Ruru Madrid after 'Lolong 2' finale: 'Magbabalik ako'

Did Ruru Madrid just tease a possible continuation of 'Lolong'? Following the finale of the second season, 'Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila,' which aired on Friday, the Primetime Action Hero reflected on the journey in an Instagram post. Ruru added that the show was a reminder that 'it's not always about the end result, but the journey that shapes you. The actor thanked everybody who was part of his journey and those who supported him. 'You've been part of my growth,' he said. 'It was a good run. And now, I'm walking into what's next—wiser, stronger, and hungrier than ever.' Ruru ended his post by saying, 'Magbabalik ako—dahil 'di pa nagtatapos ang aking laban.' The actor previously said the series changed his life. "Lolong" premiered its first season in 2022. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
