Paradise launches NH44-themed kebab festival, celebrating India's culinary diversity
Hyderabad, July 3 (UNI) Popular food chain Paradise Food Court Private Limited has launched a unique NH44 Kebab Festival, offering a delicious journey of kebabs inspired by the regions along India's longest highway—from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Unveiled across all Paradise outlets nationwide, the festival features regionally inspired delicacies such as Zafrani Kalmi Kebab (J&K), Patiala Tangdi (Punjab), Bhuna Chicken Tikka (UP), Salem Chicken Tikka (Tamil Nadu), Guntur Chicken Tikka (Andhra Pradesh), and vegetarian options like Thecha Paneer (Maharashtra) and Mathania Paneer (Rajasthan).
Speaking at a press conference in Hyderabad, Paradise Food Court Private Limited COO Robinder Sing said the festival reflects the brand's commitment to innovation while maintaining the trusted taste and quality that customers expect. 'This is more than a food event—it's a celebration of unity in diversity through flavors,' he said.
Swatantra Gautam, VP – Culinary, added that the kebabs have been specially curated using authentic ingredients sourced from different states. 'We've ensured each kebab carries the essence of its region, with a Paradise twist to suit local taste profiles.'
The festival, which began on July 1, will run for two months and is available for dine-in and takeaway across all 60 Paradise outlets in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Delhi.
