San Angelo police investigating homicide from Wednesday night
San Angelo police are investigating a crash that left a 19-year-old man deceased, according to a news release. On Wednesday around 10 p.m., officers with the police department were dispatched to the area of Roosevelt Street and Rio Concho Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Officers located a male subject, later identified as Joe Angel Martinez III, 19, inside the vehicle. "The individual was later pronounced deceased at Shannon Medical Center," the release stated. The incident remains under active investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division at the department. "At this time, no further information will be released," the release stated. SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A 16-year-old boy has died following a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in the 4400 block of Bermuda Drive, according to the San Angelo Police Department. Authorities said the investigation remains active and ongoing, led by the department's Criminal Investigations Division.
