Objections have been raised in Tipperary to co-operating with Uisce Éireann as the water utility company intends to pipe water from the county to Dublin at cost of €10 billion, according to a Nenagh based councillor.
Independent Cllr Seamus Morris told Tipperary County Council's chief executive, Sinéad Carr, in correspondence recently that he had concerns over the wording of a submission by the council to the review of the National Development Plan (NDP).
