‘Little People, Big World' Star Announces Shocking Split
'Little People, Big World' Star Announces Shocking Split originally appeared on Parade. Little People, Big World patriarch Matt Roloff shocked fans of the TLC show on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, by announcing the end of his 8-year relationship with fiancée Caryn Chandler. "I have some tough news to share," he wrote in the unexpected announcement. "Caryn and I have decided to part ways and end our engagement." He added that "life's a continued journey" and that he believes this is the "right step" for them right now. He also assured fans that they "remain amicable and will always appreciate the many wonderful memories we have shared." Roloff concluded by thanking fans for their support and adding that he was determined to "move forward with positivity and trust." The duo began dating in 2017, following Roloff's 2016 divorce from longtime wife Amy Roloff, with whom he welcomed kids Jacob, Molly, and twins Jeremy and Zach. Fans got to know Chandler as she started starring on Little People, Big World alongside the family. Roloff and Chandler got engaged in April 2023, when the Roloff Farms owner popped the question in the backyard of their shared Arizona home. "After six wonderful years together, I asked Caryn to marry me and she said yes!" Roloff told People at the time. 'You said to me, 'I've thought about this a lot for a long time and I want to grow old with you,' Chandler recalled of the special moment. 'That's what he said, and then I started to cry.' "Our plan is to enjoy our engagement, and we are looking forward to a simple but elegant wedding in 2024," Roloff added. However, the nuptials didn't come in 2024, and fans began to wonder what was causing the delay. When the duo posted a rare selfie together in April 2025, many commented asking for details about the wedding. "Did you guys ever tie the knot?" asked one fan, while another quipped, "When are you going to marry her?!" A third added, "Glad to see you are still together." The end of their relationship may align with the end of another era - filming for LPBW. With no news of the show being renewed for a 26th season, fans began to speculate that season 25 may be their last. A recent cryptic post from Roloff only added fuel to that fire. "So many of you have never really seen inside [our barn] … why?" he asked alongside a photo of the iconic big red barn on their family farm. "Because the past 21 years, the film crew used it as their home base. Soon I'll arrange a video tour inside." Fans wondered if the reason they could see inside was because it's no longer being used by production. "Is the show over? I've been waiting for the next season!! I love seeing your life with Caryn," said one fan, with another asking, "Is the show not coming back?" Fans will have to wait and see. Chandler has yet to comment on the split. Little People, Big World's Matt Roloff and Caryn Chandler end engagement
Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff has confirmed that he and fiancée Caryn Chandler have ended their engagement. The reality TV personality shared the news via Instagram on Tuesday, July 22, explaining the couple's decision to part ways after more than six years together. 'Caryn and I have decided to part ways & end our engagement,' Roloff, 63, wrote. 'Life's a continued journey and this is the right step for us at this time.' He added that the two remain on good terms, writing, 'We will always appreciate the many wonderful memories we have shared.' Roloff and Chandler, 58, began dating publicly in 2017, about nine months after Matt finalized his divorce from ex-wife Amy Roloff. The pair got engaged in April 2023, with Roloff announcing they were planning a 'simple but elegant' wedding for 2024. Their engagement, however, stirred mixed emotions within the Roloff family. During season 25 of the TLC reality series, Matt and Amy's son Zach was notably silent when asked about his father's engagement, responding, 'I don't wanna talk about it.' Amy, 62, also shared her reservations on the show, saying she wasn't sure if she would attend the wedding out of respect for the couple's moment. In a February 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Amy said her relationship with Chandler had evolved. 'We're cordial, we're respectful. We can be in each other's company,' she explained, adding that filming with her ex and his fiancée had been a 'process.' Despite the breakup, Matt expressed optimism for the future, thanking fans for their support and committing to move forward 'with positivity and trust in the path ahead.'

Sacramento International Airport getting $2 million worth of new art projects as part of renovation
SACRAMENTO — Passengers flying in and out of Sacramento International Airport (SMF) may soon do a double-take thinking they actually booked a trip to outer space. A new walkway is being built at Terminal B that will make it look like people are strolling along the surface of the moon. "For some reason, the moon just seemed like an interesting idea," said artist John Roloff. Roloff is creating the three-dimensional walk-through sculpture called "Blue Moon." "The walls would have artwork on it that's taken from a NASA photograph of the entire surface of the moon," he said. "And there's also a floor component that has terrazzo that will have inclusions that are essentially slices of meteorites and then there's this blue light coming in flooding the space. It seemed like something that would be beautiful." It's part of a $2 million investment in new public art at the airport which also includes a design featuring thousands of glass forms that mimic a flock of flying birds. Another sculpture simulates the flight path of 12 giant metal migratory birds. "This pedestrian walkway is more than just a walkway," said Sacramento County Supervisor Patrick Kennedy. "It's really a view into the future." SMF is known for its iconic public artwork which also includes a 56-foot-tall red rabbit and two baggage carts stacked to the ceiling with luggage. The new art is part of a $1.4-billion expansion and renovation project which also includes a new parking garage and more airplane gates. Roloff and the other artists are now in the design phase with installation scheduled to be completed by next spring. "We're trying to make something special," he said.

'Little People, Big World's Audrey Roloff Divides Fans With Controversial Parenting Take
weighed in on a super controversial parenting topic in a recent social media post—and fans had mixed reactions. The former Little People, Big World star took to Instagram on Thursday, Feb. 6, to share a video of herself with her youngest child, baby Mirabella, sleeping on her lap. 🎬 🎬 "Why are we so obsessed with 'sleep training' in America?" Roloff asked in her caption. "Maybe it's just what the algorithm is feeding me right now…but it's crazy to me the obsession we have around babies sleeping," the mother of four continued. "It's usually the first question someone asks you when you're in the newborn phase 'so are they sleeping through the night yet?' Why is this such a thing to be achieved? They are babies. Their needs don't stop at bedtime. They will learn to sleep eventually but right now they need us." Roloff went on to say that while it "may sound crazy," she thinks that "the more you can accept that caring for your baby through night is something that you 'get to do' not 'have to do' it becomes less of a burden and more of a joy." "God grows your capacity and somehow multiplies the minimal hours of sleep you do get into energy sufficient for the day," she wrote. "If your [sic] a mama in the sleepless nights season, your mindset is everything. For me, accepting the season has helped me to walk in it with 'peace (and energy) that surpasses understanding.'" Related: Roloff's followers were divided on her take, with proponents of sleep training defending their point of view. "Can we just stop shaming parents for doing something that helps the whole family? We sleep trained both of our older kids and we were ALL better for it. We plan to sleep train our new baby too but if that's not for you, that's ok! We just like our sleep and rest around this house and that's ok too. ❤️" one person argued. "Everyone should do what is best for their baby and their family," a second commenter agreed, adding, "It's not fair to make generalizations since every family and baby is unique. Personally, in a home with two working parents, we had to sleep train. I work in healthcare and getting a halfway decent amount of sleep is necessary to make sure my patients get the care they need. That worked for us and for our daughter. I have good friends who didn't sleep train and that's what worked for them. To each their own!" Some people were on the same page as Roloff, however. "Just here to say that seems like a lot of working moms are saying they have to sleep train. Working mom here who doesn't sleep train! No shame if you do but for me it wasn't what's right for us. So no, not all moms who work outside of the home sleep train. 💜" someone pointed out. "I needed this! Baby is 10 days old and everything is so targeted towards do this right now! We struggled for 6 years to get pregnant. It's ok if she needs me at 3 am!!" another Instagram user chimed in. In addition to Mirabella, who was born in May 2024, Roloff and her husband, Jeremy Roloff, share three other children: Ember Jean, 6, Bode James, 4, and Radley Knight, 2. Next:
