Neil Young is nothing short of a musical legend, with an iconic career spanning folk rock, grunge rock and country music over the last 60 years. Now he's back once again to headline Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage. Young has played at Glasto before, but this is the first time he'll take the coveted Saturday night slot. Less than a year after the nu metal group last played London (which was at the O2 last September), Linkin Park are back in the capital this week at none other than Wembley Stadium. The band responsible for immortal noughties hits like 'Numb', 'In the End' and 'Burn It Down' will perform at London's biggest stadium on Saturday. The band's lineup features Mike Shinoda, Dave 'Phoenix' Farrell, Joe Hahn, Colin Brittain and still-somewhat-new vocalist Emily Armstrong. Linkin Park are touring in support of 2024 album From Zero. Following the likes of Sam Fender, Dua Lipa and Beyoncé in playing the capital's biggest venues are legendary American rockers Guns n 'Roses, who're stopping by Wembley this week. Axl Rose, Slash and the band are bringing their 'Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things' tour to northwest London on Thursday (June 26). The tour began in South Korea in May and will see the band play dates in Europe and South America before it wraps up in Mexico in November. Billy Joel cancels Paycor Stadium show, all upcoming concerts Show Caption Hide Caption Billy Joel honored after ending historic Madison Square Garden run The Piano Man played his last concert at Madison Square Garden, where he performed 150 concerts over the years Legendary singer Billy Joel is canceling all upcoming concerts, including his Sept. 20 performance with Rod Stewart at Paycor Stadium, he announced on social media Friday. Joel said the decision to cancel came from a recent diagnosis of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH). The condition has been "exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision and balance," his statement read. According to the post, Joel has been undergoing specific physical therapy and has been advised to refrain from performing during his recovery period. "I'm sincerely sorry to disappoint our audience, and thank you for understanding," the 76-year-old said. Billy Joel cancels show with Rod Stewart at Paycor Stadium: What to do if you bought tickets Joel and Stewart were set to take over Paycor Stadium for one night only Sept. 20. "This concert promises to be an unforgettable night of iconic hits and incredible performances, showcasing Paycor Stadium as a premier destination for world-class entertainment," Elizabeth Blackburn, director of strategy and engagement for the Bengals, said in a previous press release about the concert announcement. Fans who purchased tickets to Joel's Cincinnati concert do not need to take any action to receive a refund, according to Joel's statement. Tickets will automatically be processed back to the original payment used for purchase. Joel, who first performed in Cincinnati at Armory Fieldhouse on May 7, 1974, played a sold-out show at Great American Ball Park in September 2021. This year's concert would have been his first appearance at Paycor Stadium. Stewart, the two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, last performed in the Queen City in 2022 at Riverbend Music Center, per The Enquirer reached out to Game Day Communications, which handles public relations for Paycor Stadium, and it's unclear whether there are plans to host a new act.
