Debi Hunt lost 76lbs in nine months, sharing her experience she said: 'I went from a size 20 to a 12, which is amazing! I still have 24lbs to go until I get to my goal of 140lb. But more importantly, I feel fabulous!' Karen Haffernan has lost 207lbs since joining Simple Life, which she has insisted is solely down to intermittent fasting and exercise, and not surgery, diet pills or any other alternative. She shared: 'Good food, good exercise, good sleep and motivation' is all she needed. More Trending Detailing her experience, she said: 'My journey started at 169kg. I'm currently in January 2025 at 82kg, so it's been quite a phenomenal weight loss. That's about 13.5 stone. I started my journey back in July 2023. I started small – I found the intermittent fasting lifestyle, I did a lot of research on that and gradually built things up. I also found Simple, which was a great way to track the fasts I was doing and give me tips along the way, as well as Avo, which is great for giving you tips on health and nutrition and making recipes.' A fear some have when losing a lot of weight is excess skin, but Karen doesn't have this concern because she claims fasting has anti-inflammatory effects, and was a gentle weight loss journey – but an effective one at that. View More » Another success story comes in the form of Marcel Botes who has lost 27 lbs in three months. He weighed in: 'So far, I've lost 12.5 kilograms. I reached my original goal weight of 87 .6 kilograms in two months to set a new target of 83.5kg, which I achieved a month later. Even after reaching my goal, I still log my meals and activities multiple times a day. After a health assessment, my doctor noted that my BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol were in healthy ranges and advised me to keep going.' Paris Hilton, 44, almost spills out of cut-out pride minidress as she glows during performance

Paris Hilton almost spilled out of her cut-out multi-colored pride dress on Sunday. She had two fabulous costume changes while partying during Pride Month at the OUTLOUD Music Festival in West Hollywood. The reality TV star, 44, took the stage in a hot pink, head-to-toe sequined look before changing into another dazzling look with all colors of the rainbow. The socialite, who runs several successful businesses of her own, showed off her love of sparkles with her two party looks — just days after she offered a rare glimpse into her $1 million purse closet at her 'haunted' mansion. She was first seen performing some of her famous pop hits on stage in her signature hot pink color as she rocked a minidress with a plunging neckline and over-the-knee boots. Then, the Simple Life star changed into a figure-hugging minidress with a dramatically low-cut bustier bodice and a matching shrug that highlighted her cleavage. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. She also sported the matching, rainbow-colored boots as she climbed onto a table outside of her trailer to party with her fans. For her on-theme, rainbow outfit, she accessorized with oversize, cat-eye sunglasses, which were bedazzled with matching rhinestones. The entrepreneur also had her manicure styled to match so that she would be covered head-to-toe in sparkly sequins. To keep her hair out of her face while she sang and danced the night away, she had her long, blonde hair tied back into a high ponytail with her beach waves cascading across her shoulders and down her back. And she rocked her signature, flattering glam with a soft, sultry smoky eye paired with a glossy nude lip so her two outfits were the center of attention. At the music festival, Hilton was scheduled to take the stage and perform her pop hits to her fans. She took the stage alongside backup dancers dressed in pink and danced in front of lit-up letters spelling out her name. Her hot pink outfit featured a corseted bodice to accentuate her slender waist and had sparkling crystal stars pinned on each side of her flowing, slinky skirt. And for the special occasion, the pop star did not skimp out on any additional accessories as she rocked massive diamond star earrings. She also sported the massive diamond ring from her husband Carter Reum on her ring finger while performing. She wore the same jewelry for her rainbow outfit too, for her off-the-stage and on-the-table dancing. Her backup dancers wore hot pink construction-inspired, leather vests paired with bedazzled trucker caps. At one point, one of her dancers was seen handing her a tumbler that was also pink and sparkly to match their whole aesthetic. While rehearsing for her performance at WeHo Pride, she opened up about how she was getting ready in an interview with Out magazine. Hilton will also be performing at WorldPride on Friday later this week. Last year, she returned to music with a new album release. Infinite Icon came almost two decades after she released her self-titled debut album. She said she would be performing her music at Pride events, just like she did for the past two years, for many more in the future. She recalled how did did a performance last year at Club Musica in New York City for a party as she explained the energy was 'infectious' and she 'had the time of her life.' She explained that after the show, 'I told my team, "I only want to play gay clubs now because it is so much more fun."' Hilton also answered candidly about whether she was nervous about performing at Pride events given the political climate. 'That's why it's more important than ever to be at events like this, supporting and just spreading love and positivity and just being supportive.' She added that she 'wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for the LGBTQ+ community.' 'They're so inspiring, so incredible, so loving, so amazing, so I am always going to be there and support and use my voice and entertain and just have fun and our best lives together and celebrate such a special month of the year.' In addition to performing, her media company 11:11 Media is also partnering with Rainbow Railroad to give back to the community.

Paris Hilton pleads for help while sharing video of son 'pointing at ghost'

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Paris Hilton has pleaded with fans for help after her son Phoenix creepily alerted her multiple times to a ghost he said was, er, residing in her bedroom. Gulp. The Simple Life star, 44, confessed to being 'spooked' when little Phoenix, two, marched over to her bedroom and said there was a supernatural entity in the doorway. 'There's a ghost in there,' Phoenix can be heard saying while eating a slice of toast, before repeating himself and exclaiming: 'Ghost! Ghost!' When Paris asked the toddler to clarify what he meant, Phoenix repeated himself, saying, 'Room room, Mama's room… Ghost in door. Ghost in this door,' as he ventured into the spooky room. Captioning the disconcerting footage, Paris said: 'Well, I'm spooked 🥺🩷 To all my #SlivingMoms, has this happened with your little ones? Would love to know… for research purposes.' Over 3,000 of Paris' 11million followers took to the comments section to share their view on the strange moment, with many sharing their own paranormal experiences. 'I live in my great grandparents old house, my daughter aged 2 always used to sit at the edge of her bed talking to a 'man'. We were going through old photos and she pointed at my great grandad and said, 'it's the man,'' shared Katherine. Julie added: 'I had an imaginary friend when I was wee called Tommy. Turns out 2 children perished in a fire in our house years before, one called Thomas.' Paris lives in the now-spooky Beverly Hills mansion with Phoenix and one-year-old daughter London, who she shares with husband Carter Reum. This is not the US socialite's first brush with the paranormal, as in 2023 she recalled a terrifying moment in her grandmother's house, when during a sleepover she used a Ouija board. 'One night we were in the playroom and literally a crayon, like I'm not joking, you know those old school crayons, was floating in the air, went like this and flew up,' she said on an episode of her podcast This is Paris, as per Kiss FM. 'We were doing the Ouija board thing, which I am never doing again,' she added. While Paris didn't see the ghost, she is convinced they summoned the spirit of a 17-year-old teenage girl who lived 50 years before her grandmother took over the house. She explained how the girl was hit by a car in the driveway and killed, and people have reported seeing glimpses of her in mirrors behind them. 'Everyone was so scared to ever sleep at [her grandmother's] house again after that,' she said. Got a story?
