There should be no service tax on sinking fund payment
A STRATA management body (SMB), created by statute and referred to as joint management body (JMB) or management corporation (MC), is responsible for maintaining the building or land intended for subdivision into parcels and common property in a strata development scheme.
All SMBs were excluded from paying service tax when the Service Tax Regulations 2018 was introduced.
