Kylie Kelce and Jenni ‘JWoww' Farley Get Real About Sharing Parenting Advice

You won't catch Kylie Kelce or Jenni 'JWoww' Farley dishing out unsolicited parenting advice anytime soon. The Jersey Shore alum, 40, appeared on the Thursday, June 26, episode of Kelce's Not Gonna Lie Podcast. The podcast host, 33, asked Farley what 'the best piece of motherhood advice' she got from her co-star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi was. Farley, who shares daughter Meilani, 10, and son Greyson, 9, with ex-husband Roger Mathews, responded, 'Our mantra is we don't give mother advice unless someone asks for it because there is nothing worse than somebody giving unwanted parenting advice.' The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star also revealed that she won't give advice to fellow cast member Samantha 'Sammi Sweetheart' Giancola, who is expecting her first baby with fiancé Justin May unless she asks for it. 'I will be there for her every step of the way. I will tell her what I did in that specific situation, which might be different than hers, but I will never give a mom unwanted advice because it takes a village, first off,' she remarked. 'And also, nobody's f**king perfect. Everybody's winging it. And as long as you're trying to keep your f**king kid alive, that's it. You're doing great, sweetie.' Kelce — who shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and three-month-old Finnley with husband Jason — seemingly agreed with the reality TV star's stance. 'I always like to point out when people ask me for advice now because I'm four deep. I'm like, first of all, I'm five and under. I can't tell you anything over five right now,' she admitted. 'And also, every single one of our kids are so different that if I gave you advice that applied to our first, it wouldn't have worked for our second. So, the idea of people giving that unsolicited advice, you're like, 'can you put a cork in it?'' Farley added she felt it was 'condescending' when others give unwanted advice — and that they are often 'projecting.' Similar to Kelce, Farley also parents her own two kids differently. 'Like you just said, you have four girls under five, all different, all in the same house. I have a son with autism. I have a daughter who's highly emotional, I can't even give the same advice for in my own house, because I have two different completely parenting styles when it comes to them,' she explained. 'So, the f**k kind of advice am I gonna give?'

Atlantic avenues: Head on over to the Jersey side for more than just the beach

Listen up, New Yawkers. This summer, the Jersey Shore isn't just about hair gel and salami — it's about affordable familial fun. For the first time since the pandemic, the cost of a Jersey Shore vacation has dipped. Overall, it's expected to be 5% cheaper to trade in your spray tan for a suntan than last year, according to Affinity Federal Credit Union's annual vacation index. And while cloistered communities such as Deal are playing keep-out by raising the cost of their beach passes into the stratosphere ($200 seasonally), perennial summer favorites like Asbury Park and Belmar are charging just $70 and $80 for theirs. Advertisement 6 You can do Asbury Park's beaches for well under $100. James Keivom 6 Cool off in Asbury Park's jewel: the Asbury Ocean Club Hotel. Nikolas Koenig Think you've been there, done that? Wrong. This year is packed with fresh events, new restaurant openings, and energy-burning activities that will have your bambini sleeping like Snooki after a night at Club Karma. Advertisement Here's how to rule the boardwalk with your family on the Jersey Shore this summer. Where to eat Summer on the shore is about comfort food, so head for Ocean County's first Shake Shack. Opened in May, their beloved burgers are being served at 614 Route 70 in the Brick Commons shopping mall near the beach at Mantoloking. 6 You can get some comfort food at Cheessteaks in Belmar. Abubakar – Or, stop in Belmar for a taste of whiz-ards Antonio Delgado and James Haines' aptly named Cheessteaks restaurant. They're bringing their hot, loaded sandwiches to 821 Belmar Plaza. Advertisement When the time comes to attempt to sit down together, head to Judy & Harry's in Asbury Park. The new restaurant by James Beard-nominated chef David Viana and daughter Neilly Robinson is a people pleaser with two concepts under one roof. Judy's serves riffs on Italian classics with 'international flair and local flavor' (think matzo ball soup with ricotta matzo balls). Meanwhile, Harry's is for the adults — a cocktail bar in its own space next door with a menu of bar food (like crab arancini). Ready for dessert? In North Wildwood, family-run South Philly institution John's Water Ice is opening at 21st Avenue on the boardwalk, a first in Jersey. It sells flavors like cherry, lemon, pineapple, and chocolate by the cup or the quart. Where to stay 6 Rooms at the Asbury Ocean Club can go for four figures a night in the summer. Nikolas Koenig For something splashy, you already know to check into Asbury Ocean Club Hotel, where there are 13 different room styles to suit the needs of your particular family. It opened back in 2019, and it's still stunning, but a weekend in June or July will set you back roughly $1,000 a night. Advertisement Other family-friendly classics are the Wave Resort on Long Branch Beach (67 rooms and suites, four restaurants, a massive pool and a kids club); the Hewitt Wellington near Spring Lake Beach (20 rooms and suites, recently refurbished, a restaurant and a heated pool); and the Hotel LBI on Long Beach Island (102 spacious rooms and suites with kitchenettes, multiple restaurants, a beach club, an indoor pool and a rooftop terrace with fire pit). The shore's most explosive weekend will be at Long Branch Beach, where the 33rd annual Oceanfest is expected to welcome a quarter of a million families for what they're calling the largest Independence Day celebration in the state. Expect music, dance, food trucks, balloon artists, face painting, bouncy castles, sand sculptures, and becostumed characters. It all pays off with a 30-minute fireworks show. 6 A day of fun awaits at Playland's Castaway Cove. Blaze – Then, for a day of play, head down to Playland's Castaway Cove. It's now — sadly — the only remaining amusement park on the Ocean City Boardwalk. In April, it rebuilt the pirate ship that had crowned its arcade for nearly 60 years before it burned down four years ago. The new arcade below it is mighty — more than double the size of its predecessor — and it boasts more than 75 games. (For a totally new ride, head to Six Flags Great Adventure, where the new steel roller coaster Vertical Velocity is now open.) Meanwhile, the new owners of Gillian's Wonderland Pier (RIP) are bringing a new pizza place, dubbed Ocean City Pizza Company, and an arcade to the site to keep the boardwalk alive. Head inland to Lumon Industries' creepy campus from Apple TV+'s hit show 'Severance,' which was filmed at Bell Works in Holmdel. In real life, it's a hub for shopping, dining, and playing. There's a large lawn, a basketball court, ping pong and foosball tables, as well as day camps and 'mommy and me' groups. Its theater hosts family-friendly programming daily. Advertisement Check out the escape room and virtual reality center — and the July Fourth fireworks, one of New Jersey's largest displays. All the while, parents can shop and get a decent meal at one of its 13 venues. It's jet-setting with a family twist. Finally, wrap up the season with the Thunder Over the Waves air show in Wildwood on Sept. 6. Expect aces from the New Jersey Air National Guard, the US Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, the US Coast Guard, and more. Best of all, it's free.

Snooki Spills On Her Sunscreen Partnership (Really), Adoption, & ‘The Jersey Shore' Cast

Out of all the jaw-dropping moments that have happened so far this year (and there have been plenty), one thing completely took me by surprise: Snooki, yes Jersey Shore's very own Snooki, aka Nicole Polizzi, is a sunscreen believer. And not only does she wear SPF, but she's been doing so for a while — and even teamed up with skincare brand Bliss to spread the word about sun protection. Yes, you read all of that right. More from Rolling Stone The Best Bookshelf Speakers of 2025, Tried & Tested The Nintendo Switch 2 Is Back in Stock: Here's How to Get Nintendo's New Gaming Console Online 'Ladyworld Festival' Tickets Are Almost Sold-Out: Here's Where to Find Passes Online MTV's former GTL (Gym, Tan, Laundry) aficionado, who used to bask in the sun with nothing but a bottle of tanning oil, is now all about safe sun habits. Snooki has been named Bliss's first-ever 'Summer Superhero.' The brand's new campaign is all about making sun safety cool, with a little help from their Bliss Sun Kits, which include SPF-tinted moisturizers, sunsticks, lip balms, and more; Snooki even handed these out down at the Jersey Shore earlier this month. In a recent chat with Rolling Stone, Snooki spilled on her partnership with Bliss, her Jersey Shore: Family Vacation series, and that infamous 2011 Rolling Stone cover that caused some noise in the music world. Scroll down for the full interview, and check out some of our favorite Bliss products along the way. What made you want to partner with Bliss?Number one, my daughter is obsessed with Bliss, so when I told her that I was gonna be working with them, she literally freaked out. But obviously, I've been known for tanning and not taking care of my skin in the sun, and I feel like I'm a different person now (especially as a mom). And I'm like, 'I just need to get on this SPF bandwagon.' And I love Bliss' campaign and everything the brand speaks for. EDITOR'S PICK $59.00 $79.00 25% off Buy Now on bliss Was there anything about the brand that surprised you?I never really worried about my skin in the sun. I was just like, 'I'm going to get a tan and I'm going to feel nice.' But then, after becoming a mom and being so anal about putting SPF on my babies (and nothing on myself), I started doing research and found out what the sun can do to you over time. And I'm like, Oh My God. I need to get my shit together. Now I'm obsessed, and all of their [Bliss] products benefit your skin in such a good way. How do you teach good sun habits at home?Ever since they [Giovanna, Lorenzo, and Angelo] were kids, SPF was getting put on if we were going out in the sun. It's a normal routine for them. $36.00 $50.00 28% off Buy Now on bliss How do you choose which brands you collab with?I don't want to say yes to things that I don't truly believe in. Everything that I do I 100 percent use the products. I don't like lying, so it has to be authentic to is your favorite part about Bliss SPF?It just makes my face feel beautiful and nice. Other brands can be cakey, oily, and gross, and this doesn't feel that sunscreen, what else would we find in your beach bag?A lip gloss or a tinted lip balm, a tumbler with drinks in it, and my Bliss products. GET 30% OFF WITH CODE SMR30 $60.00 Buy Now on bliss What's you go-to summer beach playlist?Anything FISHER, Calvin Harris, Kaskade — I'm still a house girly. Moving over to reality TV, Season 8 of just premiered, what was it like filming yet another series with the cast? It's so crazy because we filmed that a year and a half ago, and we're filming a new season right now. It all kind of jumbles together and then you forget what you did and what happened. I'm watching it right now, and I'm like, oh shit, I forgot that we did that — how fun. In the current season, I did talk about my adoption, which I never talked about before, and I never really cared to talk about it. So the fact that I did that is freaking unreal to me, because I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would do that. My parents are my parents, but going down that journey was crazy, especially with cameras. You'll see that I am very vulnerable on the show. get Philo So why now at this stage of your life?I ended up meeting Pamela [Slaton], who's a genealogist, and her job is to find birth families. I gave her all of the information that I had, and she found them in a week and a half, two weeks, max. She's insane. If you're an adopted kid and you're looking, or if you're thinking about reaching out, definitely call Pamela. I know that the initial meeting with you birth family took place over Zoom, would you ever be open to meeting face-to-face?I don't know. That's scary to me. Once you open that door, you don't close it, and that's something that scares me. You're going to see the journey on this season where I reach out a little bit more and like I said, we're filming another season already, and I am doing more steps. But, yeah, I'm going to say that I'm not taking a trip to Chile anytime soon. Besides these changes in your personal life, how do you think the cast has evolved since the first season back in 2009?We're basically all parents now, but I would definitely say Mike, (The Situation) has changed the most. He's a totally different person now. Obviously he still stirs the pot a little bit, but he's 10 years sober, and he's doing great. He's a great dad, a great husband, and he's just killing it in life. get hulu How do you think you've changed in the last almost two decades?I definitely became way more independent, and I'm like a boss bitch now. I do everything on my own, and if someone wants to help me, I'm like, 'get out of here.' I'm not the party girl anymore. I love being a mom. Don't get me wrong, I love having wine and having girls night here and there. But I mean, I just love being home and snuggling with my babies and being the best mom that I can be. What would you tell your kids if they wanted to pursue a career in reality television?Obviously I'm going to support them in anything that they want to do, but like….do something 2011 you were on the cover of . If you could offer any advice to your past self during that time, what would it be?Girl, live it up! Like you were on Rolling Stone. I made so many artists mad with that cover. I remember I was so upset after it came out. During this time, I was obsessed with Ne-Yo. Ne-Yo was my number one artist. And he ended up tweeting something like, 'What the hell is she doing on the cover?'He was so mad. So I ended up writing back, 'I'm sorry they offered it to me, of course I said yes. You're making me upset, you're going to lose me as a fan.' And he responded, 'Don't worry, I won't lose sleep over it.' So I was like, Oh My God, Ne-Yo hates me for it and so do a lot of other artists. But then I ended up hosting a New Year's Eve party on MTV where Ne-Yo was the guest, and he said, 'I'm sorry I said that.' And I was like, thank god, because I don't want to fight with you. But overall, it was an amazing experience and I have the cover blown up in my office. $9.99 Buy Now on rolling stone What should your fans look forward to next from you?I'm coming out with a new wine as part of my Messy Mawma wines, which I am dying to get into stores, because you can only get it online. And then I'm literally busy with my shops [called The Snooki Shop] every single day. I have four locations in New Jersey, New York, and Nashville. But overall just filming and being a mom of three. Everyday is something. Best of Rolling Stone The Best Audiophile Turntables for Your Home Audio System

‘Jersey Shore' star Snooki learns why her birth mother put her up for adoption

During the June 5 episode of 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,' Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi opened up about her adoption in a way she never has before. The mom of three shared with fans of the show that for most of her 37 years, she has thought about this very question — why did her birth mother decide to put her up for adoption? According to Snooki, who was born in Chile, growing up, she never had much interest in finding her birth parents, the Asbury Park Press reported. After all, she had an incredible life with the parents who adopted her. Nonetheless, through a genealogist, Snooki learned who her birth mother was and eventually was able to have her first-ever conversation with her, seeing the woman's face for the first time. In a video, she told Snooki, 'I never forgot about you, and I love you,' which caused Snooki to immediately burst into tears. In a confessional, Snooki said hearing her birth mom 'say, I love you, oh my God. She just looks so sad. I feel like she's been waiting for this moment to reach out to me. I never realized that I actually cared about hearing my birth mom's voice.' With the birth mom agreeing to answer any question Snooki had, the reality star asked, 'Why was I put up for adoption?' As her friend and co-star, Jenni 'JWoww' Farley, sat next to her, Snooki said it can't get 'any more emotional.' 'For 36 years, I've been thinking about this question, and now the answer is going to pop up any second,' Snooki added in the confessional. 'This is insane.' In response to Snooki's question, the birth mom explained that 'when she realized she was pregnant, she told her partner, your father, and he just disappeared, leaving her by herself.' As Snooki gasped, she said, 'That is terrible.' 'She didn't have any support at that moment, so that was the only option that she had,' the translator continued telling Snooki. 'It was painful, she had to let you go.' When her birth mother later asked if Snooki was 'angry with her,' Snooki agreed to FaceTime with her. As a nervous Snooki gathered the strength to speak to her birth mom, the woman told Snooki that she 'never forgot about' her and became emotional. Snooki told her not to cry, promising her birth mother that she has an incredible life after being 'adopted by loving parents,' who 'spoiled' her while 'growing up in New York.' 'Obviously, I wouldn't even be here if she didn't put me up for adoption. I have amazing parents. I had a great childhood,' Snooki said. 'And then meeting my roommates. And meeting Jionni,' her husband. 'And then having my kids,' 11-year-old Lorenzo, 10-year-old Giovanna, and 5-year-old Angelo. 'I have the best fricken' life.' In the end, her birth mother expressed how happy she is knowing that Snooki is OK and has a family. 'She's really happy she talked to you, and she loves you,' the translator shared. While reflecting on the conversation, Snooki said she 'had no idea starting this journey that this is where I was going to end up. I'm so happy that I did this, but she's still a stranger to me.' When JWoww asked if Snooki would ever consider meeting her birth mother in person, Snooki said that she's 'just so content with my life and who my parents are, I don't know where to go from here. My emotions are everywhere.'

Snooki and her birth mother share emotional reunion on 'Jersey Shore'

Snooki and her birth mother share emotional reunion on 'Jersey Shore' Show Caption Hide Caption 'RHONJ' stars at MTV VMAs: We don't know what's next for the show At the MTV VMAs, Dolores Catania and Jennifer Fessler tell USA TODAY's Ralphie Aversa about the future of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." In a new episode of "Jersey Shore Family Vacation," Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi messaged and spoke to her birth mom for the first time ever. "I never forgot about you and I love you," Polizzi's birth mom said through a translator, in the episode that aired Thursday, June 5. In response, the longtime reality TV star, 36, drew her hand to her mouth and started to cry. Jenni "JWoww" Farley then leaned in to hug her. "She just looks so sad, and I feel like she's been waiting for this moment to reach out to me," Polizzi said. "I never realized I actually cared about hearing my birth mom's voice." Polizzi has been consulting with Jersey-based genealogist Pamela Slaton, who previously helped cast member Angelina Pivarnick find her biological dad on the show. Born in Chile and adopted and raised by Helen and Andrew Polizzi of Marlboro, New York, Snooki said the moment provided her a clarity she didn't know she was searching for. Images of her birth mom, brother and sister, were digitally obscured on the show, and her name was not been revealed. Polizzi and her mother spoke through the aid of a translator who was in the room. When Polizzi asked why she was put up for adoption, her mother responded, through the translator: Polizzi's "father disappeared, leaving her by herself. It was the only option that she had, and even if it was painful, she had to let you go." Then, ditching the translator momentarily, Polizzi's birth mother said, "Hola, hola," and the reality star, clearly startled, said: "I think I'm having a panic attack!" "It was a really hard time, it was really hard to disappear from you," her mom said through the translator. "I suffered a lot — I never forgot about you." "Obviously, I'm not mad at her for putting me up for adoption," Polizzi said. "I have amazing parents. I had a great childhood. I'm just so content with my life and who my parents are. I don't know where to go from here. My emotions are everywhere."
