Dumped Love Island star confirms he's dating villa girl he wasn't coupled up with as they ‘soft launch' romance
AFTER being brutally dumped earlier this series, Love Island star Remell Mullings has confirmed he's dating a villa girl - and it's not who fans think it is. The hunk, who sparked fix claims, has soft launched his romance with co-star Poppy Harrison after they enjoyed a brief romance on the show. 3 3 Remell, 24, took to Instagram to share a video of the pair looking very cosy while lip syncing to Fat Joe and Ashanti's popular song What's Luv?. The two, who flirted up a storm on the show, can be seen with their arms around one another, with the words written, 'What could've been,' sprawled on the top of the clip. The pair appeared to be into one another before being hit with a curveball, with the arrival of four new bombshells. The game happened after Helena Ford, Emily Moran, Dejon Noel Williams and Remell Mullings were taken for a night away at the Casa Amor villa with newcomers Will, Giorgio, Caprice and Poppy. 6 6 6 And it certainly helps the OG Islanders get to know the new Islanders over at the sleepover. Playing Truth or Dare, Dejon dares Remell to kiss an Islander of his choice and he kisses Poppy. Remell then dares Helena to do her favourite sex position with Giorgio, and Poppy kisses Dejon after being dared to kiss the person she's most attracted to other than the person she chose. Things heat up even more when Giorgio dares Dejon, who is coupled up with Meg, to kiss the Islander he's most attracted to and he snogs Caprice and they both rate it 10/10. Dejon then asks Remell who he would choose between Alima and Poppy if there was a recoupling and he hesitates but says Poppy. Later that evening, OG Love Island boys Dejon and Remell have a catch up, and he asks him where his head is at. LOVE Island fans say they're "calling the police" as Alima went missing again. It came as Harry tried to graft Shakira last night, Toni and Shakira cleared the air with Emily, and Megan revealed she wasn't sexually attracted to Tommy. 3 3 But as all the drama unfolded, original girl Alima was nowhere to be seen. She was only mentioned when Shea branded her "boring" in a challenge, when asked to describe each islander with one word. Fans have been up in arms over Alima's poor edit. One said: "I would like to report a missing person. Her name is Alima and if you do see her let us know." Another wanted to know: "Does Alima even enjoy her time in the villa? I feel like that villa is so toxic and that's why she's always missing from group settings and just vibing alone w her mans."
