Also coming to the fair are Canadian supergroup Trans-Canada Highwaymen made up of Moe Berg (The Pursuit of Happiness), Chris Murphy (Sloan), Craig Northey (Odds), and Steven Page (ex-Barenaked Ladies). The free nightly concert series on the CNE grounds runs Aug. 15-31. Three Dog Night was announced to perform at the CNE previously, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, their show scheduled for Aug. 23 at the Bell CNE Bandshell has been cancelled. In addition to the Bell CNE Bandshell stage, there are five other music stages throughout the CNE to entertain visitors during the 18-day fair. 98 Degrees, The Commodores added to lineup for CNE concert series
The Canadian National Exhibition has revealed its final lineup of headliners for its free nightly concert series, adding iconic boy-band 98 Degrees and Motown group The Commodores to the list of headliners. The concert series kicks off Aug. 15 as part of the annual fair, with a performance from Shawn Desman at the Bell CNE Bandshell. The 146-year-old event held at Exhibition Place features rides, whacky carnival foods, shows and exhibitions over 18 days. Other headliners include Loverboy, July Talk, Bishop Briggs, Dean Brody, and Marianas Trench. The series wraps up on August 31 with a Soca Night concert featuring a variety of performers from Trinidad and Tobago.

Shawn Desman taking the stage at Caesars Windsor
Canadian icon, Shawn Desman, is coming to Caesars Windsor in December. Desman's Back to Life tour will feature special guest Jamie Fine on Dec. 6. Desman's best known for hits like 'Night Like This', 'Nobody Does It Like You', and 'Electric'. He has a platinum-selling album, five platinum-certified singles, and multiple radio hits, among lots of awards. If you would like to see Desman live, you can get your tickets online at or TicketMaster. This is an all ages event, however you must be 19 years or older to go into the casino and other outlets. Tickets are also available in person at Caesars' box office on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. or on show days from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
