Amman had launched its first ever Red Bull Login, one of the most awaited events in the world of gaming. The event is held today Friday, July 4, from 2 PM until 10 PM at the ARC at the King Hussein Business Park, with the participation of a wide range of gaming enthusiasts from across the Kingdom. Corsair Gaming Refinances Loan Facility with Bank of America
MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corsair Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRSR) ('Corsair' or the 'Company'), a leading global provider and innovator of high-performance products for gamers, streamers, content-creators, gaming PC builders and SIM driving enthusiasts, today announced it has refinanced its existing revolving and term loan credit facility with a new $100 million revolving credit facility and $125 million term loan facility with Bank of America. The new term loan balance also reflects a $24 million repayment made in Q2 2025. Borrowings under the new Bank of America credit facilities bear interest at a rate equal to either a base rate or term SOFR, plus an applicable margin that varies based on the Company's consolidated total net leverage ratio. The current interest rate for SOFR borrowings under the new credit facilities is term SOFR plus 1.50%. The maturity date of the new credit facilities is June 30, 2030. The $100 million revolving credit facility continues to remain fully available for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, and other strategic investments. It's been ten months now since everyone's favourite GT3 racing sim Assetto Corsa Competizione last received a significant update, and with developer Kunos Simulazioni hard at work on a new title, Assetto Corsa Evo, ACC's future has become murkier than Red Bull's second seat. But there's a glimmer of hope for the community, which still hits over 4,300 players per day, six years after release. Just a glimmer, mind you. In reply, Kunos wrote: 'We're not done with ACC yet, keep giving us the feedback.' Nothing concrete, then, but it's an encouraging rumbling noise that suggests there may be further updates to the sim. With Evo still in Steam Early Access development and not yet close to completion, it's not clear whether all the GT3 content and features will migrate over to the new game verbatim. Red Bull Login, the largest gaming event in Amman
For the first time in Jordan, Red Bull Login, the largest gaming experience in Amman, will be held in Amman's The ARC at the King Hussein Business Park on July 4. The ARC will host a full day of competitions featuring a variety of exciting games, in addition to a dedicated area for each platform: PC, Arcade, Console, VR, and Sim Racing. Participants will have the opportunity to play additional levels and compete against the best players to boost their rankings. There will also be intense DOTA 2 and Counter Strike 2 matches during the national finals, taking place on the main stage. This exciting event is open to the public from 2PM and for 8 hours and held in partnership with Zain Esports, Jordan Ahli Bank, Roya TV, Bliss 104.3, Radio Hala and Jordan Esport Federation.
