Sarah Jayne Dunn unveils jaw-dropping 16-week body transformation as she hits back at trolls with empowering message: 'I've never felt fitter or stronger'
Sarah Jayne Dunn shared her incredible 16-week body transformation on Instagram on Monday, offering an inspiring message of self-empowerment to her fans. The former soap star, 43, looked sensational in a pink activewear set that showcased her toned abs and sculpted physique. She also shared a 'before' photo to give followers a glimpse into the early stages of her fitness journey - before sharing a series of gym clips alongside screenshots of negative comments from trolls who had doubted her progress. In a lengthy caption, the former Hollyoaks star addressed the transformation and the effort behind it, writing: 'Let's talk about this transformation… 'Yes, it did take 16 weeks. Yes, that is me. Yes, I have looked like that before. What changed? I stopped putting myself at the bottom of the list. 'I started prioritising movement, fuelling my body properly, and working with an incredible coach, @adam_cnewton. 'The side by side isn't about saying look at me- it's about showing what's possible when you commit to yourself and your goals. 'I'm proud of the work I've put in. And honestly? I don't think we celebrate that enough. 'Why is it that when someone achieves something through consistency and effort, the response is suspicion or criticism? Is it because it challenges others to reflect on what they're not doing? 'This journey was never been about quick fixes. It's about long term habits, real strength, and self respect. 'Even now, week on week, Adam increases my weights and pushes me to new levels. I've learnt to listen to my body, on high energy days and on the days where everything feels heavier (especially around that time of the month!). 'I've built a rhythm with my body that's about listening, adjusting, and celebrating what it's capable of. And I've never felt fitter or stronger than I do right now. 'So here's to those who show up. Who put in the work quietly. Who evolve because they're choosing themselves. I see you- and I'll keep sharing this to remind you that you can do it too. She concluded: '#EmpoweredWomen #RealResults #StrengthInConsistency #SarahJayneDunn #UltimatePerformance.' The post comes after Sarah landed a new job as a pole dance teacher, not long after she quit Hollyoaks to pursue a career on OnlyFans. The former actress was given an ultimatum by bosses to stop sharing racy snaps or to leave - and she chose to walk away. Sarah, who played Mandy Richardson from 1996 to 2021, has always defended her decision for her controversial side hustle to TV bosses. Not only does she do OnlyFans, but now dances too. The mum-of-one has now shared photos in a thong as she confirmed she has now taught her first lesson. She told The Sun: 'It was great and all the women were so lovely - I'm really excited for them all to go on their own little pole dancing journey.' 'I feel supported, I feel I can be myself and not be judged - and how rare is it to find that space and sense of community? I feel very lucky,' she added. Sharing updates with her followers before her first-ever class, Sarah admitted she was feeling nervous. On Instagram, the TV star penned: 'I'm excited and terrified in equal measure… because very soon, I'll be stepping into a whole new challenge - teaching my first beginners' pole class!' 'Pole has been a huge part of my life for over two years now. I first found it just after lockdown, a little before turning 41, when I was looking for something fun, but challenging. 'From the very first spin, I was hooked. What started as a way to move and push myself has become so much more- strength, confidence, and a whole new community of incredible, supportive people who lift each other up (literally!).' Sarah continued: 'I've recently started 1:1 training with a new pole coach, and I can already feel myself improving in ways I never expected. 'Now, I'm about to take the next step, sharing everything I've learned with others. My beginner's classes will be for absolute newbies or anyone wanting to go back to basics! 'I'll be teaching at the same studio where my journey began too which is exciting @PoleGymholmeschapel, and I can't wait to help others discover just how empowering pole can be.' She previously showed off her impressive two-stone weight loss transformation as she discussed the recent Hollyoaks cast cuts and her love for pole fitness. While discussing her fitness journey, Sarah said she was excited to 'feel strong again,' adding that her son Stanley, seven, has been a huge inspiration. Sarah starred on Hollyoaks for 25 years before she was dropped from the soap in November 2021 after joining OnlyFans. Her exit from the soap came after an unnamed co-star logged a formal complaint and bosses have since changed cast members' contracts to ban them from launching their own OnlyFans.

Martin Lewis leaves Cat Deeley blushing with VERY rude comment about his measurements as This Morning's viewer phone-in takes raunchy turn
Martin Lewis left Cat Deeley blushing today as he shared an eye-opening comment about his measurements live on This Morning. Fans tuned into the ITV daytime show as Cat, 48, and Ben, 50, hosted their final week before taking their summer holidays. During the show the duo covered the second part of their counterfeit Botox investigation, hearing from Ashley James and Hollyoaks ' Sarah Jayne-Dunn. Resident consumer expert Martin Lewis then joined them as they covered childcare supports as the summer holidays approach. But as the segment came to an end, it took a very interesting - and revealing - turn. Ben told viewers how Martin would be sticking around for a phone-in where they could ask him 'anything' as he declared: 'Nothing is off limits.' However, the Money Saving Expert quickly hit back, telling Ben: 'Well, some are.' Kicking off the playful exchange, he then added: 'Inside leg, 33 inches.' As Ben's eyes widened and he questioned the measurement, Martin quickly clarified he 'made up' that figure of his lower area. The back and forth continued as Ben quipped it was 'a bit long' before Martin said: 'Is it? Let's measure... I'll do it myself.' Blushing, Cat then interjected: 'Can we do this over the break, gents? Could we? Possibly?' The mum-of-two added 'I'll go pee or do something different' before quickly moving on with the programme. Meanwhile, last week Cat and Ben's summer replacements were officially revealed by ITV bosses before they take a whopping six-week break. In a fun social media clip, they told fans how Friday hosts Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond will kick off the summer lineup. Dermot, 52, will then present the alongside former Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes and Love Island star Olivia Attwood, who makes her This Morning debut. Former Big Brother host Emma Willis will also return to the sofa, anchoring alongside The Masked Singer's Joel Dommett. In a change from dialing in from holiday hotspots, Andi Peters will be in the studio to host with Emma, 49, who made her hosting debut last year. Fan-favourite Irish presenter Craig Doyle will also be back on the sofa with Sian Welby as well as Josie Gibson, who has been missing from screens recently. Rylan Clark will also make a comeback later in August with mum-of-one Sian and Josie, 40.

Hollyoaks star admits 'I was embarrassed' as they discuss 'painful' botched lip filler
This Morning launched an investigation into 'cosmetic cowboys' who are putting people's health at risk by carrying out non-surgical cosmetic procedures without proper training This Morning has initiated a probe into the worrying trend of 'cosmetic cowboys', uncovering that 50% of women who have had non-surgical beauty treatments ended up seeking medical help. The ITV morning programme highlighted these alarming statistics this week, aiming to alert viewers about the increasing number of unqualified practitioners in the booming aesthetics sector and advising them on what to watch out for when considering such procedures. In a dedicated series of episodes, ex-Hollyoaks actress Sarah Jayne Dunn featured on Tuesday's edition of This Morning to share her own unfortunate experience with botched lip fillers. Sarah, 43, known for her portrayal of Mandy Richardson on the popular Channel 4 drama from 1996 to 2021, presented a photo of the aftermath of her flawed procedure and confessed 'I knew something wasn't right'. The star recounted: "Mine was lip filler, I worked in a beauty salon. I had my little boy, I was in between acting jobs, and my little boy was around I think six to seven months old", reports the Mirror. She continued, detailing the circumstances: "A practitioner came in to do injectables, had nobody booked in and offered me and the girls in the clinic: 'Does anyone want a treatment?' Naively, probably I was in quite a vulnerable place having just had a child. "You don't really feel like yourself, you want a little bit of a glow up, so I was like: 'Yeah, great, this guy obviously knows what he's doing!'". Reflecting on the incident, Sarah added: "Now, looking back, you know there was no pre consultation, no patch test, there was nothing. I didn't fill in any forms. "I had the treatment done and immediately when having the treatment done I knew that something wasn't right. It was painful, it was uncomfortable, I could feel sort of the filler going in. I could feel that something wasn't right." A photo of the botched lip filler then appeared on-screen, prompting Sarah to explain: "That was me immediately after so I sent the pictures to a doctor that I'd been to previously. The thing is, I'd had filler before, [but this filler] it was painful, it was bruised, it was lumpy, it was swollen. "I was embarrassed, you feel ashamed, I didn't even tell my husband. Obviously he knew but I went home and I remember sitting having dinner sort of feeling really uncomfortable. I didn't tell my parents and it wasn't until I had corrective treatment. "I ended up having filler dissolved and having it redone by a doctor", she added, highlighting the difficulty for those unaware of what to look out for: "If you don't know what to look for, where do you even start."

This Morning has launched an investigation into 'cosmetic cowboys', revealing that half of women who have undergone non-surgical cosmetic procedures required medical assistance afterwards. Shocking, I know." The former soap star, who played Mandy Richardson on Hollyoaks from 1996 to 2021, famously left the show after . Despite the star admitting that she's thriving in her new OnlyFans role, it doesn't come without it's criticism. Sarah recently hit back after being mum-shamed over her racy photos. They ordered her to quit adult subscription site OnlyFans, where she was flogging risque shots, or be axed. While she's been making big money on the platform, having claimed to have taken home £700,000 in 2022, Sarah has found herself the target of cruel trolling. Taking to Instagram to confront her latest bully, she sarcastically responded to their nasty comment. The follower had written: "Yeah why not just make sure your kids get bullied because of your content just so you can get a little validation from people you don't know, good idea." But Sarah - who shares son Stanley, nine, with her husband Jonathan Smith - made sure to clap back with humour, pretending to read a positive one in a get-ready-with-me video. With the aforementioned jibe shown on the screen, she instead read: "Thanks for your inspiring content. Your son is really lucky to have a mom like you that loves him so much. Please show us some more of your outfits." Sarah then enthused: "Of course I will! What a kind, kind comment. Thank you. I will happily show you another outfit," before proceding to talk her fans through what she had been wearing. At the end, she concluded: "Thanks again for that really, really lovely, positive comment." The actress quit the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks said it doesn't allow cast members to be active on certain 18+ websites because of the show's responsibility to its young audience. Speaking about posting on OnlyFans before, Sarah said it was "about taking back control, about empowerment and confidence and having full power over my choices". 3 Sarah had a clever response for a troll who commented on her son Credit: The Mega Agency
