Aespa join Street Fighter 6 with Juri outfit, in-game event and Naevis as commentator

Street Fighter 6 has announced a new collaboration with global K-pop group Aespa, adding exclusive themed content to the game beginning July 4, 2025. Following the title's five million global sales milestone and its launch on the Switch 2, Capcom revealed the crossover event featuring Aespa will include a new outfit for Juri, a Battle Hub takeover, and a fresh voice addition. The event introduces a limited-time Outfit 4 for Juri, inspired by Aespa's style. Available for one year, the design is part of a broader summer content rollout that includes swimwear outfits for seven other characters and the return of fan-favourite Sagat, whose Fighting Pass drops the same week. Fans will also experience a reimagined Battle Hub, fully decorated with Aespa visuals. By logging in during the event, players can unlock themed in-game rewards, including device wallpapers, custom titles, and Aespa-branded photo frames. Adding to the immersive experience, Naevi, Aespa's virtual idol, will join the game as a real-time commentator. This addition reflects Capcom's ongoing strategy of merging global pop culture with Street Fighter 6's evolving gameplay features. The crossover continues a growing trend of K-pop and gaming collaborations, placing Aespa alongside other groups such as BTS, Le Sserafim and TWICE. Street Fighter 6's Aespa event will be available across all platforms from July 4, 2025.

'Street Fighter 6' Gets Original Final Boss Sagat As Next DLC Character; Adds Skimpy Swimsuits

Capcom's 2023 fighting game Street Fighter 6 has entered year 3 of its post-launch content line-up, with the next character heading to its roster being Sagat, the final boss of the original arcade game, alongside swimwear outfits for some of its current fighters. Announced during the Capcom Showcase, Sagat will make his grand return on 5 August 2025, sporting a fresh new fur coat, alongside a return of his tiger-based powers. In addition, the Sagat Arrives! Fighting Pass will mark his imminent arrival when it launches on 4 July, bringing his wanderer avatar gear cosmetic pack alongside increasing the amount of content in the Fighting Pass that can be used in Fighting Ground, including new challenger screens, EX Colours, character titles and music. Fans were also treated to the long-anticipated reveal of the game's Outfit 4 content, which brings a set of skimpy swimwear cosmetics to seven characters: Cammy, Luke, Chun-Li, Manon, Jamie, Kimberly, and A.K.I. These outfits will release alongside the Sagat update, with the team continuing to work on swimwear costumes for the rest of the game's roster. Sagat was also announced alongside the remaining three DLC characters arriving in year 3, including Crimson Viper, Alex and Ingrid, marking the return of more franchise alumni to the latest instalment. It looks like Street Fighter fans are in for a busy few years, as apart from receiving these game updates, the live-action Street Fighter movie has also been steadily building up its roster of characters, with rapper 50 Cent joining the cast as boxer Balrog alongside country singer Orville Peck as Vega. The duo joins the previously revealed roster of Callina Liang ( Presence ), Jason Momoa ( Aquaman ), Noah Centineo ( The Recruit ), Andrew Koji ( Warrior ), and WWE superstar Roman Reigns as Chun-Li, Blanka, Ken, Ryu and Akuma, respectively, as the film approaches its release sometime in the future. Kevin is a reformed PC Master Race gamer with a penchant for franchise 'duds' like Darksiders III and Dead Space 3 . He has made it his life-long mission to play every single major game release – lest his wallet dies trying. Capcom Street Fighter Street Fighter 6
