CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exam 2025 Schedule Out; To Begin On July 15

Last Updated: CBSE Supplementary Exams 2025: Students who were placed in compartment category or want to improve their scores can check the exam schedule on The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the timetable for the class 10 and class 12 supplementary examinations for 2025. The exams will start on July 15, 2025. The class 12 exams will be held in a single day in two shifts — 10:30 to 12:30 PM and 10:30 to 1:30 PM. The class 10 exams will be conducted on July 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22. The class 10 exams will commence with information technology and artificial intelligence. While class 12 exams will begin with core academic subjects such as English Elective, Hindi Elective, Urdu Elective, Sanskrit Elective, and important social science subjects like History, Political Science, Geography, and Economics. Students who were placed in compartment category or want to improve their scores can check the exam schedule by visiting the official website, CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exam 2025 Guidelines CBSE has also issued strict guidelines to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams. As per the notice, communication devices like mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited in the exam premises. Violations can result in severe actions under the Unfair Means (UFM) rules. Candidates will get 15 minutes of reading time before the exam begins. The duration of each exam is specified on the date sheet and the admit cards, which students must carry to the exam centres. The CBSE Class 10 and 12 results for 2025 were announced on May 13. The Class 12 results had an overall pass rate of 88.39%, with girls achieving a pass rate of 91.25%, while 85.31% of boys passed. In Class 10, the overall pass percentage stood at 93.66%, with girls outperforming boys by scoring 95.00%, while boys had a pass rate of 92.63%. This year, more than 42 lakh students appeared for the CBSE board examinations, which were conducted from February 15 to April 4, 2025.
