Surrey Smash 126-Year-Old County Championship Record, Become 1st Team To...
Dom Sibley smashed a career-best 305 as Surrey piled on 820-9 against Durham in a County Championship Division One fixture at The Oval on Monday. Resuming on 407 for three on Day 2, Surrey broke their 126-year-old county record for most runs scored in an innings. Sibley, on 169 overnight, eventually added 334 after batting 53 overs, while Dan Lawrence (178), Will Jacks (119) and Sam Curran (108) all scored centuries in what were a couple of days for the Durham bowlers. Surrey's previous best tally in an innings was 811, which was set all the way back in 1899, 126 years ago, against Somerset at the same ground. They are the first county side to score 800 or more runs in an innings twice in tournament's rich history. Highest team totals in a single innings in County Championship: 887 - YOR vs WAR, Birmingham 1896 863 - LAN vs SUR, The Oval 1990 850/7 - SOM vs MID, Taunton 2007 820/9 - SUR vs DUR, The Oval 2025 811 - SUR vs SOM, The Oval 1899 Sibley's 475-ball epic, featuring two sixes and 29 fours but for the main part a relentless display of risk-free accumulation, was the eighth first-class individual score of 300 or more by a Surrey batsman, and the seventh highest. The opener joins an illustrious list topped by Bobby Abel and also including Kevin Pietersen, Walter Read, Sir Jack Hobbs, Tom Hayward, Andy Ducat and Mark Ramprakash. Two more Surrey players, John Edrich and Andy Sandham, scored triple-hundreds for England. Surrey's total, meanwhile, was also the highest first-class total made against Durham, beating the 810 for four declared reached by Warwickshire at Edgbaston in 1994. That was when Brian Lara hit his famous 501 not out, with Sibley joining Lara, Graeme Hick and Darren Lehmann as the fourth man to top 300 against Durham. When Sibley fell, to leave Surrey 745 for five in the 152nd over, he was only 24 runs short of becoming the first batsman to complete 1,000 first-class runs this season and thoroughly deserved a standing ovation from a sizeable crowd boosted by the enthusiastic presence of more than 5,000 schoolchildren on Surrey's annual Schools Day. Clark, who contributed 24 in 16 balls, Josh Blake and Lawes all departed cheaply while Jacks continued to pile on the agony for a Durham attack missing Ben Raine, nursing an injury after bowling ten overs on day one. George Drissell, the off spinner, hit by Lawrence for 6, 6, 4 in successive balls at one stage, bore the brunt of Surrey's hunger for runs. His 45 overs cost 247, the most runs conceded by a bowler in the County Championship, and he finished with just one wicket to show for his labours.

Baja fresh: This Cabo San Lucas hotel is a celebrity oasis
As a professional NFL player, now spiraling pigskin as a backup QB for the Miami Dolphins, Zach Wilson knows his way around a ball. But his fiancée, Nicolette Dellanno, threw an even bigger ball recently. This past March, the soon-to-be-bride chose Mexico's lively southern West Coast — Cabo San Lucas — to party down with gal pals, bachelorette style! The town is wee, wee, wee all the way down the Sur half of the hallowed Baja California peninsula, conjoined via walkable corridor with its hermano, San José del Cabo, and straddled by the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California (un-wokely, the latter is known as the Sea of Cortés). 4 Nicolette Dellanno enjoyed her bachelorette bash in Cabo ahead of her wedding to QB Zach Wilson. Nicolette Dellanno/Instagram Dellanno, who announced her engagement to the former Jet, 25, last summer, flaunted a white one-piece with as she sunbathed at SUR Beach House in CSL, according to an earlier Post report. (Cabo was also TripAdvisor's No. 5 international destination to visit for Americans in 2025). Swimwear and sand aside, the whys of visiting the Cabos hermanos remain endless: that famed granitic arch standing amid the surfable sea, the breaching whales, the ubiquitous live music. But the 'where to lay your head' thing? That's a more interesting question. This sneaker-friendly municipality blends together locals and travelers, taquerias and speakeasies, craft coffee and top-shelf cuisine. It's also a little sketch, in a good way. Certain properties here can just sleaze away in the breeze, old-school cabeño-style. But a select few are posh, scene-y and classy. One most of all is almost demurely hiding behind its own open-kitchen, wood-fired, pizza-serving restaurant Esquina. 4 Bahia is an urban oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo. Courtesy of Bahia Hotel & Beach House Blanco as blanco can be, and always fire pit- and light-strand-illuminated at night, we called Bahia Hotel & Beach House home (from $133 a night). But just how, legally, does this boutique bed broker get away with that whole 'and Beach House' nomenclature when it's literally squatting on a very urban, passers-by-in-the-gazillions corner slice of downtown Cabo San Lucas? Because the genius partners (after the crash of 2008, no less) Felipe Rebelo and Lee Vosburgh revamped the '80s-built joint and tethered it exclusively to that forementioned SUR Beach Club literally right down the road, offering Bahia's guests priority seating (read: guaranteed staked shade umbrellas, booze-balancing waiters and as-clean-as-they're-able-to-be chaise lounges) all on a private, roped-off piece of Medano Beach (the only swimmable one in the area) with a very unique side-boob view of its famed aquatic arch. 4 Bahia has plenty of in-house nosh plus a roped-off private area at its SUR Beach House to enjoy it. NY Post photo composite 4 Golden arches, kinda/sorta seeable from SUR, mean something quite different in Cabo. Shutterstock Just hop their 20-second golf cart taxi and suddenly that sweltering Mexican asphalt beneath your feet transforms into sugary sand like magic. With only 89 (many Jaccuzied) rooms arranged over a modest six floors, Bahia likes familiar faces. Loyal guests will often bump fists or whatever the kids are doing and chitchat with the staffers and owners alike. If you do venture off-site with all of those dizzying distractions and never try one of Tacos Gardenia's fried shelled fare, self-flagellate 39 times like a Benedict monk and come back next summer to repent. They're a must (and only a block from the hotel). Just don't be worried about those bloodthirsty Mexican C-words around these parts — locals here jokingly refer to cartels as 'country clubs.' The one heavily fortified, maximum prison-looking structure on that long, lonely stretch of cacti-rife land between Los Cabos International Airport and CSL you'll notice is a military outpost whose camo-clad, albeit fairly low-key occupants you just might see around town specifically keep them varmints at bay. (And PS those prickly water-bloated succulents that happen to populate that vast desert keep fires away, too, just in case you're taking notes, America-side California.) College kids, the other C-word, however? They haven't invented a weapon strong enough to stave them off yet. One day.

Brutally Honest Reviews Of Celebrity-Owned Restaurants
Quite a while back, I rounded up some celebrity-owned restaurant reviews from members of the BuzzFeed Community. In the comments, people shared even more interesting experiences — some more appetizing than others. Here are 32 of their top responses: "Ty Burrell has a few bars here in Salt Lake City, called Beer Bar and Bar-X, and they have the best fries I've ever had. Truly drool-worthy. Plus, they have incredible burgers and other foods. Highly recommend if you are ever in the area!" —nanarae "By far, the worst celebrity-run restaurant in Nashville is Kid Rock's Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock N' Roll Steakhouse." —tiger24 "SUR in West Hollywood is great. Due to a weird and random series of events, I ended up on the employee patio and ran into Guillermo Zapata (Lisa Vanderpump's co-owner), and he is the nicest dude ever! He told me to come back anytime and ask for him. When I told him I no longer live in LA, he insisted that even if I came back 10 years later, he'd happily hook us up. He 'never forgets a face.' (It's more likely he just knows if someone asks for him, he's met them before. But that's still incredibly kind.) Great service. Great staff. I had so much fun and have some hilarious photos from that night." —apromisingyoungwoman "In Las Vegas, I went to the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Caesars Palace. Although the drinks were inventive and delicious, the service was the worst I've ever had, and the food was meh. It made me sad because I love SUR, Pump, and Tom Tom (all owned by Lisa Vanderpump)." —Th3FatPanth3r "The Jonas Brothers' family restaurant, Nellie's Southern Kitchen, in Belmont, North Carolina, is FANTASTIC! It has a cute little Southern cooking atmosphere, and the actual Southern cooking is fabulous. They're not messing around down there. They also have live music from local singers! Their tribute to the Jonas boys in the back hallway is super cute too." —Janet "SONA, Priyanka Chopra Jonas's restaurant in New York. DO NOT VISIT. Sincerely, an Indian." —ruchav[Editor's note: Priyanka parted ways with SONA in 2023, and it shut down permanently in 2024.] "I went to Machine Gun Kelly's coffee shop, 27 Club Coffee, in Cleveland, and the coffee was so good! As a current barista at Starbucks, I can definitely say the quality of the coffee is much better than Starbucks'. It's smoother and tastes better — not to mention, it costs about the same as or even a little less than a Starbucks drink. They offer a variety of coffee choices as well as some alcoholic beverages and food (with vegan options). The atmosphere is very cool and chill (they don't just play MGK's music). Because I visited on Valentine's Day, they handed out pink roses." —PianoPrince "Nic & Norman's — which is co-owned by The Walking Dead executive producer Greg Nicotero and actor Norman Reedus — in Senoia, Georgia, has a great atmosphere and food. It's in a quaint little town with a Walking Dead vibe." — "I recently went to Saints and Sinners in New Orleans, which Channing Tatum is part owner of. Let me tell you, this place has amazing service and the kindest workers you will find in the city, but the workers do not make up for the food or dirt. When I tell you I saw a ROACH crawling across the floor after I ordered my the food came, which was cold and had no seasoning. No seasoning in New Orleans?!? The bathrooms have doors that are falling off, as well as black mold. The list goes my man, if you see this, please stop by the spot and give them some money to renovate, as this place needs some serious TLC." —cml5307 "Here's an unexpected recommendation. Anyone remember the horror film director Uwe Boll? His movies, primarily based on horror video games, are legit awful. However, the man's actually a pretty good restaurateur. His restaurant, Bauhaus, in my hometown [Vancouver, BC], was a fantastic experience for us for the husband's birthday one year. I would definitely go back." —bitterowl93 "Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer's Taffer's Tavern. There's a location two minutes down the road from my job, and we have tried it a few times. The food was always bland, and service was alright. The specialty cocktails are yummy, though. Obviously, Taffer doesn't work there, but for someone who bitches about service and food, shouldn't the managers be held to a certain standard?" —deftonesforlife "Iron Chef star Masaharu Morimoto's restaurant, Morimoto, in Disney Springs. I've eaten there several times, and it always, without fail, is one of the best meals I've ever had... like, ever. It's pricey, but worth every cent." —casachess "Fat Sal's Deli in Los Angeles, which is owned by Entourage actor Jerry Ferrara, is really good! They have sub sandwiches with everything but the kitchen sink in them." —Fateandtime "The Nobu [which was cofounded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Tepe] in Waikiki on Oahu is one of the best locations." —panda_13 "Cannot recommend Wolfgang Puck's Spago enough. I have not been to the one in Maui, but I have been to the one in Vegas and LA. Both were stellar experiences and definitely worth the money. From start to finish, just excellent food, staff, and environment." —chasingsmiles "Ted's Montana Grill, a chain of restaurants in the Atlanta area originally owned by Ted Turner, is amazing! Their big thing is that they serve bison, and it's incredible. Bison steaks, bison burgers, bison meatloaf, bison short ribs… they also do beef, chicken, fish, and vegetarian meals. I highly recommend the bison brisket, though. It's incredible. They also make a killer lemon drop martini!" —goblinkatie "Ted's has an excellent veg burger, but not much variety for veg meals. Good place to take your meat-loving friends, but be prepared to always order the same dish if one is looking for veg options!" —alexandriag4915d3b01 "I ate at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar in 2019. It was the worst meal of my entire life. I ordered a turkey burger because nothing else on the menu sounded appealing. It was cold and dry and bland. The fries were ice cold and rock hard. The restaurant was so dark and loud, we could barely see anything and had to shout at each other at a very small table. The servers looked like they hated their lives, and our server comped our meal without us saying a word. We left her a tip because she was still a good server, minus the awful meal. Hopefully it was just a bad night, but I would never go back!" —maggiem46319e722 "Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy! How is fast food that good!?" —jessethecowgirl "I've been to Bobby Flay's Bobby's Burger Palace in Vegas, and it was fantastic!" —moswald74 "Bobby's Burger Palace in Mohegan Sun Casino has gone downhill. It used to be so delicious with some of the best burgers and fries I've ever had. When I went recently, it was bland and not what I remembered. Plus, paying $15 for a burger alone is crazy. At least include the fries for the price of a burger." —lilmoo22 "I've eaten at three of Bobby Flay's Burger Palaces. None of them is worth a second visit. I've had fresher and tastier burgers at fast-food places. Everything from the service to the food itself was eww and completely I think so-called celebrity chefs are less great restaurateurs than media hounds." —irenec6 "Every experience I have ever had at a Bobby Flay's has been bad. The food's always mediocre — not completely horrible, but not great either, like Chili's quality — and it always has a layer of...I don't know how to describe it exactly in the way it all is. It's not that every restaurant I've wound up in of his, for one reason or another, is always dirty (although, there have been some); but it always feels like he can't decide if he is a chain owner or a serial boutique owner. It's highly manufactured, but yet trying to appear like it's not. Thus, Chili's quality to me." —chasingsmiles "Bobby Flay's restaurant in Caesars Palace, Brasserie B. They have these seasoned fries that are amazing, and the margaritas are so freaking good." —beccaloni "Amalfi, Bobby Flay's other restaurant in Caesars Palace, was amazing. We got to pick our fresh fish, and they fixed it to order. I am still drooling thinking about the pistachio sundae. We also hit up his burger joint in Paris for a quick hangover breakfast. That stuff was legit amazing in that moment." —mbaggs "Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Gordon Ramsay's flagship restaurant in London, was so delightful to eat at." —miniadmiral16 "I've been to Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Vegas, and IDK if the burger is good, but the risotto 100 percent was a flop and a waste of money." —vravi "Gordon Ramsay's burgers are so worth the price. I have been to several of his restaurants; all were great. Gordon Ramsay Steak was the best meal I've ever had." —kathmander "Recently tried Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips in DC. I was a little apprehensive, but it was actually one of the best chips of my life. The dirty chips with Parmesan are the bomb, and the lemonade was really nice too." —eklimen "I went to Gordon Ramsay Plane Food at Heathrow and ate fish, mac and cheese, and a brownie with marshmallow ice cream for dessert. It was all so good, I practically licked the plate. Not cheap, though." —naraniel "Recently, we went to a Wahlburgers and were similarly disappointed. Although the burgers were a bit above what we found at Flay's, the service was awful, the server himself was unpleasant, and the food was indifferent." —irenec6 "I think Wahlburgers is way overpriced for mediocre burgers. I get being fun and creative with the menu, but the patties themselves were bleh." —kathmander And finally: "Wahlburgers was good, but I think it's overpriced. They've recently taken over the major grocery store chain's in-store eating where I live, and it's not as good." —hillaryf4afff6749 If you've ever eaten at a celebrity-owned restaurant, what was your experience like? Lisa Vanderpump hits out at 'nasty' Scheana Shay and Kyle Richards on Watch What Happens Live
returned to Bravo's Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, and did not hold back on dishing out the criticism. The 64-year-old and her husband Ken Todd, 79, launched a bar and restaurant empire with restaurants including SUR, Villa Blanca and TomTom which then formed the base of her reality TV empire with Vanderpump Rules. Scheana Shay, a star from the show, announced in January that she is releasing a new memoir coming in which she has promised to spill the 'tea' on Lisa. Lisa savagely responded to Scheana's claim and also addressed Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards's claim that she 'almost' bought a house next to her. A viewer called into the show to ask Lisa about Scheana's upcoming memoir, and if Scheana gave her any kind of 'heads up' about it. Lisa said: 'Oh good Lord. Well, that's probably just to sell the book because she hasn't got anything else to say.' Lisa added: 'Do you know what? I don't know, I've heard she's said some nasty things. Something nasty recently she said something like, I only call her when I need something. True dat, right? 'I've got 600 people that I work with. I think the last time I needed her was when I invited her to my house to Teddy's birthday. So yes, that's when I called her.' Toward the end of the episode, Andy mentioned that Kyle, at the recent Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reunion, said she almost bought a new house across the street from Lisa, and asked her the top five things she would do if Kyle did move into that house. Lisa said: 'Ok, first thing, put my house on the market. However my doorbell ring would be. Goodbye, Kyle. 'I'd have an electric fence that would sort out that straight hair she's got. I would get my swans are attack swans.' Anything else? Lisa said Scheana's promise would not be fulfilled as there is nothing for her to spill When Andy mentioned that Kyle didn't end up buying the house, Lisa said: 'No, because the offer wasn't accepted or what she says. But she's not always totally transparent as we've seen on the show. 'This house is 15 foot from me. She went there four times. 'This house used to be Channing Tatum's. I used to have a plan to dig a tunnel underneath the road to get to Channing Tatum, but he sold it.' Lisa was also asked about Jax Taylor opening up about his addiction issues, on the topic she said: 'Oh, gosh. I mean, it's very upsetting, the whole thing, you know? 'Obviously being so supportive of them together as a couple. But I just hope he really takes it seriously because it's not just about going to rehab, is it? It's about the work that you've got to do afterwards. He's got to distance himself from anybody that's doing that. He's really got to take it seriously.'

Vanderpump Villa star Stassi Schroeder shares gross sex confession during big reality TV comeback
They've been married for four years and are raising two toddlers together. Now Stassi Schroeder is spilling the tea on her wild sex life with Beau Clarke. The star has revealed the strangest place she has got frisky with her spouse. During season two of Vanderpump Villa, Stassi revealed the mood struck in a rather peculiar setting - their daughter's ball pit. The revelation arose when the couple were asked about the 'strangest place' they had ever had sex in while playing a drinking game on the show. 'Oh my God, I don't know! Are we so vanilla?' a mortified Stassi replied when she was unable to immediately think of a place. 'I mean, we are not strange,' A red-faced Beau added. 'We're boring!' Stassi replied. The memory then arrived in Stassi's mind: 'Oh, I got it! After Hartford's first birthday party, we had sex in her ball pit,' she jubilantly declared. 'We did! We did!' Beau said before they high-fived one another. 'And we also changed the balls the next day!' he noted. 'No we didn't!' Stassi exclaimed. In a confessional, Stassi mused: 'Now that this is coming out, none of the other moms at Hartford's school are going to let their kids come to her birthday party.' Schroeder is starring as a spying 'special VIP' in the second season of Lisa Vanderpump's reality competition Vanderpump Villa, set in a 12th century castle in the South of France. 'Remember when I used to tell you don't get involved in other people's business?' the 64-year-old RHOBH alum told her in the trailer. 'Well now, I want you to do the exact opposite. Snooping.' Stassi and Beau's love story began in 2017, and viewers watch their relationship unfold on Vanderpump Rules. They eventually became engaged in 2019 - with Vanderpump Rules cameras rolling - and tied the knot in September 2020 in a small backyard ceremony. They welcomed their daughter Hartford in January 2021 before saying marrying again at the Hotel de Russie in Italy in May 2022. Their second child, son Messer Rhys, was born September 2023. The LMU grad was only 24 when she became a server at Lisa's WeHo restaurant SUR and went on to star in Vanderpump Rules for eight seasons until she was fired in 2020. Stassi - who was dropped by her agent and publicist - was accused of making 'racially-insensitive comments' on her Straight Up podcast as well as filing a false police report in 2018 against the only African-American on the show, Faith Stowers. Schroeder first found fame competing in the eighth season of CBS' The Amazing Race with her family in 2005.
