SPRINGFIELD — For those who want to hear an early taste of what this weekend's Jazz and Roots Festival has to offer, the Hope Center for the Arts on Bridge Street will host Grammy-winning Guatemalan singer Gaby Moreno on Thursday night. Mercedes Escobar, a country-blues singer also from Guatemala, will join her.
