Everything We Know About Patrick Whitesell, Lauren Sanchez's Ex-Husband
All eyes are on Jeff Bezos and his new wife Lauren Sanchez, who are enjoying their lavish nuptials in Venice. Dubbed the 'wedding of the year' for the extravagance and their star-studded guestlist, the focus is on the Amazon billionaire founder and millionaire Lauren. While Oprah Winfrey, Kylie Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio, Orlando Bloom and Lauren's ex Tony Gonzalez – with whom she shares son Nikko, 24 – are amongst the guests for the Bezos-Sanchez wedding, one person who will certainly be staying away is Lauren's ex-husband, Patrick Whitesell. Patrick was married to Lauren before her affair with Jeff was exposed in 2019, sparking one of the most expensive divorces in history between Jeff and his ex MacKenzie Scott. We take a look at Lauren's first husband… Patrick Whitesell ©Patrick Whitesell is a top Hollywood talent agent and media entrepreneur, who's quite the mover and shaker in the showbiz industry. He has looked after some of Hollywood's leading stars such as Ben Affleck, Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Garner, Jake Gyllenhaal, Joaquin Phoenix, Matt Damon and Michael B Jordan. After working at InterTalent, United Talent Agency and Creative Artists Agency, he co-founded the William Morris Endeavor (WME) talent agency with Ari Emanuel in 2009, which later became Endeavor, an entertainment and media agency, where he served as executive chairman. Patrick stepped down from Endeavor after it was acquired by global technology investment company Silver Lake in early 2025. Since then, he runs Win Sports Group, an NFL sports management company and a 'sports, media and entertainment' investment platform backed by Silver Lake. He and Ari are also co-CEO of IMG, a global sports, events and talent management company. He's also a member of the Governor's California Film Commission and an associated member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Patrick Whitesell is 60 years old. He's reported to have an estimated fortune of $440 million. Patrick made his millions from Endeavor, the entertainment talent company he founded with Ari Emanuel. Despite stepping away from his duties at Endeavor, he continues to hold shares in the business, which are thought to be worth around $840 million. Silver Lake softball wins first ever Division 2 state championship
WORCESTER -- Just when it seemed like Delaney Moquin's softball career at Silver Lake couldn't have gotten any better, it did. Her 12-strikeout shutout and first-inning two-run home run powered No. 1 Silver Lake to a 4-0 win over No. 3 Bedford in the MIAA Division 2 state championship at Worcester State University on Saturday, June 14. It was the program's first-ever state title in its second ever appearance. Advertisement Fittingly, Moquin recorded the final out of her career after getting a ground ball hit back to her, throwing to first to seal the victory. More: FOLLOW LIVE: Dighton-Rehoboth vs. Greater New Bedford in Division 3 softball championship "She is the greatest. She is the greatest," Silver Lake coach Tony Pina said after being asked where Moquin ranks amongst players he's coached. Silver Lake softball hoists its championship trophy after beating Bedford 4-0 in the Div. 2 state title game. Moquin became the 40th player in state championship game history to record 10 strikeouts. The 39th was also playing in Saturday's title game: Alyx Rossi. The Bedford pitcher was named the Massachusetts Gatorade Softball Player of the Year for the 2025 season. Entering the postseason, Rossi had recorded 917 career strikeouts. Advertisement The Boston College commit struck out 14 Silver Lake batters, but Moquin got the better of her. With two outs in the bottom of the first, Anna Craft hit a ball up the middle for a single. That allowed Moquin, hitting clean up, to get up to bat. Wasting no time, Moquin crushed the first pitch she saw from Rossi over the left field fence to put Silver Lake up 2-0. "I just went in there and was like, 'First pitch I see, if it's good I'm swinging,'" Moquin said. "I play her in club. I know how good she is. I know how hard she spins it. So, I just needed to make sure that if it was in my lane I'm taking it for a ride." More: Scituate boys lacrosse's long journey ends with a Div. 3 state title Advertisement Moquin was intentionally walked on her next two plate appearances. "I know I'm going to bet on Delaney ever single time," Pina said. "We kind of joked around and said 'Congratulations, you won that trophy, we're going to win this one.' That was Delaney's motivation as well." The Silver Lake softball team celebrates its MIAA Division 2 state championship win over Bedford on Saturday at Worcester State University. Moquin, a Fairfield University commit, ends her high school career as the program's all-time strikeouts leader, home run leader, and now, a state champion. "It definitely hasn't set in yet," Moquin said after the game. "The whole game I had a stomach ache, but afterwards it was like a relief." As expected, the rest of the game was a pitcher's duel, with Moquin's first-inning home run being the only runs scored until the bottom of the sixth inning. Madyson Bryan put the ball in play and drove in two runs on a Bedford error to put the Lakers up 4-0 heading to the final inning. Advertisement In the top of the seventh, Bedford put runners on first and second with two outs, but Moquin sealed the deal with the throw out to first. Silver Lake finally finished the job after some disappointing exits in the state tournament over the last few years. Last spring, the Lakers were also the No. 1 seed, and were upset by No. 9 Marblehead in the Elite Eight. In 2022, Silver Lake made the Elite Eight as the No. 9 seed, but fell to Westfield. So Saturday's storybook ending was three years in the making, and according to Pina, it made it all worth it. "The seniors this year made it a point to get to that next level," Pina said. "To see them, grow and evolve and culminate into something like this. If Lifetime is looking for a movie idea, tell them to give me a call." Delaney Moquin went deep, then shut out Bedford to secure Silver Lake's first Division 2 softball title
Moquin took an aggressive approach on the first, and only pitch, she saw (she was intentionally walked in her two subsequent at bats). 'When the lights are the brightest, that's when Delaney shines the most,' said Pina. 'She had an opportunity to make a statement in that game and Delaney never disappoints. When the team needs her the most, she's at her best.' In the sixth inning, Mady Bryan struck a ball to shortstop, plating Megan Arseneau and Anna Craft on an error for a 4-0 cushion.. Advertisement Rossi was exceptional for the Buccaneers (21-2), striking out 14. Moquin and Rossi were the 39th and 40th players to strike out more than 10 in a state final all time. 'To see them grow and evolve and culminate in something like this, if Lifetime is looking for a movie idea, tell them to give me a call,' said Pina of his 22-3 team. Tears streamed down the cheeks of the proud coach when his 7-year-old daughter Jaycee ran into his arms postgame, asking if the trophy was hers. 'Coaching requires a lot of time,' said Pina passionately. 'Time away from my family. For them to witness this and see why Daddy loves it and why Daddy puts so much time and effort into it, to have my daughter and wife witness this, is an additional reason why this is so special.'
