Maryland Symphony Orchestra grapples with mail delivery issues at new office
The Maryland Symphony Orchestra is facing challenges with mail delivery at its new office.
According to a news release, since relocating to 363 S. Cleveland Ave. in late November, the MSO has experienced significant issues receiving contributions.
This situation has led to concerns that many donations mailed toward the end of the year may not have reached the organization.
If a donor has not received an acknowledgment letter, it is possible that the MSO has not yet received the contribution.
The orchestra encourages donors to verify the status of their gifts by calling 240-382-2618 or by sending an email to Jennifer Sutton at jsutton@
Individuals also can check their names on the Music & Education Supporter List.
The organization is committed to ensuring that all donations are acknowledged and allocated as intended.
The MSO expresses gratitude for the community's support and patience during this transition.
