Nebraska soccer announces three new additions to the 2025 roster

The Nebraska soccer team announced three new additions to its roster ahead of the 2025 season. Ángela Moreno, Jo Sees and Alyse Then are all joining the Huskers, along with 13 additional newcomers. Moreno is an incoming freshman from Madrid, Spain, and competed with Real Madrid for the last five years, helping the team to the Queen's Junior Cup Championship title last season. She scored 20 goals for Real Madrid this past season and is a graduate of IES Salvador Dali. She joins the Huskers as a forward. Sees is a Kansas State transfer, having started in 22 games across two seasons for the Wildcats. She scored five goals and earned three assists for Kansas State off 36 total shots and 18 on goal. A Highland Ranch, Colorado native, Sees attended Valor Christian High School and helped her team to two league championships, scoring 22 goals and recording 12 assists. Sees also played club soccer with Real Colorado 04 ECNL National. Then is also transferring to Nebraska after spending her freshman season at SUNY Old Westbury and her sophomore year at Daytona State. At Daytona State, Then started in six games, scoring 11 goals and earning five assists off 26 shots, 18 on goal, helping the Falcons to the 2024 NJCAA DI National Championship title. At SUNY, Then finished First Team All-Conference, leading the NCAA across all divisions in goals scored in 2023, delivering 30 in 17 games.
