Pakistani Leaders Praise Saudi Arabia's Role in Islam, Global Stability
Pakistani officials and scholars have lauded Saudi Arabia for its prominent role in promoting regional and global security, as well as its exceptional service to Islam and Muslims around the world.
Their statements were made during a conference held Tuesday in Islamabad, organized under the patronage of Jamiat Ahle Hadith (JAH), titled 'Serving the Pilgrims of the Holy Mosque – The Distinguished Role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.'
The event brought together notable figures, including the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, Pakistan's Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, along with a number of scholars and officials.
Speakers at the conference praised the Kingdom—under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—for its outstanding efforts in managing the Hajj season. They highlighted the Kingdom's achievements in expanding the Two Holy Mosques, developing infrastructure, and providing comprehensive services and facilities to pilgrims, particularly during the successful Hajj of 1446.
Participants also expressed their strong support for Saudi Arabia's principled and steadfast positions on matters affecting the Islamic world, reaffirming the Kingdom's central role in serving Islam and Muslims globally.
