Veteran wing Rebecca Allen poured in a game-high 27 points, which was also her season-best scoring output. Reese had played 32 minutes or more in six consecutive contests before the matchup against the Wings, as well as 34 minutes or more in four straight. However, she only played 29 minutes in Wednesday's win. "Maddy Westbeld has shown growth in adjusting to the speed of the game, and she has been beneficial in helping reduce Angel Reese's minutes as of late," Coach Marsh said, via Chicago State of Mind Sports. Reese is averaging 13.3 points, a league-leading 12.8 rebounds and a career-best 3.8 assists per game this season. She was named to her second consecutive All-Star team on Sunday. Advertisement Westbeld has only played in nine of the team's 19 contests this season, and she is averaging 1.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.3 assists per contest.
