Celebration of the 80th Anniversary of RI

Located at the Korean Society Hall in Croydon Park, this ICC bazaar will be held on August 23, 2025 from 10am to 10pm. Jayanto Damanik - The Pumphouse artist in residence
LISTEN TO SBS Indonesian 10/07/2025 08:10 Indonesian The Pumphouse National Artist Residency Program is a paid creative development residency program for artists from across Australia. We are looking for creative risk-takers who dare to work in ceramics, textiles, small sculpture, and jewelry, and are ready to experiment, explore innovative interdisciplinary collaborations, and push the boundaries of their art forms. The program supports the development of outstanding new works and encourages a dynamic exchange of ideas and practices. The residency was designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the project and the availability of artists. We offer opportunities for individuals and groups to participate. Jayanto Tan's work as a finalist in the North Sydney Art Prize 2022, Ritual Gathering Ceng Beng, North Sydney, 2022. Jay along with an Australian teacher Tracy who speaks fluent Indonesian will give an exposition of his work accompanied by a meal with Indonesian dishes at the weekend event.
