, Steve reports that Jonathan Johnson and Lea Cayanan end up as "just friends" despite connecting on the show. However, several couples who exited the show left as couples—despite not getting engaged on screen. They include: Parisa Shifteh and Brian Autz, Alexe Godin and Andrew Spencer, Sean McLaughlin and Allyshia Gupta, Kat Izzo and Dale Moss, and Baily Brown and Jeremy Simon. But don't despair if you were holding out for an engagement. Steve also says that he's "pretty sure" Jess Edwards and Spencer Conley get engaged this season. In related news, it looks like the show's format has somewhat shifted, and the winning couple (potentially Jess and Spencer) get a cash prize. As Steve put it, "I think it is safe to say that the winning twosome this year does get paid. Now the question is how much do they make? What I've gathered is, it's more than Love Island, which I believe is 100-150 [thousand]. So there is going to be a winning team of Bachelor Paradise this summer, and they will get paid what that number is." Reality Steve Reveals 'Bachelor in Paradise' Prize Money Twist
Bachelor in Paradise is back for Season 10, only this time there's a major twist. Said twist was teased last night during the premiere, when Jesse Palmer boldly declared that this season is "unlike anything you've ever seen before" and added that "in the end, we hope to offer our best and our strongest couples a life-changing opportunity." is the opportunity? Enter spoiler source Reality Steve. According to Reality Steve, a couple things are different this season. First of all, there are no more standard rose ceremony eliminations, and instead they're doing some sort of "voting out process." As he put it, "I don't know if they vote as a twosome. I don't know if the twosomes vote separately, but it is a voting out of who is to leave the game next." But the most major change is there appears to be some sort of financial compensation at the end of the show. Per Steve, "I think it is safe to say that the winning twosome this year does get paid. Now the question is how much do they make? What I've gathered is, it's more than Love Island, which I believe is 100-150 [thousand]. So there is going to be a winning team of Bachelor Paradise this summer, and they will get paid what that number is." Honestly, love that the show is attempting to stay competitive with other reality shows airing this summer, ahem!

EXCLUSIVE New Golden Bachelor star's future on the show revealed amid calls to FIRE him for ageist comments
The upcoming second season of The Golden Bachelor has been thrown into turmoil just weeks before filming was due to commence. Rumors are swirling that leading man Mel Owens, 66, is being replaced on the show after sparking backlash from Bachelor fans for ageist comments he made in a recent interview. Owens, a former NFL star, shocked longtime viewers of the show when he said that he wouldn't date a woman over 60. The fallout from his comments led to some fans threatening to boycott the new season. Bachelor blogger Reality Steve then reported that the 'negative publicity' around Owens' comments had led to the network axing him from the series and that his replacement would be announced soon. However, can confirm that Owens has not been replaced and the season will go ahead as planned. The backlash started last week when Owens recalled his initial meeting with Bachelor producers during an interview on the MGoBlue podcast. 'They ask me, 'What's your preference?' So I just said [ages] 45 to 60, just being honest,' he said. However, while having lunch with the show's executive producer, he thought better of it and said, 'You know, if they're 60 or over, I'm cutting them.' When reminded that the name of the show was The Golden Bachelor, Owens said he was told, ''You can't use the word cut.' 'I go, "Well, that's an NFL term,"' he said. He then shared his other demands for the women. 'They asked me, "What is my profile?" Well, [the women] have got to be fit because I'm staying in shape and work out and stuff,' he said 'And I told them, "Try to stay away from the artificial hips and the wigs, you know, that kind of stuff, right?"' Numerous fans of the franchise have made their feelings quite clear about what Owens said. 'Based on his podcast interview I won't be watching or supporting. We need to stop supporting men who think they're so great that they won't date women their own age. This dude needs to go back home,' wrote one. 'This is so sad. I can't believe [producers] knew this man didn't want a golden lady and cast him anyway,' wrote another. Even Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause weighed in on the drama. 'We love the Golden Bachelor because of how wholesome it is,' she wrote on Instgram, adding, 'This type of energy will ruin it.'

Mel Owens Reportedly Fired from 'Golden Bachelor'—Here's Why
Looks like Mel Owens may no longer be ABC's new Golden Bachelor. Longtime spoiler source Reality Steve reports that the burgeoning reality star is "out" after controversial comments he made about not dating older women on the show. "Mel Owens is OUT as the Golden Bachelor due to recent negative publicity surrounding his June 4th podcast appearance," Reality Steve wrote on Twitter. "Expect an announcement soon incl who is going to replace him. Haven't heard a name yet on who that is. Will update if/when I hear." In case you missed it and/or blocked it out, Mel (who is 66) revealed his "cut off age" during the In the Trenches podcast, saying "It's blind up until they get out of the limo. But they asked me, 'what's your preferences?' So, I just said 45 to 60, just being honest. And then the process went, and I was selected, right? And then we had lunch with the executive producer. I said, 'you know, if they're 60 or over, I'm cutting them.' Oh Mel, you can't, you know, this is not the 'Silver Bachelor.' It's the 'Golden Bachelor.' He goes, but they're going to be hot, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." Mel's comments caused a lot of backlash, with many viewers insisting that he's recast. While ABC hasn't made a formal announcement, it looks like they're doing just that based on Reality Steve's reporting tuned. Oh, and for what it's worth, previous Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner was 72 when he was cast, and his winner, Theresa Nist, was 70.
