‘Shake It Up' Star Bella Thorne's Snazzy SoCal Estate Just Hit the Market for $4 Million
Through the years, Bella Thorne has amassed an extensive acting resume. After her breakout role as dancer CeCe Jones in the Disney Channel series Shake It Up alongside Zendaya, she went on to snag TV and movie parts in Blended, The Duff, Amityville: The Awakening, The Babysitter franchise, Famous in Love, and Girl, just to name a few. Along the way, she released the hit single Watch Me. The popular social media influencer also branched out to writing and producing, not to mention fashion and jewelry design. Now the 27-year-old Florida native is shifting gears on the real estate front, hoisting her hideaway in the rural Los Angeles area of Topanga Canyon in the foothills above Malibu on the market for nearly $4 million. That's around $700,000 more than she paid for the place in April 2019, though she did add plenty of personal touches to the Mediterranean-style digs during her tenure. Jason Oppenheim and Erin Montgomery of The Oppenheim Group hold the listing. More from Robb Report This One-of-a-Kind Bertone Was the Coachbuilder's Final Car. Now It Can Be Yours. Disney Channel child star is unrecognizable after leaving the spotlight and undergoing shock career change
A former Disney Channel child star is now unrecognizable after leaving the spotlight and undergoing a shocking career change. Davis Cleveland was skyrocketed into the spotlight when he was cast in the beloved show Shake It Up at only seven years old. He portrayed Flynn Jones - the younger brother of Bella Thorne 's character CeCe Jones - in the 2010 show. His adorable personality and undeniable talent at such a young age quickly transformed him into a massive star. But now, over a decade after his time in the series, Davis looks pretty different from his Disney days. He's certainly all grown up, and the show's dedicated fans may be shocked over how much he has changed. But what exactly is Davis, now 23, up to these days? Well, he actually quit acting to pursue another endeavor in 2021... dentistry. Davis landed a few small roles before his time in Shake It Up, including episodes of Criminal Minds, How I Met Your Mother, Ghost Whisperer, and Desperate Housewives. The show was a massive hit and went on for three seasons before it ended in 2013. It followed two best friends, CeCe (played by Bella) and Rocky (played by Zendaya) as they pursued their dreams of becoming professional dancers. International Dance Day: Sparsh Shrivastava – Dance isn't just about movement, it's about feeling every moment
Sparsh Shrivastava and (right) in Dupahiya Before Sparsh Shrivastava won over audiences with his portrayals of Sunny Mondal in Jamtara – Sabka Number Ayega and Deepak Kumar in Laapataa Ladies , he captured their hearts through dance. At just 11 years old, he was crowned the winner of dance reality show Chak Dhoom Dhoom and later performed on Shake It Up. Specialising in folk, Kathak, and Bollywood dance forms, Sparsh's foundation in dance set the stage for his acting career. Reflecting on his experiences, the actor credits his time in dance competitions for teaching him how to handle pressure. 'Wow, those were like wild rides,' he recalls, adding, 'Now that I look back, I was this kid trying to give his 110 per cent in every round, and learning so much just by being around other dancers. Those shows taught me how to handle pressure, how to perform in front of people, and how to stay grounded even when the lights are brightest. I didn't just learn how to dance, I learned how to carry myself.' Dance, which requires discipline and expression, shares many qualities with acting. Sparsh explains how he balances both crafts in his daily routine. He says, 'It's all about staying connected. I try to dedicate time to both. Sometimes it's dancing at home, sometimes it's working on scenes or attending workshops. Both require you to be present, patient, and honest. And thankfully, my mom keeps me grounded. She's the one who reminds me that before the art, there's the emotion and without emotion, none of it matters.' On International Dance Day , he has a message for those who wish to pursue both acting and dance. He shares, 'I would say don't limit yourself. Don't feel like you have to choose between dance and acting . Let your love for one art form spark curiosity for the other. Stay true to who you are and follow your heart. It's your authenticity and passion that will connect you to your audience, no matter what you're doing. Keep learning, keep pushing yourself, but most importantly, enjoy every step of the journey.' He adds, 'I am always reminded of the fact that it's not just about movement but about feeling every moment. And hey, if you stumble, just call it an impromptu routine, it's all part of the show! Keep dancing through life, because the best performances come when you least expect them.'

Bella Thorne says working with Mickey Rourke 'was one of the all-time worst experiences'
Bella Thorne says working with Mickey Rourke 'was one of the all-time worst experiences' Former child actor Bella Thorne is calling out Hollywood veteran Mickey Rourke for alleged on-set misconduct in the wake of backlash over comments the 72-year-old actor made that some are calling homophobic. In X posts the 27-year-old Thorne shared on Friday, she claimed that "working with Mickey was one of the all-time worst experiences of my life working as an actress." "I had to work with this man – in a scene where I'm on my knees with my hands zip-tied around my back. He's supposed to take a metal grinder to my knee cap and instead he used it on my genitals thru my jeans. Hitting them over and over again," Thorne wrote. "I had bruises on my pelvic bone." The message was written over a screenshot of an article about former child actor-turned musician JoJo Siwa calling out Rourke's comments, which she and producers called homophobic, toward Siwa on "Celebrity Big Brother." Thorne went on to allege that she suffered from "so many gross stories of things (Rourke) made me go thru" while filming an unnamed movie. The two co-starred in the Chad Faust-directed 2020 thriller, "Girl." She claimed the "Sin City" star covered her "completely in dirt" by revving a car engine "to humiliate me in front of the entire crew" and added that she allegedly went into his trailer to "convince him to show up and complete his job, as he shouted crazy demands that he wanted from the producers." USA TODAY has reached out to Rourke's representative for comment. Thorne had her breakout role on the Disney Channel show "Shake It Up," in which she starred opposite Zendaya, and went on to act in 2015's "The DUFF" and "The Babysitter" movies. She also had a successful stint on the adult platform OnlyFans. Thorne has been outspoken about difficulties she encountered from a young age in Hollywood. In a 2022 podcast appearance, she claimed a director declined to advance her in a casting process when she was 10 years old because he felt she was "flirting with him," which made him "uncomfortable." Also in 2022, Rourke − who earned Golden Globe and BAFTA recognition, as well as an Oscar nomination for 2008's "The Wrestler" − revealed that his upbringing was "violent" as he experienced abuse as a teenager. A therapist told Rourke this made him "a scary person to deal with" in adulthood, he added. Rourke also mentioned being in therapy for more than two decades.
