SBI PO Notification 2025 Out: The State Bank of India (SBI) on June 24 opens the application window for recruitment against 541 posts of Probationary Officer (PO). Interested candidates can apply at by July 14. To be considered eligible to register for SBI PO 2025 exam, candidates must be born between April 2, 1995 and April 1, 2004. There also exist relaxations for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. Those who are in the final year or semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before September 30. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before September 30. Candidates possessing qualifications such as medical, engineering, chartered accountant, cost accountant would also be eligible. The selection process for the SBI PO posts comprises three phases – phase-I, phase-II and phase-III. Candidates who are shortlisted after phase-1 or the preliminary examination will have to appear for phase-2 or main examination. Candidates who are shortlisted after the phase-2 will be subsequently called for phase 3 – psychometric test, group exercise and interview. The SBI PO preliminary exam will be conducted in July-August and will be held for 100 marks for three sections – English language, quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability. The questions will be objective in nature and there will be separate timings for each section. The admit cards for the phase 1 SBI PO exam will be issued in the third or fourth week of July. The result, as per the SBI PO 2025 dates, will be declared in August-September. The SBI PO 2025 mains exam will be conducted in September and the phase three exams will be conducted in October-November and the final result is set to be declared in November/December, 2025. The selected candidates, after appointment, will be on probation as per the existing bank's recruitment policy in force.
