Love Island fix as Casa Amor girl has already been on the show

CASA Amor beauty Lauren Wood has already been part of the show this series, The Sun can reveal. Lauren was one of this year's guinea pig Islanders for Love Island's 'dry run' in May and execs loved her so much, they cherry picked her to return. 4 4 4 It means she could quickly be deemed a "producer plant" by viewers. Every year a group of stand-ins move into the villa before the real cast arrive to allow the crew to test camera angles, sound, and whether furniture and fittings are all ready for eight weeks' work. A source said: 'Lauren was one of the dry run Islanders but bosses loved her so guaranteed her a slot in Casa Amor. 'Fans will feel like she's going in there as a producer plant as she's been specially chosen and has the added advantage of having been among crew, in the villa, and knows how everything works. 'Certainly it'll help her feel a bit more comfortable and confident. 'There's been other Islanders in the past who went from a dry runner to full cast. 2023's winner Sanam Harrinanan was part of the dry run cast and then went all the way.' Lauren's slot in Casa was revealed by The Sun earlier, and she will join newbies including Lucy Quinn and Yasmin Broom in their quest to turn an OG boy's head. Also heading into the show for the infamous twist are Andrada Pop, Rheo Parnell and Harry's ex-girlfriend, Emma Munro. Viewers caught their first glimpse of the rival girls last night when, in a new twist, the Casa Amor women walked straight into the main villa whilst the OG girls were still in situ. Love Island's Harry is left stunned as ex-girlfriend arrives in first look at Casa Amor The Casa boys will be revealed tomorrow. Lauren shows off her ripped figure in a series of lingerie snaps on her Instagram, while documenting lavish nights out in Manchester and holidays in Thailand. She counts Chris Hughes and Chris Clark as friends, who are both Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson 's exes. An ITV spokesman declined to comment.

Love Island winner Sanam Harrinanan gives an insight into wedding dress shopping as she prepares to marry fiancé Kai Fagan

Love Island winner Sanam Harrinanan gave an insight into wedding dress shopping on Tuesday as she prepares to marry her fiancé Kai Fagan. The couple, who met on the 2023 ITV series, won by a landslide, receiving a whopping 44 percent of viewer votes and clinching the £50,000 prize fund. Trying on a number of dresses at Lotte Rose Bridal, in Bedford, Sanam, 26, shared some of her favourites in an Instagram update. Firstly, she tried on an off-the-shoulder lace gown before changing into an A-line dress with a corset top. She captioned the update: 'Part two of trying to find a wedding dress. 'This shop was absolutely stunninnnggg! Let me know in the comments which style/shape you think suits me best!' In December, the couple revealed that they haven't been swept up by the trappings of fame, having returned to their day jobs and turning down big money brand deals. Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Sanam and Kai explained why they chose to return to their jobs as a social worker and PE teacher respectively. Sanam shared: 'I went to uni for five years to do something I'm very, very passionate about. 'It didn't feel right giving up what I'd learned, what I'd gained a passion for. Also knowing that you're making a difference in very many young children and adopted parents' lives is a massive sense of fulfillment. 'I love my job and it just didn't feel right to just walk away from it all when I work so hard. I wasn't ready to give up.' Sanam added: 'There's a perception that if you go on Love Island and then go back to work, you've been unsuccessful but that's really not the case with us because we both felt so strong about our careers and our passions. It's a case of living the best of both worlds. 'I'm really grateful for the opportunities and experiences that Love Island has brought our way but also waking up every single morning and feeling like you're actually being impactful in some way. 'We both work directly with children and the fact we can do that makes us feel like we're making a difference in our world. That's what's important to me.' Kai revealed he felt the same about teaching, explaining: 'I really enjoyed it and even before I went in the villa and was doing all the interviews and discussing my work I was always adamant that I really like teaching. 'I wasn't on the show for a career change. I was going on there for the experience and for the opportunity to meet somebody. 'You come out and you have all these opportunities. The opportunities are still amazing. But what I really wanted to do is go back into education in some sort of capacity. 'Working in education is something that made me happy going in - speaking to the students, helping and guiding them through their lives. 'Having a direct impact and knowing that every single day you're waking up and looking at somebody and thinking, I'm actually making a little bit of a difference here. 'That's what gets me up in the morning. That's what makes me happy.'
