‘Killer' teen's father breaks his silence with shocking claim about daughter who ‘shot mom & stepdad dead in their beds'
THE father of a teen girl accused of brutally murdering her mom and stepdad has broken his silence on their horrific deaths. Doniel Patrick made a stunning claim about 17-year-old Sarah Grace Patrick in a lengthy statement, months after Kristin and James Brock were shot dead as they slept. 7 On February 20, 2025, the couple was killed inside their home in Carrollton, Georgia, outside Atlanta, and their bodies were found by Kristin's six-year-old daughter. Patrick, who was 16 at the time, called 911 to report the killings and posted about her grief and heartbreak on TikTok for weeks. However, now she's emerged as the prime suspect in the case, with Carroll County sheriffs claiming they have "mountains of evidence" against the teen. Since Patrick turned herself in on July 8 after a warrant was issued for her arrest, Doniel has come to her aid through desperate online posts. On Wednesday, he broke his silence on the deaths and said that he knew "everybody is talking" about him and his daughter. "Many people were talking about things that they don't even know," the dad fumed on Facebook. "They are just talking and writing about stuff that is completely false." Doniel went on to claim that Patrick is "100% innocent" and encouraged any doubters to speak about the incident with him in person. "If you wanna talk to anybody about me and my daughter's relationship come straight to me. I'm not hiding," he said. The dad described telling his son that his mother and stepfather were dead as the "hardest thing I ever had to do" and said that his daughter turned herself in because she "has nothing to hide." Girl, 17, hands herself into police over murder of mom and stepdad who were gunned down three months ago "My heart goes out to the Brock family and Kristin's. I will speak when it's time," he said. "Right now, I am trying to focus on my daughter, my children. "To everybody out there that has kids to everybody out there that's paying attention. God bless each and everyone of you. "I hope that you never have to go through an experience like this." 7 7 DISTURBING POST Just days after the murders, Patrick took over her dad's account and wrote a statement on the deaths because cops confiscated her phone. She begged her dad's followers for answers and said the killings "split me and my sister up after such a traumatic day none of us deserved." "I wish I got up and hugged her when I said goodnight, you never know how much you'll regret not doing it until it's too late," she said of her mother. Patrick said that she was praying for "whoever did this" and stressed she was putting her "trust in God." 7 7 EERIE NOTE Patrick wrote her dad a now-eerie handwritten letter weeks before she was arrested, according to one of Doniel's Facebook posts. The dad shared a picture of the note, which read, "I love you so much and I don't know what I would do if God didn't send me you. "I love you and I know a lot has happened but just know I love you and we got this! "I'm so proud of you, thank you for being an amazing dad." At the couple's funeral, Patrick also gave a tearful eulogy that later made her the prime suspect in their murder. Doniel Patrick's full statement on daughter's arrest "I just want to go on the record and say I know everybody is talking. "Many people were talking about things that they don't even know. They are just talking and writing about stuff that is completely false. "Taking pictures of me leaving church to go to visit my daughter. If you have time to follow me around walk up to me talk to me I will talk to you. "My daughter is 100% innocent. If you wanna talk to anybody about me and my daughter's relationship come straight to me. I'm not hiding. "I'm going to work and doing all the normal things that I have to do to support my son. Nobody knows my pain, but I choose to deal with it the way that I have to. "I don't want all of attention like everybody else. February 21 I had to come home and tell my son that his mother and his stepfather were dead. "It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Until I had to take my daughter to the sheriff's office, I did not turn her in. "She voluntarily went there because of the warrants.. She has nothing to hide. I'm not the type of person that gets on social media. "I don't even pay attention to most of it. The only social media I have is Facebook and it's been ruined by this entire situation. "People are quick to judge when they don't even have any info. I have as much info as everybody else so where are you getting your info from? "If it's the media then you all should know how the media portrays everything. It's not about the truth. It's about viewership they will say anything. "Some of the stuff that I have seen and some of the media outlets have reported good stuff. "A lot of of them have reported bad stuff without any facts just assumptions and talking to people that don't know nothing. "My heart goes out to the Brock family and Kristin's. I will speak when it's time. Right now, I am trying to focus on my daughter, my children. "Not what everybody else is focusing on believe me I'm living it. I don't have to see it. To everybody out there that has kids to everybody out there that's paying attention. "God bless each and everyone of you. I hope that you never have to go through an experience like this.. as Pastor Ben said this Sunday I'm ready bring it on goliath." In her emotional speech, she said, 'I just wanted to say goodbye to my mom and James since we never got the chance to.' The teen girl called her mom a "beautiful kind soul" and said that she would always be her "sunshine." But according to Carroll County Sherriff's spokesperson Ashley Hulsey, she made one disturbing comment that drew immediate suspicion. "It seemed odd. It was more like a speech, and at the end she said, 'I'm sorry,'" Huley told NewsNation. 'Was that, 'I'm sorry because I may have done this,' or is it, 'I'm sorry because I was upset during this eulogy'? We may never know.'

Eerie handwritten letter ‘killer' teen left days after ‘shooting dead mom and stepdad and covering it up with 911 call'
A TEENAGE murder suspect accused of fatally shooting her mom and stepdad in their beds wrote her biological father a creepy note as she allegedly tried to cover up the horrific crime. Sarah Grace Patrick was just 16 when Kristin and James Brock were shot dead as they slept in Carrollton, west of Atlanta, on February 20, 2025. 6 6 6 Their bodies were found by her six-year-old sister before Patrick herself called 911 to report the deaths with initial reports saying the back door of the home could have been left open. Yet months later the now 17-year-old emerged as the prime suspect in their deaths, with a tearful eulogy she gave to her mom being among the evidence used before Patrick turned herself into cops earlier this month. Patrick's arrest has stunned the local community after she initially appeared to be a grieving teenager on social media, posting about her heartbreak on TikTok. But Carroll County sheriffs claim they have "mountains of evidence" that indicate she is responsible for the deaths of Kristin, 41, and James, 45. The U.S. Sun has now uncovered several Facebook posts from the families, including a message written by the teen in the aftermath of the tragedy. Patrick's biological father, Doniel, shared the note on June 13, almost four months after the murders. "Dear Dad, I love you so much and I don't know what I would do if God didn't send me you," it reads. "I love you and I know a lot has happened but js know I love you! And we got this!" She signed the note with a love heart and her name, adding, "I'm so proud of you, thank you for being an amazing dad." Doniel posted the message along with the caption, "I love coming home to little things like this. Thank you Sarah Grace." Grandparents, 46 & 47, found GUILTY of murdering boy, 2, after horrific 'targeted' abuse and 'casual cruelty' He admitted in the comments that he cried when he saw the note, while one follower wrote, "She's the best." Three days later, Doniel shared an old Father's Day picture for his ex-wife, Kristin, and posted, "It's not fair that they are not here. It's not fair for the kids. It's not fair for the families. "I'm sick of waiting for answers. I can't wait for them to catch the a**holes that did this. Please excuse my language, but I am angry." The same month, he shared a photograph of his daughter, writing, "My beautiful Sarah Grace." He is yet to comment on the charges, but posted a meme on July 12, which read, "Don't ever judge anyone on how they handle a pain you've never felt." I can't wait for them to catch the a**holes that did this." Sarah Grace Patrick's birth dad on Facebook The teen reported handed herself into police 24 hours after she was notified that a warrant was out for her arrest. She has been charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault in connection with the shootings. Court records obtained by The U.S. Sun show Patrick has hired a public defender to represent her in court, and reports claim she will be tried as an adult. 'TEARFUL EULOGY' The U.S. Sun has reached out to Patrick's father and her public defender for comment, but did not hear back. She is yet to appear in court or enter a plea. Ashley Hulsey, a spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff's Office, told NewsNation that Patrick was the one to phone after her little sister found their parents dead. Husley revealed that investigators went to the funeral where Patrick gave a tearful eulogy that raised eyebrows, saying, "It seemed odd. It was more like a speech, and at the end she said, 'I'm sorry.' "Was that, 'I'm sorry because I may have done this,' or is it, 'I'm sorry because I was upset during this eulogy?' We may never know." Husley went on, "Her social media was followed, and the trail continues to be followed today, because when you post your life online, it becomes fair game during an investigation like this." She confirmed that Patrick's dad has been with her since her arrest, and the teen may not be the only one charged in connection with the double murder. Husley clarified, "I can tell you that we're looking at a couple of different aspects that someone could have been involved, or had knowledge, and we won't know all those facts until we continue to work this case. "This remains a very active and fluid case, and just because we made an arrest doesn't mean we don't still have a lot of work to do." Authorities are still searching for a motive. Family members say they grew uneasy with Patrick's behaviour, especially at the funeral, and police spent months interviewing people ahead of her arrest. One of Patrick's TikTok posts reads, "They don't know it, but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home – and they won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, or even say goodbye. (sic)" She captioned the video, "I miss you guys, save a seat for me in heaven." 6 6 6

EXCLUSIVE Anguished father of double murder suspect Sarah Grace Patrick is seen visiting daughter in jail after admitting 'it doesn't look good'
The father of teen double murder suspect Sarah Grace Patrick broke cover for the first time since her arrest during a visit to see his daughter at a Georgia jail, exclusive photos show. Doniel Patrick, 43, appeared anguished as he stood outside the Carroll County detention facility on Sunday, smoking and raking his hands through his hair, after visiting the 17-year-old who has been in custody since July 8. The teenager is charged with two counts of murder and two of aggravated assault over the deaths of mom Kristin, 41, and stepdad James Brock, 45, who were found with multiple gunshot wounds inside their home in Carrollton, 45 miles west of Atlanta, on February 20. Patrick, who shares Sarah Grace and her 12-year-old brother Donnie, with his late ex-wife Kristin, was joined at the jail with his girlfriend Katie and his young son for the visit that lasted about an hour. 'Sarah Grace maintains her innocence, we believe her,' Katie told 'We are all supporting her. It's a very difficult time,' she said, adding that Sarah is due to meet with her lawyers on Monday. 'After that, we will [speak] to the press, to make sure we advocate for Sarah Grace. 'For now, we are going to sit back for a second, just to make sure everything is in her benefit and not in her hinderance.' The high school graduate turned herself in to police escorted by her father last Tuesday after a warrant was issued for her arrest, the Carroll County Sheriff's Office said. Authorities have not yet revealed a motive for the killings and say the investigation is ongoing and further arrests could be made. Bail was initially denied due to the serious nature of the charges. Doniel – known to many as DJ - has largely maintained his silence since his daughter's arrest, save for a couple of cryptic Facebook posts about being in her 'corner' and his intention to 'focus' on his kids. Most recently, he shared a quote which read: 'Don't ever judge anyone on how they handle a pain you've never felt.' On Friday afternoon, Patrick's public defender, Latoya Williams, filed a motion for a bond to be set so she can be released from prison on bail. In court documents seen by Williams states: 'The Defendant asserts her presumption of innocence and further states that she will not improperly leave the jurisdiction of this court or fail to appear when required, is not a threat or danger to any person or property in the community and poses no significant risk to re-offend or to intimidate witnesses or justice. 'Accordingly, the Defendant requests that a hearing on this motion be held on the next regularly scheduled calendar for bond hearings following the undersigned date and that bond be set in a reasonable amount.' A hearing for the bond motion has yet to be set and Williams has yet to respond to a request for comment about Patrick's case. The family's prison visit comes after cops searched Patrick and Katie's home - and at least one other where the teenager could have stayed - over the weekend as they continue to investigate the murders. A relative of Katie's angrily revealed that her door had been kicked in on Friday by cops who wanted to search the property where Katie had previously lived. Multiple family members said Patrick and Katie's home was also searched, with Dennis Nolan, Sarah's maternal grandfather, speculating they were looking for the missing gun used in the shootings. has reached out to Carroll County Sheriff Department for comment on the case. Ashley Hulsey, head of communications, for the force said she would not be able to provide further information beyond what was in the press conference or comment on speculation. Patrick's mother, Donna Arnett exclusively told of her son's heartbreak and worry over her granddaughter's arrest, saying 'all he can do is cry'. She said: 'DJ, he believes his daughter, he wants to believe her, but he said there's so much evidence, and all, it don't look good. 'He says about what they've showed him, and then he breaks down, and says 'I gotta get off the phone, Momma'. 'He's just distraught.' Investigators claim they have compiled a 'mountain' of digital and physical evidence which led to Patrick's arrest, including footage of her apparently tearful eulogy at her mother and stepfather's funeral, which exclusively revealed last week. Asked what evidence her son had been shown, Arnett replied: 'He said they showed pictures of Kristin and James dead, like wherever they took them to a crime scene place or something like that, and he told me about where they were shot. 'I think he said Kristin was shot behind the ear, the temple, the torso. And that James was shot like in the temple, head, nose, or something, and in the chest or the torso. That's all he said.' She revealed her son's fears over his daughter's incarceration, adding: 'DJ is worried that now she's in jail. She don't eat very much. She didn't eat very much here. DJ said she's lost about 15 pounds now in jail. 'All he can do to me is cry. He just cries [saying] 'mama, you know, these kids been through so much, what am I going to do?' 'He says, 'I can't do nothing. She called me from jail crying, wanting to come home.' Arnett, who housed her son and granddaughter for two weeks after the February murders, added: 'I just pray to God that she wasn't involved with it, because she ruin her life now then. 'She's always been a very polite and loving child and everybody's talking so bad about her now. 'Like I told my son, if she did that, she needs to pay for it. He agrees. 'He's just so distraught, heartbroken about his baby. His little girl. 'DJ, he's tender hearted. He loves his kids and will do anything for his kids.' Asked whether she believes her granddaughter could have carried out the brutal shootings, she said: 'I'm just in a state of shock. 'I pray not. It's hard to fathom, she just don't seem like that. She was always a very respectful, loving child. 'It just boggles me. I say there's something not right about all this. I just don't see her doing this. 'It's just hard to believe. You don't want to believe, nothing like that, but you don't know.' Patrick and Katie, who live about an hour outside Carrollton, drove straight to the jail after attending Sunday service at the town's Catalyst church, where they are active members, and so were the Brocks. Patrick looked downcast after leaving the service with his girlfriend, before they collected his son Donnie from a kid's class on the site. Speaking exclusively to the Mail, Catalyst lead pastor Ben Bonner said Patrick, Katie and Donnie had joined the church – an hour's drive from where they live - shortly after the murders of the Brocks, who had been very active members of the same church. He said the church community were trying to show 'love' to the family. He revealed he had already spoken to Patrick over the phone and said he and an assistant pastor were going to go and see her in jail as soon as it could be arranged. He added: 'I actually prayed with Sarah Grace over the phone yesterday. She's grieving, she's not faking grief, I'll tell you. Anybody thinks that, [is wrong] that girl is hurting and my job's to love.' Over the weekend, the Daily Mail revealed how the teenage girl had curated a chilling portrait of grief on social media for months after the brutal killings of her mother and stepfather. The high school graduate posted tributes, tearful selfies, and even pleas for justice – but never hinting that she might be the one behind the murders. For months, Patrick played the grieving daughter who was coping with an unimaginable loss, delivering a tearful eulogy at the funeral and sharing heartbreaking TikTok videos about her slain parents. Popular TikTok True Crime creators have come forward to reveal Patrick reached out to them weeks before her arrest to ask for help getting coverage of the case. Since Patrick's arrest, true crime communities on social media have erupted, dissecting her content and questioning what could have possibly driven an angel-faced teen to allegedly murder her parents.

Portrait of a grief-stricken teenager - but now she's charged with killing her parents
A high school student who publicly grieved over the death of her parents is now charged in their brutal slayings. Sarah Grace Patrick appeared to be a 17-year-old shattered by tragedy after her mother Kristin, 41, and stepfather James Brock, 47, were found fatally shot in their Georgia home in February. But her tearful selfies and grief-stricken tributes rang hollow last week as she was charged with their murders. Police say Kristin and Brock were both shot dead as they slept in their home in Carrollton, 45 miles west of Atlanta, on February 20. Sarah Grace Patrick, who was 16 at the time, was inside the house during the killings and called 911 after her then-five-year-old half-sister Jaley discovered the lifeless bodies. There were no immediate suspects or leads, and the couple's death at first seemed like a mysterious tragedy that had left two young girls without a family. For months, Patrick played the grieving daughter who was coping with an unimaginable loss, delivering a tearful eulogy at the funeral and sharing heartbreaking TikTok videos about her slain parents. One TikTok from March shows a slideshow of images of her mother and stepfather, set to emotional music and accompanied by the text: 'They don't know it, but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home – and they won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, or even say goodbye.' In the caption, she wrote: 'I miss you guys, save a seat for me in heaven.' She continued to share numerous videos about her grief, employing various trending TikTok formats for emotional effect. In one, she appears distraught with mascara streaked down her cheeks. The overlay reads: 'Life's hard but at least I have my mom.' The video later cuts to a final slide showing two urns and a framed photograph of Kristin and James Brock, with text overlay: 'Mom?' Patrick also portrayed herself as heartbroken over her little sister's trauma from finding her parents' bullet-riddled bodies. In one post, she wrote: 'I can't help but hate myself because I didn't wake up to find them before my 5yo sister had to find her parents like that'. Another read: 'It hits me when I see my 5-year-old sister screaming for her mommy and daddy.' Several of her videos took the form of emotional tributes praising her mother. 'I don't know if she ever realized… that the person I most wanted to be was her,' she wrote in one post with additional slides describing her mom as 'so kind and so loving.' But perhaps most unsettling are the posts containing selfies of Patrick appearing distraught and in tears over her mom's death. She shared a photo clutching her mother's clothes, seemingly crying into them, with the text: 'Her T-shirt [heart emoji].' She shared one selfie of her sobbing in bed captioned: 'I just want my momma,' and another of herself in anguish, reading: 'wdym [what do you mean] I can't call my mom?' In one haunting image, she appears to be choking back tears en route to the funeral, writing: 'This can't be real. Otw (on the way) to my parents' funeral.' Since Patrick's arrest, true crime communities on social media have erupted, dissecting her content and questioning what could have possibly driven an angel-faced teen to allegedly murder her parents. The story took an even stranger turn when a popular true crime content creator who posts under @Allegedly Reportedly and has over 120,000 followers, revealed that Patrick had reached out to her weeks before her arrest, asking for help getting coverage of the case. The TikTokker shared screenshots of their exchange which showed Patrick had sent her a private message on the platform on June 3, telling her to 'search up Brock case.' 'They're my parents, and out of nowhere a random Thursday night in Feb someone came into my house with me and my 5-year-old sister and shot my parents brutally - leaving them for me and my little sister to wake up to,' Patrick wrote. 'I am in absolute shock right now,' the TikTokker wrote in a caption of the video on Wednesday. 'An arrest has been made in the case of James and Kristin Brock, whose lives were taken in February – the person arrested is their daughter, who previously asked me to cover their case?!' In addition to posting videos of her grief online, Patrick apparently also worked behind the scenes to spread her story, issuing statements on her father's Facebook account and asking friends to share details of the incident on her behalf. Last month, weeks before Patrick's arrest, family friend Kellie Brown took to TikTok to share that the teen reached out to her on June 22 asking her to share information about what happened that night with the public. 'Sarah has confirmed that she was awake the night of the incident and 'heard nothing out of the normal'. Those are her words,' Brown said in a June 24 video. She added that Patrick said she had only heard her the alarm from her stepfather's heart machine - which would've been triggered by his death – 'going off throughout the night.' Patrick's original account has since been deactivated, but the disturbing videos have resurfaced and gone viral after social media sleuths re-uploaded her content following the shocking news. The videos are now flooded with comments questioning whether her posts were a manifestation of guilt or a calculated attempt to win sympathy. 'I wonder if she actually started to regret it or if it was all just a cover up,' one user wrote.' 'She wanted attention and sympathy for it!!!' another speculated. Patrick is being charged as an adult on two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault after turning herself in to police on Tuesday accompanied by her father Doniel Patrick. Authorities have not yet revealed a motive for the killings and say the investigation is ongoing and further arrests could be made. Investigators from Carroll County Sheriff's Office have cited 'mountains of digital and physical evidence' that led to her arrest – including Patrick's emotional eulogy. Video of her tribute at her mom and stepfather's funeral service was published by after relatives of the victims shared the footage in disgust after her arrest. Patrick, dressed in a pale blue minidress, can be seen taking to the lectern during the March 8 afternoon service at the Catalyst church in Carrollton, where the Brocks were active members. She paid glowing tributes to her mother and stepfather, thanking Brock 'for all the life lessons you taught me,' and praising her mom as a 'beautiful kind soul with so much gratitude.' She thanked her family, including her grandparents, a long list of siblings, and others for 'helping me get through my worst nightmare' and 'making such a big difference.' Concluding her eulogy, she said: 'Jamey and all would thank you too. I love you guys and so did they, I'm sorry.' During a press conference about her arrest this week, Carroll County communications director Ashley Hulsey confirmed her tribute at the funeral was a key piece of evidence. Speaking to News Nation, Hulsey admitted the eulogy 'seemed odd' and noted that Patrick had ended her speech saying 'I'm sorry.' 'Was that, "I'm sorry because I may have done this" or is it, "I'm sorry because I was upset during this eulogy"? 'We may never know the answer to that, but that did stand out to me at the time,' she said. Hulsey also confirmed investigators are aware of the teen's social media posts. Sharing footage of the funeral remarks, James Brock's niece Krysten Dowda told that she immediately became suspicious of Patrick 'after the shock wore off,' adding: 'The pieces just weren't making sense.' 'After their funeral, when I saw someone had recorded this, I immediately saved it because I knew one day everyone would get to see this for what it was,' she said. 'The feeling of being at a funeral to say goodbye to someone you loved and thinking to yourself: am I actually witnessing the person that murdered them, standing up here in front of everyone and fake crying about them? 'Does anyone else see this person doing a crying voice but never shed a single tear?'

Teen girl's chilling social media posts before she was charged with double murder of mom & stepdad following eulogy
A TEENAGE girl accused of murdering her mum and stepdad shared haunting social media posts in the months after their deaths. Sarah Grace Patrick, 17, faces two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault in connection to the shootings of Kristin Brock, 41, and James Brock, 45. 12 12 She initially appeared to be a distraught teenager over social media, left heartbroken by her parents' tragic deaths. The teen posted selfies of herself crying and even made pleas for justice for months after her parents' killings - before handing herself into cops last week. She even gave a tearful funeral eulogy to her slain mum and stepdad - which later on made her the prime suspect in their murder. Her social media is now being seen through a completely different lens after she was arrested and charged with the double murders on Tuesday. One TikTok post from March just a month after her parents' killings shows pictures of her mum and stepdad, with emotional music and tearjerking text. The post reads: "They don't know it, but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home – and they won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, or even say goodbye." In the eerie caption she wrote: "I miss you guys, save a seat for me in heaven." Patrick was just 16 years old when Kristin and James were shot dead as they slept in their home in Carrollton, west of Atlanta on February 20. Cops say the teenager was in the house during the killings and called police after her then five-year-old sister Jaley discovered their corpses. Authorities also said there were no signs of forced entry and nothing appeared stolen. Girl, 17, hands herself into police over murder of mom and stepdad who were gunned down three months ago Another one of Patrick's TikToks showed the 17-year-old with tears down her face, messy mascara, and text reading: "Life's hard but at least I have my mom." The next picture slide then shows a picture of two urns next two pictures of Kristin and James captioned: "Mom?" Patrick also portrayed herself as crushed and grief-stricken over her younger sister's trauma from finding her parents' dead bodies. In another disturbing post, she wrote: "I can't help but hate myself because I didn't wake up to find them before my 5yo sister had to find her parents like that." Another read: "It hits me when I see my 5-year-old sister screaming for her mommy and daddy." Several of her videos involved emotional tributes praising her late mum. In one post she wrote: "I don't know if she ever realized… that the person I most wanted to be was her." Unsettling selfies of Patrick appearing sorrowful and in tears over her mum's death were also posted for the public to see. 12 12 One photo showed the teen clutching her mum's clothes, seemingly crying into them, with the text: "Her T-shirt [heart emoji]." And in another haunting image, she appears to be choking back tears on the way to her parents' funeral. The text reads: "This can't be real. Otw (on the way) to my parents' funeral." The social media speculation over Patrick's behaviour took another sinister turn after a true crime influencer alleged that the teen reached out to them asking for help promoting coverage of the case. Content creator Allegedly Reportedly, who has over 120,000, posted screenshots allegedly showing Patrick asking the TikTok user to research the murder of her parents and share the story. Patrick's original social media account has since been deactivated - but the unsettling posts have resurfaced and sparked rampant speculation online. The teenager is being charged as an adult on two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault after turning herself in to police on Tuesday accompanied by her dad Doniel Patrick. Cops have not yet revealed a motive for the killings and say the investigation is still ongoing. 12 12 It comes after chilling footage resurfaced of Patrick's eulogy, showing the teen in a pale blue dress, standing before mourners at the lectern of the Catalyst Church in Carollton, Georgia. She said: 'I just wanted to say goodbye to my mom and James since we never got the chance to.' Patrick called her mother a 'beautiful kind soul' and told mourners she'd always be her 'sunshine'. Carroll County Sherriff's spokesperson Ashley Hulsey told NewsNation: 'It seemed odd. It was more like a speech, and at the end she said, 'I'm sorry.' 'Was that, 'I'm sorry because I may have done this,' or is it, 'I'm sorry because I was upset during this eulogy'? We may never know.' 12 12
