Did Justin Bieber Diss Clipse's New Album On Instagram?
Justin Bieber shocked the world this past weekend by releasing his new album Swag on the same day Clipse shared their highly anticipated Let God Sort Em Out, leading many to theorize Def Jam did this intentionally to overshadow their former signees. The 31-year-old inadvertently fanned those flames by sharing a slanderous Instagram story this week. Kerwin Frost tagged Bieber in an Instagram story praising his new LP and putting down the Virginia rappers' latest effort. 'Justice is served,' Frost wrote with a cross emoji replacing the letter T. '@lilbieber emptied the clip. THIS IS THE ONLY ALBUM THAT MATTERS RIGHT NOW. This album is way better then the @clipse. @clipse is for bitter grown men who collect kaws dolls and shop at kith and union.' The London, Ontario, Canada artist reposted Frost's post to his Instagram story; however, he did so in a way where it is not initially visible that someone else wrote the post unless they wait to see Kerwin Frost's name pop up. Frost reposted Bieber's reposted and added 'Birds of a feather crash out together,' with a purple heart emoji, feather emoji, and hug emoji. Nonetheless, it is unclear whether Bieber shared this to acknowledge the love for Swag or because he agrees with the thoughts about the legendary duo. Regardless, it stirred up many feelings online. 'This what happens when you got goofy ni**as telling you your soul black,' one X user wrote, referring to one of Druski's interludes on Swag. 'Yukon a good song but wtf is this. Come [on Biebs],' another fan wrote. Pusha T hasn't shied away from addressing his issues with anyone while rolling out Let God Sort Em Out, so it is possible fans will hear something about this moving forward. Until then, they can check out the two vastly different albums. Clipse tapped Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Stove God Cooks, and more for their lyrical exhibition. Bieber, on the other hand, featured Gunna, Sexyy Red, and Cash Cobain on his surprise R&B release. More from What Are Clipse's First-Week Sales Projections For Their New LP 'Let God Sort Em Out'? How Hailey Bieber shaped Justin Bieber's ‘Swag' album amid split rumors
Justin Bieber shocked fans with the surprise release of his seventh studio album, Swag, on July 11, 2025—his first since 2021. The album arrives amid swirling rumors about his marriage to Hailey Bieber, their new baby, and his split from longtime manager Scooter Braun. According to sources close to the couple, Hailey had a major role behind the scenes of Swag, helping shape what insiders are calling Justin's 'most creatively free' album yet. While many headlines in the past year focused on tension in their marriage, a source told People that Hailey was deeply involved during the album's creation. 'Everyone knows Justin as a performer. They now get to know the artist Hailey has always known,' the insider said. The couple recently welcomed their son, Jack Blues, making Swag a milestone in both their personal and professional lives. Hailey reportedly encouraged Justin to trust his instincts and speak his truth. The emotional track 'WALKING AWAY,' which directly addresses marital struggles with lyrics about 'growing pains' and promises not to leave, has sparked speculation about their relationship status. Yet sources emphasize Hailey's unwavering support. Beyond personal lyrics, the album also features Justin sampling viral moments like his 'standing on business' paparazzi quote, giving Swag both cultural weight and emotional depth. With features from Sexyy Red, Druski, and Dijon, and praise from critics like Rolling Stone, Swag is a bold new chapter—both musically and personally—for Justin Bieber.

Scooter Braun gives verdict on Justin Bieber album two years after cutting ties
Scooter Braun has shared his thoughts on Justin Beiber's seventh studio album, titled Swag - which has been released two years after they stopped working together Scooter Braun has delivered his verdict on Justin Bieber's new album - two years after their working relationship came to an abrupt end. Music manager Scooter, 44, helped discover Justin, 31, when he was just a 13-year-old boy singing songs on YouTube. Over the years, Scooter helped craft Justin's career - which included smash hits such as Baby, What Do You Mean?, and Sorry. But the boys went their separate ways in 2023 following the release of Justin's album, Justice, which topped the charts in 2021. On Friday, Justin stunned fans when he dropped his seventh album, Swag, without previously promoting it. The record drew favourable reviews from critics and left fans picking through the lyrics to find clues over the state of his marriage to Hailey Bieber as the pair have appeared strained in recent months. The Canadian pop star collaborated with a string of musicians and producers on the album, including Sexyy Red, 2 Chainz, Dijon, and more. And while Scooter was not involved in the making of the album, he has endorsed the record - branding it Justin's finest effort to date. Taking to social media on Saturday, the music manager lavished praise on his protégé and urged fans to give the album a listen. In a glowing Instagram Stories post, he wrote: 'Been having a beautiful start to the weekend and been getting a lot of texts about how I feel about Justin's new album. 'So I will just leave this here.. This is without a doubt, the most authentically Justin Bieber album to date. It's beautiful, raw, and truly him. And that matters.' He continued: 'I've had the privilege of witnessing his growth for almost two decades. Along every journey, there comes a time when an artist fully steps into their own — and that's what he's done here. He's poured his soul into this project, and you can feel it in every single run. 'The way he chose to release it is just as intentional as the music itself — and I'm happy to see him do it this way. I have played no roll in this one, but as someone who's always believed in him, I'm incredibly proud and impressed and genuinely enjoying the music." Scooter added: "Justin has a special tone that I have witnessed for almost 2 decades. It's the best in the world. And because of that special tone, I have to say daisies is probably my favorite record on the album." In a final call to action, and update on the rest of his day, Scooter concluded: "Stream Swag and support and authentic voice. Now I'm off to take my kids to watch Superman. Have a great weekend." Fans have delighted in Justin's new album - which contains revealing tracks including Go Baby which shows him praising his wife, Hailey. Other tracks show the singer reflecting on his past and future - while lyrics also show him opening up about his faith and deep belief in Christianity.
